Alex had gone to pick Kate up from school while I stayed at home with ali and ash
"Guys could you babysit kate after the game we have tomorow?" I asked them
"Sure thing" Ash said "Is there a reason why tho?"
"Yes I want to take Alex on a date she has been really stress this days" I told them
"Momma I am home!" I heard kate come in
"We are at the kitchen" ali told them
"Hi momma" Kate huged me and I hugged her back
"Hey kiddo did you have a nice day?"
"Yes I did and I made new friends today" she told me
"That's Great" I told her
Some hours later Ali and Ashlyn were helping Kate do her homework while me and Alex were making dinner
"Hey lex?" I looked at her
"mhm?" she turned around
"would you make me the honor to go on a date with me?" I asked her
"Mm will this answer your question" she wraps her arms around my neck and I wrap my arms around her waist
I bring our both lips together into a slow and full with love.
"doses that answer your question?" she asked me
"No no maybe you should do that again" I smirked
she giggles "you dork"
she kissed me again and I pulled her closer after some minutes of us making out we had to pull away for air
"Damn I wish ali ashlyn and kate weren't home we need some alone time babe" I told her
"Hmm me too at least we are having a date tomorow night"
"True how are you feeling about tomorow's game playing against orlando?"
"Pretty good actually specially since I get to play with you" she smirked and kissed my neck
"Lex babe you are a big softie" I smiled
"No you are" she whispered against my neck
"Yeah right now come on we need to finish making dinner" I smiled and gave her another kiss
Alex pov
once we finished dinner we all sat down at the dinning table and we ate and talked about soccer and camp and ofcouse the world cup
"So kate what sport are you going to play?" Ash asked her
"I dont know I am between picking soccer or swimming?" she told them
"swimming?" ash said
"Yeah I was on the swim team on my last school and it was pretty cool then I took a break and started to watch you guys on tv and then I found mom"
"why not soccer?" Ali asked her
"I don't know maybe because the world wants me to be like my moms if they are super stars at soccer people expect me to be the same and If I am going to make history someday I want people to remeber me as something I wanted and not what people wanted"
"Whatever you pick we will always be proud of you kate" I told her and she smiled
"Well guys dinner was great but I have school tomorow and you guys have a game so yeah I am getting some sleep"
kate's Pov
Once I made my way to my room I get my Pj's on and before going to sleep I look trough my phone I got a message from Julia
Juls:Hey Kate tomorow are the swim team try outs if you want to come
K:sure thing
Juls:Great you are going to love the people of the swim team they are great friends of mine
K:As long as emily is not in there I am down
Juls:ofcourse not and now she hates you the double
K:Why?
Juls:Cause Alex Morgan has been her biggest idol since I can remeber so
K:True and she is my mom
Juls:Yeah since you know what she did to you she feels like alex morgan hates her
K:I doubt my mom hates her

"So who were you texting?" My mom came into my room
"Jeez mom sorry I never heard you come in" I turned off my phone
"Soo tell me"
"Mom! she is just a friend"
"Yeah I thought the same thing about me and your mom" she told me
"Okay fine her name is Julia she is super nice and beautiful and she was telling me tomorow there are swimming try outs" I told her
"so do you like her?"
"Mom no I don't even know if she is gay or bi" do I like her? I mean she is very good looking and all but I am not sure yet
"Anyways get some sleep kiddo tomorow is a big day"
"Yeah mom?"
"Yes?"
"Thanks for supporting me I know you probably wanted me to play soccer bu-"
"Kate stop" she interrupts me "I don't want you to be pressured at soccer I just want you to be you okay?"
"Yeah okay mom" I smiled
"Okay good night" she kissed my forehead and walked out of my room
Time skip
After the swimming try outs
I think I did good all the girls in the team were so nice and welcomed me to the team
"So coach how did I do?" I asked her
"Really good I need someone like you in my team so welcome" she smiled and gave me a varsity jacket (Picture at the bottom)
"Thank you" I smiled
"also your old school told me you were a avery good captain for your last team"
"Yeah I was we went to the state championship as well" I told them
"Good just the girl we need welcome to the team" she told me
"Thanks coach" I smiled and got ready for the game

Mom💜:come on young lady tell me
Mom💜:Come on Kate I need to know
Mom💜:We are outside baby we are waiting for you and then we will go to the game
k:K mom meet you outside I"ll tell you at the car
I got dressed some jeans and ofcourse my jersey always there to support mom tonight I was wearing number 13 since its her 1st game.
"You did great kate"Julia told me
"Thanks" I smiled
"You look beautiful tonight you going to the game?"
I blushed and noded
"Well text you later" she kissed my cheek and walked out
I was snaped back to reality when my mom called me
"Yes mom I am going calm down" I smiled and walked outside
Maybe playing a different sport was good after all
