A few clarifications:
1) I don't expect this to be good. I recently watched the first film during quarantine and was inspired to write this.
2) This will be based heavily on Divergent the movie, NOT the book. HOWEVER, some elements of the plot and the characters are changed. Expect a lot of changes, I can't stress this enough.
3) Yes, a lot of elements are taken from the Mortal Instruments book series. Examples: last names, the Amity council mirroring the Shadowhunter clave, wearing white in funerals.
