"Alright. You can go ahead and head back. I need to send everything in."
I nod and make my way back to the hospital room. They had given back everything and I haven't really gone through it yet.
I open the door to my room and see Ricky sitting on the bed on his phone.
"Hey," he says as I shut the door behind me. "You're all done?"
"Mhm." I grab the bag full of my personal items and take my phone out. It was filled with messages from group chats, friends from UCLA, and my family. "I-..wow.."
I take my phone and join Ricky on the bed.
"That's a lot of text messages.." Ricky says looking at my phone.
"Yeah. It is." I unlock my phone and look at the very first message I see, which was a group chat that our whole friend group was in.

I scroll down through the rest of the messages before shutting off my phone.
"You okay?" Ricky asks.
"Yeah. I'm alright. Just looking through my messages."
"Oh. That must've been real entertaining huh?"

I lay down and put the blanket over me. Ricky notices and all of a sudden, lays on top of me like he's done before. I run my hands through his hair as he lays his head on my stomach.
"God I've missed you so much." He says quietly.
I lift his head up and pull him up so our eyes somewhat meet. I immediately cup his face and connect my lips with his. Not wanting to give him the wrong idea, I pull away after a little bit.
"I love you."
This chapter was mostly a social media au but, I kind of like writing that better😂
So my mind is like..constantly looking out for story ideas and my dumbass already got one. It's obviously another HSMTMTS fan base but like...this one is going to be a bit more modern. Obviously I can't focus on that yet, cause I have this book, RAO5, and the sequel to this book as well. I need to start planning mah shit right😂
