Setting:
Uzumaki Naruto is one of Konoha High School's kingka while Hyuga Hinata is a shy and introvert girl whose grades are quite average. Naruto and Hinata never had any contact with one another until they had to be table partners and also for Naruto to improve on his grades.

"Naruto, what is the meaning of this? Your parents would be disappointed!" The homeroom teacher, Umino Iruka says to Naruto.
"I doubt they care anyway" Naruto simply says and Iruka slams his test paper down.
"Naruto, that attitude of yous is getting nowhere!" Iruka scolded.
"Naruto is always getting into trouble" Sakura whispers to Hinata.
"I-It is not that bad" Hinata mumbles.
"Hinata!" Iruka suddenly calls.
"H-Hai!"
"From now on, I will place you to tutor Naruto in his studies. Naruto, you'll sit beside her. I want to see improvement by the next test" says Iruka.
Later as the school ended, Hinata hesitated to approach Naruto to confront him about his studies. It was difficult since he had fans too.
"Hinata, is something wrong?" Sakura ask.
"Sakura-san, I-I wanted to help Naruto-kun in his studies but..."
Sakura turns to see a group of fangirls surrounding Naruto, making Hinata no way of getting close to him. Sakura then pats her shoulder.
"I'll help you Hinata" says Sakura, leaving Hinata confused.
Sakura then tells Hinata to wait in the library and Hinata, still confused, waits in the library. Sakura then 'shannaro' her way through the crowd of fangirls.
"Naruto!" Sakura called.
Note, Sakura and Naruto are friends.
"Oh Sakura-chan"
Sakura smiles then pulls Naruto aside, much to his confusion.
"What are you doing Sakura-chan?" Naruto ask.
"Here, I got something for you from Hinata" says Sakura and Naruto blushed.
Naruto then takes the paper from Sakura and opens it to see the words 'To Naruto-kun, I like you but I can never tell you how I feel...' Naruto's eyes widen and look at Sakura.
"Where is she?" Naruto ask.
"In the library. Ah, but you might as well bring your study materials. She doesn't know that I took this from her without knowing" says Sakura.
Naruto then takes his textbooks and all and went to the library to find Hinata sitting there, asleep. Naruto quietly got close to her and observe her, not in a creepy way.
"Ahem, Hinata" Naruto calls and Hinata wakes up in shock.
"N-Naruto-kun! Y-You're here!" Hinata exclaims.
"Sakura-chan told me to come. Aren't you going to help me study?" Naruto ask.
"O-Oh right, let's start" says Hinata.
Days turned to weeks and soon, it was already the day of yet another test. Though Naruto wasn't that confident in himself, Hinata believes in him.
"Why do you trust me so much?" Naruto ask.
"T-That's because... W-Well... I-I will tell you i-if you pass!" Hinata says.
"Alright, that is a promise right?" Naruto ask.
"O-Of course" says Hinata and Naruto nods and their class began to take the test.
A few days later, Iruka came into the classroom with a smile on his face, much to the student's confusion. He then announced that the first turned out to be Naruto, on par with Hinata.
Later, school ended and just when Naruto was looking for Hinata, she already left class so he immediately left the classroom to chase after her.
"Hinata!" Naruto called and Hinata stopped her tracks and turns around.
"N-Naruto-kun?"
"Why did you left so fast?" Naruto ask.
"Ehh? Well I needed to check on Hanabi..." says Hinata.
"There is something I want to tell you first and it's very important" says Naruto.
"What is it?" Hinata ask and Naruto takes a deep breath before speaking.
"I like you Hinata. Will you be my girlfriend?" Naruto questioned, much to Hinata's shock.
"B-But why me?" Hinata ask.
"What do you mean why? It's because you are Hinata" says Naruto and Hinata sweatdrop.
"Naruto-kun... I like you too" Hinata says shyly.
"So you'll be my girlfriend?" Naruto ask and Hinata nods.
"Arigatou Hinata!" Naruto exclaims while hugging Hinata which made her blush but smiled.
Bonus:
"By the way, I already knew you had feelings for me" says Naruto.
"Ehh? But how?" Hinata wonders with a blush.
"Sakura-chan showed me this" says Naruto as he shows Hinata a piece of paper.
Hinata blushed greatly.
"Th-That is-!"
"Hey, but at least you're my girlfriend now so no fret" says Naruto while giving you a toothy grin which made Hinata blushed.
