i nod at the guards that stand outside his cell and he moves to the side
i walk in the cell and see him sitting in a chair, ropes tied around his ankles and wrists. his head is hanging down showing the he is either asleep or unconscious
i walk up to him and slap him hard, his head whips to the side and his eyes open
"what the fuck! who do you think you are?" he yells at me

"and you will fucking pay for it! your death will be slow and painful, it will be so bad you will be begging for death" i say again. his eyes widen and his face pales. fear covers his eyes
"no! please! i'm begging you! please don't hurt me! i have a daughter i have to care for!" he yells in a panicking frenzy
"a daughter you have to care for my ass! you've abused her for years, 11 fucking years. don't try to play that card with me" i yell at him, walking out of the cell

i walk through the door to see jordi sitting on the counter with mason standing in between her legs, both of them laughing
i ignore them and open the fridge to look for some food, i find some left overs and put them in the microwave to heat up

"yes mason?" i ask him, raising my eyebrow at him
"tomorrow i'll do some looking into who's stolen the shipments, wanna come with? cause i'll be heading back to the main house" he says looking at me
"yeah, i'll come. i need to get some work done anyway and i don't have an office in this house" i say to him turning my attention back to the microwave, watching my food go around in circles

"ok, will jordi be coming back as well?" mason asks me, i can practically here the smile in his voice
"if she wants, noah will be there. but ultimately, it's her decision" i say grabbing the left over mac n cheese from the microwave

"yes, no if's or buts. and! if you plan on killing my dad, don't" she says to me, her face completely emotionless
i just look at her dumbfounded. "so let me get this straight, you don't want me to kill your dad even after the 11 years of abuse and rape and all that shit? you don't want me to kill that fucking bastard?" i ask confused and angry
"you wanna know why i don't want you to kill him?" she questions pushing mason to the side and hoping off the counter

i look at mason to see him looking after her, he slowly turns his head back to me. his mouth making an O shape
i just shrug and continue to eat my mac n cheese

"i don't fucking know, how 'bout you tell me? seeing as you two look like your together!" i spit. mason just looks at me, raising his eyebrow
"a, we are not dating or fucking or doing anything like that for your information. b, how am i meant to know what just happen? i know as much as you. and c, why are you so jealous? do you like her or something?" mason says smirking at me when he says the last part
"mafia leaders don't have crushes mason. i'm reece fucking carter, i fuck girls then throw them away like the sluts they are" i say to him placing my mac n cheese on the counter and crossing my arms. "what about you? huh mas. you to looked pretty close and lovey dovey. you like her?" i say to him smirking

mason just rolls his eyes at my comment and walks out of the kitchen
i grab my mac n cheese and walk to my office
i open the door and get met with noah. i jump in surprise seeing her in my chair
"what the fuck noah" i say to her "get out of my fucking chair"
"well look who decided to join the party" she says smirking at looking at the floor. i look at the floor to see a dead body covered in blood

"saw him snooping around in here and for your information he's not dead, he's just unconscious" she says smiling at me and spinning her gun around her fingers
i pull out my phone and text mason
