author's note:true fact,the reason why are the sister are the same age as mikoto is because an esper naturally become stronger as time passes,since last order is ten year old,she shouldn't be a level 3 esper,also it's said that mikoto start as a level 1 but she was very young at that point and since level 5 is base on innate ability she would have probably end up being a level 5 no matter what....the scientist took her DNA when she was like even younger than last order,they probably knew,she was going to be a level 5.(mikoto became a level 5 at tokiwaidai,i think she was going to be a level 5 no matter what training she was doing her training just made her level up faster,it was jut a matter of time,for example WORTS who is older than mikoto is stronger than any other sister,WORTS unlike the others sister is level 4)but i think the sister can't reach level 5 if they could,the scientist wouldn't have cancelled the original experiment

that's it for this chapter!(4270 words).....by the way heres a picture of accelerator to basically show you how long are his hair,....and since he still wears his jacket from Russia his hair are going underneath it,this is why shokuhou only saw how long his hair were after getting close,technically there are not that long but i still considered that, long hair
by the way his hair will grow even longer as the story goes(it's kinda important)and remember that he is less skinny than before.....(I don't own any of the images....just a reminder)
