Misunderstanding

I gulp. Everyone heard it too.
Before anyone could say anything I ran out of the pool. I run upstairs to my room slamming the doors behind me, crying. Tony didn't notice but everyone else did.
                                                                      Avani pov
    What? Did I hear that right? Tony got out of the pool.
Tony: "I have to make a call real quick."
Josh: "So I'm the only one that heard that?"
Nessa: "I don't think so.."
Avani: "Guys he would never cheat."
Jaden: "And who told you that? He has so many backups so even if he does break up with Lia, he can easily not be single tomorrow"
Addison: "Ya'll, he loves her."
Ondreaz: "Mhm.. he's cheated before. I see him bring girls from the club home. He hasn't done it in a while tho."
Jaden: "I have to go check on her."
Nessa: "No I think we should"
Nessa looks at me and Addison.
Jaden: "True."
We all get out of the pool, dry ourselves off and then go inside.
Lia Pov
I know he didn't cheat, but someone called him what I'm supposed to call him and I don't know what to think.
I saw it coming. I knew he was a heartbreaker and I still fell for it. How could I be so stupid??
I hear a knock on my bedroom door.
Avani: "You alright b..?" She said in a soft voice.
I didn't answer.
Nessa: "Wanna let us in?"
Addison: "Lia we want to help."
I wipe my tears so I don't look like a crybaby, make sure my eyes aren't red so you can't tell I was crying.
Lia: "Um, come in.."
They walk in and lock the door behind them.
Nessa: "So-"
I start crying again- shit- as soon as they see me they run over and hug me.
Nessa: "It's alright. Let's talk."
Avani's still hugging me while Addison is sitting on my hanging chair and Avani next to me on the bed.
Addison: "Answer us. Do you think he would cheat?"
I could feel Avani make a face at Addison.
Lia: "It's alright avani.."
Lia: "I think he would cheat not gonna lie.."
I stopped crying, but tears kept coming down my face.
Avani: "Look, let's talk about men."
Nessa: "not in a weird way, Lia. It's just that this is your second heartbreak. And we've had multiple. So let's talk to you."
Jaden Pov
I talk with Josh and Ondreaz until Tony get's back.
Jaden: "Are we gonna talk about it when he comes?"
Ondreaz: "I.. uh I don't know."
Jaden: "Shit- why are you getting nervous now iM gOnNa GeT nErVoUs!!"
tony starts walking back.
Josh: "HE'S COMING"
Jaden: "WHY ARE WE SO USELESS"
Ondreaz: "BE MANLY"
Josh: "WHAT-"
Jaden: "SHH"
Tony get's in the pool.
Tony: "Hey guys, where are the girls?"
Jaden: "WORK-" i said fast surprised he heard what I said
Tony: "They don't have work?"
Jaden: "NO I DO- HAHA IM LATE TO WORK I HAVE TO GO"
I get up to leave the pool when josh PULLS ME BACK IN BY MY NECKKKKK
Josh: "NONE OF US HAVE WORK"
Tony looks confused, then a but serious.
Tony: "Then.. where are the girls..?"
Ondreaz: "Yes."
Tony: "What?? Are you guys okay? Are you drunk what the fuck"
Ondreaz: "Y-"
I cover ondreaz' s mouth with my hand before he can say anything else.
Tony: "Guys. Where are they? Is this a prank? Just tell me haha.."
Josh: "They're- THEY'RE ASLEEP."
Tony: "Oh. why are they sleeping at 12?? I'll go check on Lia maybe she's not feeling good."
He gets up to leave.
Jaden: "NO-"
Tony turns around
Tony: " What?"
Josh: "SHE'S FINE!! ..ACTUALLY SHE'S HORRIBLE! SHE'S SICK WITH A GROSS VIRUS YOU MIGHT GET IT FROM HER-"
Tony: "Wait what?! Guys what do you mean?"
Ondreaz: "Ye-"
I put my hand back on Ondreaz's mouth.
Jaden: 'Tony, get back in the pool."
He get's back in, looking concerned.
Josh: "ARE YOU CHEA-"
I put my other hand on Josh's mouth.
Jaden: "Who were you on call with.."
Tony: "Emily from school, why?"
I look at Josh and Ondreaz and they look at me.
Jaden: "Don't you hate her?"
Ondreaz: "MM"
I take my hand off their mouths.
Tony: "Yeah, oh my god she called me BABE like what the heck?!"
He starts laughing.
Me, Josh, and Ondreaz look back and forth at each other.
Josh: "Oh- that's-"
Ondreaz: "Shit"
Jaden: "I gotta make a call."
I get out of the pool and call Addison.
Addison Pov
I hug Lia when I get a call.
Addison: "one sec.."
I step to the side of the room.
Addison: "Heeello, Addison here,"
Jaden: "ADDISON HE DIDN'T CHEAT"
Addison: "why are you whispering- and wdym yes he did..?"
Jaden: "No that was Emily from school. She called him babe but he's not cheating."
Addison: "I- k I'll tell Lia..?"
Jaden: "K BYE"
He hung up.
K then.
Addison: "LIA HE DIDN'T CHEAT"
I turn around and go to her bed.
Lia: "Huh"
Avani: "He literally did.."
I explain to them what happened.
Lia: "OH"
Nessa: "I KNEW HE WOULDN'T CHEAT"
We all give nessa the 😑 face
Lia Pov
I stopped crying ages ago but I made sure it dint look like I was crying.
Lia: "Let's go back."
Avani: "Yeah."
We go downstairs and to the backyard.
Tony saw us.
Tony: "Goodmorning?"
Lia: "What?"
Tony: "Wait aren't you sick or something?"
Avani: "She's not sick..??"
I look at Josh and I knew he said something when he gave me that smile.
Lia: "Yeah I'm all cured now."
I smile and get into the pool next to Tony.
Avani and Nessa are next to me.
We play around and have a great time.
