Zoey.

Studies have shown that people were most likely to die on their birthdays, and although the studies only lean towards those aged sixty and above, I'd always have predicted that I would likely die on my birthday. I have sworn I would die on my birthday.

I also could have imagined what my tombstone would look like.

Once I had an epiphany: Without death, there wouldn't be life. Life and death coexist with each other, like how light coexist with darkness and the shadows; calm with chaos. And so, to death we owe everything. That life exists because of death. The sun won't rise if it won't set. A flower won't bloom if it won't wilt. A person won't live if he won't die.

Everything I have thought about had been self-destructive. I didn't need Dr. Kelly for me to know that.

Why does he have to die?

We all have to die sometimes. It's only a matter of how and when.

Waiting is a futile occupation.

It's the price of living.

The inborn prophecy needs to be fulfilled.

If it's not yet time, when is the right time to? If not now?
