I replied Aiden telling him that I needed some time to think about it.
I actually wanted to know if telling Dante I liked him would be a good thing first and the Loxersice they gave us the next day was the perfect way to do it.
I walked up to his room door and gave it two knocks.
I heard his foot steps, then a click from the lock and then he opened the door.
"You lock your door?"
"Nobody knocks in this house. They've all rubbed it off on Noelle and even she doesn't knock."
"So you lock the door.."
"I don't see anyone complaining."
I noticed it just then. He was shirtless.
Again.
"Your shirtless. Again."
"Last time I checked, I was the owner of this room."
"I knew you were coming anyway." He added leaning on the door side.
"How did you know?" I said folding my arms.
"Love on ice sends me messages too."
"Are you coming?"
"Sure, why not?"
"Why do you stay in the Martinez house anyway? Don't you have your own crib?" I asked, creating a long silence.
He stared at me and said, "That's none of your business."
Whatever.
"See you in how many minutes?"
"How many minutes do you think it takes to get this done?"
"Uh an hour?" I said not being so sarcastic.
He rolled his eyes.
"Just give me 20 minutes." He said and closed the door.
I went to my room to prepare. I actually wanted to look pretty for this date so he would atleast think of liking me.
I put on some makeup and wore a nude short dress.
I styled my hair by plaiting some strands at the side and giving it some curls.
He was already outside when I opened the front door.
"Let's go." He said like he didn't care how good I dressed.
I rolled my eyes and I went to the side of his bugatti.
"Now this is what looks hot." I said opening the car door to feel the cool breeze from the air conditioning and the mint scent coming out of it.
The car door slid up and my mouth dropped.
"You have this specie?"
"Cars don't have species." He said with a straight face while going to the drivers seat.
I kept stating at it as the cold made my feet shiver.
"It's about to get hot in this biatch!" I said with enthusiasm and he rolled his eyes.
"Just get in."
I went into the car and he started driving. The exercise for today just popped up in my notifications and I checked it.
"Holy crap!"
"What is it?"
"It said were to play a seductive game of tag because of our summary of what happened at the other Loxersice."
I saw him smirk.
"What the hell did you tell them?" He started laughing.
"Um, the truth?"
"Oh my fucking Gosh!" I screamed and he laughed again.
"You are so going down!"
"I think we both know who is gonna win."
"Yeah. Me." I said and he smirked like he had some plan in mind.
He parked at the side of the road next to a large garden. We both came out of the car and stood on the grass.
"Is this where it's all going down?" I asked before I felt his finger on my ass.
"Tag. You're it. That's how it works right?"
"You little!" My face was red and hot. I wanted to slap his hand off but they did say a 'seductive' game.
I moved away from him. "Yeah. But we have to change the rules to fit out standards."
"Fine. How about this. Since I've already tagged you, I'll run and hide as you look but I'll be allowed to tag you if I see you. The game ends when you tag me."
"Hmmm. Ok. But don't underestimate me-"
"Tag." He said poking my breast.
"Eeeh." I squealed and looked at him as he ran away.
'He is gonna get it.'
....
I regreted those words the moment I started looking for him.
It became so hard to tag him back that I was the one hiding from his fingers.
He touched me every where. LITERALLY. Didn't miss a spot.
"Dante?....p-please can w-w-we stop the g-game? Please?" I stutered, cautiously walking around the garden, afraid he might come out of anywhere.
"Boo."
"AH!"
"Haahaha."
He came from the top of a tree, upside down and scared me.
"What the heck?!....can we stop now?" I said and he came down.
"The game ends when you tag me. It's simple isn't it?"
I frowened and he kept laughing.
"Well then. How about this?!"
I jumped on him and tagged his sex.
I didn't notice my whole body was pressed against him on the grass and his hand was on my boob.
I stared at him with a red face as he was laughing.
"Yeah? What about it?"
"Uh I tagged you."
"Well the game ends then. But I still win.....if you know what I mean." His hand squeezed it a little.
I didn't make any sound. But my hand was about to do the opposite.
I almost slapped him but he quickly grabbed my rist with his other hand.
I didn't stop there. I squeezed his balls and heard a heartfelt scream.
"Fuck!" He shouted pulling himself away from me and I laughed.
"Fuck that hurt! What the bloddy hell Sky?"
"You want overboard. I'm not the one at fault."
"Do you wanna make me fucking barren?" He said, I laughed then he rolled his eyes.
"Do you want a massage?"
"If you will then yes, definitely." He smirked.
His mood changed quickly. I rolled my eyes and said,
"Let's go to the lake."
We headed there and sat at the spit.
I saw a bluebell flower and it looked really preety. I picked it up and gave it to him.
"Um, isn't it the other way around?" He asked and I laughed.
"If someone told you they liked you what would you say?"
"Nothing."
"Really? What if you liked them back?"
"Nothing."
"And if you didn't like them?"
"Nothing." He said with a straight face. Then he looked at me.
It was like he had a plain face because asking him these qustions was automatically telling him that I like him and that was his response.
"What's that supposed to mean?" I pouted and looked away. Then he laughed.
His soft lips pecked my cheeck and I immediately blushed.
He stood up and asked, "Ready to go?"
I nodded and we went back.
I still didn't know if he liked me. He could be playing me for all I knew.
The way he pecked me was so gentle, so sweet.
I got a lot of emotions from just that.
I decided that I would go on a date with Aiden to see how it worked out.
Dante stired up a lot of emotions in him and his nature was complex.
But I felt so many sparks with him.
If sparks flew more than they did with Dante then I guess I'd go for Aiden.
I replied Aiden when we came back that I would like to go on a date but it would just be one date and he was glad I said yes.
Three days after, I went to a resturant with Aiden. I didn't have the sparks I had with Dante.
But Dante said he would do nothing whether he liked the person or not so doesn't that mean he might not like me?
Anyway, I made up my mind to quit love on ice. It was better for both of us. I still didn't know if I should've considered going out with Aiden but I'd think of something.
I was working a day after Aiden's date as I received a call from Dante to go to the storage unit to get a file.
The place I sneaked into when I first came here.
He said I had the permission to go there only this time.
I wanted to use this chance to get Genvi's file and scroll through it.
I left for the storage unit. I didn't know why but I had a bad feeling.
Going through the corridor before entering, I heard voices coming from inside.
"Genvi's trying to even out the percent of property the Ciners have with the Titans." I heard Sean say.
Finally, he was out.
I stopped my movements when I heard the worst thing I never thought I would hear.
I waited to see what else thay would say.
"He will try but won't succed. Our partnership came with these boundaries so he can't be even with us." Darren spoke next.
My body froze.
The thought of being in the enemy territory all this while not knowing the Titans and Ciners were partners made my blood cold.
All this while.
They were partners.
That meant.......I could die any moment now.
