"My oh my! might if i join you two?" jungkook said with his smile mixed with the smirk which left a shocked look from you and a confused one from thomas. The two of you didnt say a word as a server came over and placed an extra chair for jungkook as he sat very close to you still having that stupid fake smile on his face. " so! did you guys already order? i told you to wait for me hun.." jungkook said as he looked at the menu that the server gave to him after he was given the chair. You were about the speak when thomas was suddenly approached by a group of girls and you took this chance to whisper to jungkook " the hell are you doing here.... and whats up with this babe this and hun that? " you whispered as jungkook chuckled " oh you know...pay back from the punch you gave me.." he said with a little sass which just pissed you off more " are you serious?...what is your deal?...i only punched you because you were bossing me around and last time i checked im an adult, i can take care of myself " you said as he shook his head to the sides " does it look like i care?...you just recovered from a fever and if you were to pass out and the hyungs find out i let you go outside on your own in your state, i would never hear the end of it...so im not going anywhere until you go back to the room.." jungkook exclaimed as you groaned in annoyance but smiled again since thomas was now down talking to the girls who just wanted a picture with him for some reason? " so...you two are a couple?..." thomas asked as you and jungkook spoke at the same time with him saying yes and you saying no but jungkook grabbed your hand and squeezed tightly from under the table which caused you to flinch a little then you changed your answer to yes. Thomas could see that you were uncomfortable but he had his manners and decided not to make a scene here and of course not wanting to embarrass you at all. " well....thank you for checking up on me but now you see that im good so you can leave now " you told jungkook as he looked at you then back at his menu " yea no...not gonna happen unless you come with me...you just recovered from the fever an-" " and im fine now and i cant handle myself plus im not alone so please go back to the hotel room and let me enjoy this nice meal that thomas invited me to " you said but jungkook was not listening as he looked at thomas then back at you with a glare " you really think im gonna leave you alone with him? you dont even know him..what if he does something to you and im not there? you cant handle that " jungkook said as you then slammed your hands on the table and stood up now being upset " what the hell do you know what i can handle or not huh? you think you know me but you dont! and yea i would risk staying alone with him because if he wanted to do something, he would have done it already! plus! im not a little girl who needs an adult because newsflash! i am an adult! and if he wanted to try anything, i can handle myself because i was trained in self defense if i ever get attacked back in the academy! "
you started to yell at jungkook as he stared at you along with thomas and a lot of other people as jungkook then stood up " ok love...thats enough, your making a scene.." jungkook said as he tried to grab your arm but you yanked your arm away from him " stop with you stupid love this and babe that! you never cared for me and you made that very clear the moment i first met you back in middle school! i dont know what your trying to prove but you better stop because your not fooling anyone! and dont you think i forgot that day where you punched me in the face and left me there for dead! " you yelled as jungkook's eyes widen a little as he looked around and he could see and hear whispers from the other guests as he then started to get angry as he grabbed your arm very tightly " thats enough babe....we are leaving now " jungkook said as he started to really squeeze your arm, causing you pain " stop! your hurting me! and im not your babe! are you deaf and stupid?! you know what? lets making it official then! im breaking up with your stupid ass so let me go!" you yelled as you tried to yank your arm away but he wasn't letting go " you dont know what your talking...i think your head is still suffering from the fever...lets go back to the room now" jungkook said as he started to pull you away and out the restaurant with you struggling to get free from his grip " let me go you damn psycho! " you yelled as jungkook ignored you and just kept pulling you along until thomas caught up with the two of you as he grabbed jungkook's wrist and squeezed it tightly as jungkook turned and gave thomas a death glare " she said to let her go..." thomas said as jungkook still let you go " mind your own business " " i am minding my business...the moment she herself said she broke up with you and your still harassing her, that made it my business so let her go or i will knock out all of your teeth so your smart mouth will finally shut up " thomas said as jungkook got more upset and let go of you but got in thomas's face " what did you say punk?...who do you think you are acting all manly huh? " jungkook said as thomas was going to snap back but he looked over at you while you were standing there rubbing the area jungkook was holding your arm, flinching while you rubbed. Thomas frowned a little as he walked past jungkook and stood in front of you " are you hurt?.... let me see" thomas asked as he gently grabbed your arm that was hurt and looked at it, seeing the now light purple hand marks around your forearm. He expression changed from an angry one to one of worry while he looked at your arm. Thomas then turns around to look at jungkook " see what you did?...how can you live and sleep every night knowing you hurt her like this?...." Thomas said as jungkook's once angry look turned into a shock one and for an instance you saw a hint of guilt and sadness in his eyes as he realized what he had done. He then started to walk over to see more closely and maybe he was going to apologize but thomas got in front of you in a protective mode while he stared at jungkook " back off...you have done enough..." thomas said as jungkook still tried to see your arm better " move out of the way...i want to see her arm " jungkook said as thomas then pushed him back " and what? for you to say a meaningless sorry then hurt her again?...you got me fucked up if you think im gonna let you touch her..." thomas said as jungkook's look in his eyes changed back to how they were before " fine then...you can have her...she wasn't my type anyways....im not into weak fat ass bitches....you can stay with your friend..like you said, we are over so have all the fun you like with him...and lose some weight while your at it..." jungkook coldly said as he then turned heel and walked away, leaving you and thomas alone. You frowned and looked down as thomas sighed and looked behind him to look at you but he saw how low in mood you got because of his comment as he shaked his head " dont listen to him ok? he's not worth your tears or worries..if he is like this to you all the time with the insults then dont put any mind ok? " Thomas said while you nodded but didnt utter a word while jungkook's words replayed in your head until you felt Thomas's hand on your cheek, causing your eyes to lock with his. " its ok...you cant lie to me and say your ok or will do as i say to ignore him...you look fine just the way you are...dont let a jackass like him knock you down..." Thomas explained while he pushed your hair behind your ear as you gave him a weak smile. You then gently grabbed his hand and pulled it down and held it with the two of your hands " thank you...means a lot that at least someone sees the sexy woman i am...well! its getting late and im tried...sorry our dinner was ruined...but hopefully we can have more better meet ups without having a jackass coming to mess it up..." you stated while Thomas watched you and listened to your every word then nodded " yea...it is getting late and after all this drama, you must be tried...well i wont keep you any longer, and i would love to hang out more..maybe when i go to Korea.."
Thomas said as you then nodded and gave him a last smile before starting to walk away " good night! hope we meet again soon " you said while looking back at Thomas as he smiled and waved back to you while he watched you leave " yea!....night and see you soon.." Thomas said and just like that, the dinner was over. You made your way to the front desk to ask if they could give you another room to yourself because knowing the fact that jungkook was inside the same room then having to deal with the rest of the guys coming back then having the chance that they will find out what happened, and start to get after jungkook while they try to make you feel better is such a tiring and a drag sometimes. They asked you why you wished for another room since you already had one and then you thought about it and just explained that you broke up with you boyfriend and he kicked you out of the room while you rubbed your arm. The desk worker looked down at your arm for a second and saw the grip marks and believed you more. She then asked if you had any room in mind but you didnt want anything special, just a room in the same floor as the room where everyone has been staying. The lady nodded then typed in the computer for a few moments, then handed a card to the room with a smile. You gave a weak smile back and turned heel to head to the elevator, but little did you know that Thomas was in the distance watching you leave the front desk. A few minutes later, you made it to your new room for the last night here before having to go back to Korea. It was a nice room and it had another door for where the bed room is to have more privacy which you liked very much along with having a lot of space to move around despite it being a room with one bed.
But the moment you entered the room, you forgot that you didnt have any extra clothes or pjs to put on to sleep so you groaned and decided to go back to the room where everyone is sleeping to grab a pair of clothes. After that, you were lucky that jungkook was inside his room and didnt notice or hear anything due to you opening the door quietly and then also leaving without a noise. Soon, you were back inside your new room...all by yourself, with no boy in every corner, filling the room with endless noise. You then turned to look at the end and saw how lonely it looked and how you wouldn't have jimin, V, or j-hope there to fight over who's turn it was to share the bed with you. You liked the silence but for some reason, this silence was different..it made you feel alone and when you looked around, it was clean and nice but also empty. You frowned and sat down on the bed already in your pjs just wishing you had someone to talk to but you didnt want to text the guys because they would make a big deal and come rushing in like a pack of wild starving wolves. You sighed and laid back on the bed with the phone in your hand thinking of what to do, until you just decided to turn the tv on to have some noise for a short while before going to bed until you heard a knock on the door. You blinked and checked the time and it was 10:30pm and no one was normally up in the halls at this hour so you walked quietly and peeked through the peep hole but you froze at what you saw. You didnt open the door at first but after the second time of knocking, you opened it to find thomas standing there. " Thomas? what are you doing here? i know you said see you soon but i didnt think this soon..." you asked as he smiled while he held up a plastic bag " well...since our dinner date didnt work, i thought it would be good to have it here in the room where its more quiet and well..they were going to go to waste and i know that a person or family in another part of the world are starving and would kill to eat this so...i dont think its right for it to be thrown away..." Thomas explained while you stood there and just shaked your head and smiled " it would be a waste...come on in, and you are in luck! i got the room with a microwave " you stated as thomas then cheered and walked inside the door and closed it behind him " sorry if im in my pjs...dressed are not my thing..." " really? but you look so pretty in dresses also dont worry about it, its fine plus i came here without warning so " thomas said right after your comment as you smiled again " thanks for the compliment...but its still a little embarrassing to have people over and your in the pjs" you explained as thomas shaked his head " girl trust me...you have not experienced embarrassment until you open your front door of your house in your underwear when your boss arrives at your place to discuss a case who arrived earlier than expected..." Thomas explained while you gasped " wow thats very embarrassing, i hope that boss didnt fire you or something and the microwave is next to the safe" you said as thomas nodded walking to the microwave to put the food to heat up " yea i was lucky that he didnt but he just laughed at me and teased me for 4 months but that was about it really " Thomas stated while you nodded " did you bring knifes and forks? because i dont have any with me or in this room to eat the food " you asked as thomas then pressed the button to heat it up then looked at you with a 'are you serious' face "
did you really just ask me if i brought knifes and forks?... why would i bring food if there was not going to be anything to eat it with? " he said all sarcastically and a face to match.
You narrowed your eyes at him and smacked his arm " oh shut up you smart butt..im just asking because maybe you thought i had them and we had to go look for some, i didnt know you came prepared" you said back " oh i always come prepared my lady, you never know when you will need knifes and forks in a 5 star hotel and in a room that costs about 3 rooms combined for one night and with a pretty girl in it " Thomas explained while shrugging while you then gently shoved him causing a few chuckles to escape his mouth while you sat down on the table that was in the room. The beeping from the microwave was heard meaning the food was done heating up then thomas handed your food and sat down in front of you then it was time to dig in. The two of you were having a nice time eating the food that was supposed to be eaten back at the restaurant but thanks to a certain someone, that was not possible and it ended badly. While the two of you were having a nice time, Thomas suddenly looked at you with a semi more serious look and spoke " i hope this isn't bad for me to ask but...why does that guy treat you so badly?... " Thomas asked while addressing jungkook obviously which caused your once smiling face to a frowning one that was followed by a sigh " that is a question i ask myself everyday...i dont know why he's like that and he's been that way since middle school when we first met....and as sad as it might sound..i really did love him and i sadly still do...he has his moments where he is nice and caring but that doesn't last long and when im with someone else, he gets more upset as if he's jealous...like earlier, he was lying, he really isn't my boyfriend and before i left the room to go down to meet with you, he tried to stop me but i managed to handle him and leave the room...." you explained your whole story to Thomas about jungkook and the time he punched your face and left, about your childhood and the rest of the guys, yet you didnt feel uncomfortable telling Thomas even if he is a complete stranger. There is something about this guy that makes you feel safe and easy to talk to and a person who will listen and understand, Thomas gave the vibes of how jimin and V make you feel but american style. But while you were explaining how you still loved jungkook, Thomas frowned as he noticed your tone of voice that changed " i just dont know what to do anymore...he hates me and i wish i could just not love him but i cant stop thinking about him and worrying about him....whats so wrong with me that i cause so much hate from his part?...." you said while having your voice crack and holding back tears. Thomas watched you with sadden eyes, watching how you were breaking apart right in front his eyes " maybe he's right....maybe i am just an ugly fat bitch who will end up alone with a broken heart..." you said as you covered your eyes as a few tears attempted to escape your eyes " thats not true " Thomas said as he gently grabbed your hand and pulled it away from your eyes as you make contact with his sadden eyes " thats so not true and you know it....the only truth i see and that im sitting right in front of a nice, caring, funny and beautiful girl that is filled with so much love..." Thomas started to say the nicest words to you, a complete stranger
" you deserve so much more than what that jerk has given you and you know it....if he is too blind by his pride as a man to see what kind of girl you are, then he is missing out and, he's not worth your time, especially your tears.." Thomas said as he gently whipped the very few tears that came down your face but you couldn't help but just let more tears come down your face " why....why are you being so nice and caring to a complete stranger you just met?...im sorry i told you my whole life story but i just got this feeling of comfort that i just spilled the beans..." you asked and explained while Thomas kept the eye contact and his ears open to continue to listen " its because your my friend and i care for you...yes its true we just met only a few days ago but i knew that the moment i first saw you that i wanted to be friends and be there for you in times like this...the rest of your friends who are still gone are the people you lean on for times like these but they are not here to hold you and whip your tears and tell you how important and pretty you are....so in the mean time, ill be your shoulder to lean on until they get back because right now you need someone so ill stay for as long as you need me ok?..." Thomas said as he then got closer and pulled you into a tight hug that caught you off guard " dont change for anyone ok?...especially someone who doesn't deserve your change because at the end of the day, you are the one that should love yourself before loving someone else" After those words, you wrapped your arms around thomas to return the hug and placed your head on his shoulder while you slightly cried more tears. " plus...your gonna have to get used to me being around since i will be going to Korea and im going to visit you all the time " Thomas said while you chuckled a little bit as the mood was lighten a little more so it wouldn't be so sad and depressing. The hug lasted for a good minute or so while he rubbed your back but you pulled away from the hug as he smiled " you feel a little better? " he asked while you nodded " good to hear! i have been told that my hugs are miracle workers " Thomas joked as you chuckled a little and nodded once more " yea maybe they are because that was a good hug " you said as he nodded cheerfully " well thank you so much my lovely lady! its nice to hear that someone likes my hugs, but anyways! lets finish eating this delicious food or the starving kids will come and haunt us when we sleep " Thomas joked while you laughed and nodded " yea your right, its super good and it would be a shame to have it go to waste " You added as the two of you continued to eat the food while having a nice and more cheerful conversation topics. Around 12am, Thomas was taking his leave since it was super late and he wanted you to rest after the events that took place in the past hours so he gave you a last hug before he said his final goodbyes for the night or for the time being since you told him that you were going back home tomorrow in the morning, but before he left, he gave you his phone number just in case you needed anything from here through out the night due to you sleeping alone this night. Minutes after he left the room, you watched some tv and were on your phone and decided to text one of the guys that you were in another hotel room near the one where everyone was staying because jungkook was playing his music to loud and didnt let you sleep, just so that they didnt get worried that you weren't in the room when they got back which was not long after you sent the message, an hour or so had passed since you sent the message and they arrived back to the hotel room. You had fallen asleep by the time the others got back to the room but before you went to bed, you looked in the mirror and stared at your body and stomach as the knife stabbing words from jungkook replayed in your head, were you really fat?... does he not like fat girls? if he doesn't like it then no one else will either...all of these negative thought started to come into your head while the image of yourself started to become anything but a good one. After that, you managed to go to sleep after setting the alarm to wake up early the next morning to catch your flight back home.
The next morning came and your alarm rung meaning it was going to be a long flight home and you hopped that you didnt have to sit next to jungkook again and not after what he said last night. You got up and got dressed into some comfortable clothes for the long flight ahead with some black converse shoes. You were wearing a long sleeve sweat shirt with the sweatpants to match and it was so comfortable and soft that you felt like you were not wearing anything. 10 minutes passed since you woke up and you went over to the original hotel room where the rest of the guys were and started to repack your things. You were greeted with sleepy smiles from most of the guys except for jungkook of course who just gave you a look that didnt even last 1 second but you didnt have the time to get all sad about it because the other members were all over you and giving you hugs and attention which was always nice to have, but you weren't having it or enjoying as much as you normally did and the guys could tell the sudden change in attitude you had. Around 9:30am, the van arrived at the hotel to take everyone to the airport along with other visitors who were leaving as well. You were the first one from your group to walk inside an sat down in next available seat which happened to be next to the window with the seat next to you empty because the guys could tell you weren't your self and wanted to give you space even if jimin was urging to come over and talk. " is this seat taken?.." a voice is heard as you turn around and looked up only to see Thomas there giving you the warmest smile. You shaked your head to the sides as he then nodded and sat down next to you while the rest of the guys just stared at the two of you " well good morning sunshine! how are we feeling? " Thomas asked as he fixed his bag pack in between his feet as the van started to leave " oh it could have been better...wish i could have slept more...what about you? are you also going home? " you asked as he nodded " yea im going home and my morning was a little interesting because i woke up to the yelling of my friend because there was a bird that flew into our room from the balcony window and it was the funniest thing but i wish he would have yelled more quietly and not scare the crap out of me so early in the morning " Thomas explained while pointing to his friend who was seating a few seats in front while being on a phone call. " but why aren't you sitting with him? " you asked being curious as Thomas shrugged " i dont want to because hes not talk to me and he will stay on that call for the whole ride...plus you looked like you needed a seat buddy so here i am! " Thomas said in a cheerful tone of voice as you gave him a weak smile but that went away as you turned to look out the window while Thomas finally felt the sudden change of aura around you as his smile also disappeared " hey are you ok?...you dont seem like yourself..." Thomas asked as you sighed and leaned back on your seat " no its ok..im fine, im just not feeling the best at the moment..." you commented as he looked at you worried as he then leaned on his seat while he patted your hand a little " yea i feel ya..but i hope you remember what i told you last night ok?...dont let someones words break you..you are a strong and beautiful girl who can have any man wrapped around your finger...dont let a bad apple ruin your mood" Thomas said while you nodded but didnt really say anything more while your mind had all of these thoughts from what both jungkook and Thomas told you in the last few hours but you shaked it off and looked over to Thomas and smiled while you took out your phone and lifted it up as you leaned onto him and posed for a selfie as Thomas looked up at your phone and leaned against you as well and smiled holding a peace sign and boom! the picture was taken as you smiled more while looking at the picture then Thomas wanted his own picture so you posed next to him while you locked arms with thomas for his picture " i wont promise that what happened last night wont stick with me for a short while but i will try not to let it hold me back or ruin my mood to much" you spoke as thomas nodded " thats the spirit! you got this " he responded back as you nodded " but i dont doubt that he will still continue to tell me crap on the flight and at home.." you said with a sigh to follow right after it before receiving a pat on the back " dont worry about it, let him say what he wants, because at the end of the day what counts is how you see and feel yourself, only your opinions are worth the effort to even considered to be worried, annoyed, happy, sad etc. plus you have my number now so you can just text me and tell me how your feeling " thomas said which in return you nodded.
After the ride to the airport was finished and everyone was walking to their designated gates to board the plane, thomas and his friend actually accompanied you to your gate and stayed to talk while you waited for the plane to arrive. Of course some of the guys weren't to happy that these two guys followed and are now talking to you as if you were friends for life, especially jungkook who was just radiating annoyance as his eyes stared at you and thomas. If eyes could kill, jungkook had murdered thomas 10 times over by just staring, but that soon enough ended in an hour as the plane finally arrived and time to say goodbye. Everyone grabbed their stuff and got in line for the plane as you said your final words to thomas before you two gave a goodbye hug that lasted a good 5 seconds before they made the second call to board the plane. As you walked into the tunnel to board the plane, you turned back and waved one last time to thomas who waved back and watched you walk down the tunnel until you were out of his sights. Once seated in the plane, you were lucky enough to now be seat partners with jimin who was honestly 1 million times better then jungkook especially from what had happened the night before at the restaurant. This plane ride home was more peaceful and full of talking, watching movies and sleeping for most of it due to the flight being over 15 hours and the jet lag was going to be huge so the plans after landing were simple, go home and sleep. After arriving and being dropped back at home, that is exactly what you did, got home, unpacked, showered then off to bed. It felt super nice to finally be back home in your own room and bed, it felt so comfortable that you wouldn't have trouble falling asleep, and luckily you had the day off tomorrow to recover from the jet lag. But despite feeling so good in bed, you couldn't help but think about the mean words jungkook had said about your weight, you held your stomach and started to really think you were chubby but at the same time, thomas's words also came in and out but that was a issue for the next day to handle and not right now when your eyes are just waiting to be closed for more than 5 seconds before falling asleep in the comfort of your own home once again.

Thats it for this long awaited chapter that should have been finished a long time ago. due to not finding enough motivation and inspiration at the time more than a year go, then having 2020 come like a train and Covid just ruining everything, as well as all classes being online and now having a new job that i have to work from 2 to 9pm only to come home to homework...i have just not found the time to really sit down and finish it until now so i hope you all enjoyed this chapter! make sure to vote and add to your library so you get notified when i upload ( if i have the time or dont get distracted half way through) a new chapter! please also like and comment on your favorite parts! hope everyone is doing well and are healthy, hope to be able to upload more soon.
