After 10 months from his first injection, he was still completely hooked. He was squandering all his money, ruining himself physically and mentally, and hurting his family and friends. It looked like Harry's life had been going downhill since 1D broke up. The 5 boys didn't stay in touch, so he tried to find comfort and company in pubs (typical English man). He just went to pubs at first to drink a little, but he became addicted to alcohol very quickly. Then he started going to strip clubs, something he thought he wouldn't do, and ended up buying prostitutes! You and Harry had been dating for 3 years. You were still there after the 1D break up. You left him when you realised he was addicted to alcohol.
'It's going to destroy your life, Harry! You know it will!'

Those last words broke your heart because you couldn't be with an alcoholic man because you know it would go to more, and you were right. When he was in the band he always had something to do. Rehearsals, concerts, autographs, fun interviews with the boys etc but then his life became empty. He needed to be occupied. He tried to gethe involved in modelling and acting but it wasn't enough. He wasn't as famous as he was in 2013. He wanted more attention. Even if he needed to break up with his fiancé. You. You saw Harry all over your news feed. 'It's none of my business anymore.' You said to yourself. But you cared about him so dearly. After all, he was still the love of your life. You wanted to help him desperately but you couldn't. Only God could.

It was a lovely Wednesday morning and you checked your phone. Your heart started to pound incredibly fast when you saw his name. Harry.
"Y/N I desperately need you right know. I'm in the hospital. You were right. I need help." When you read the text you started to sob. 'Maybe he's back? Maybe he's getting better? ' He gave you the direction to his hospital and room. You but simple clothes on. A black shirt with blue jeans. You hurried to reach the hospital.
When you got there at 12:45 you knocked at his door. "Come in!" That voice sounded so wonderful, but when you walked in Harry definitely didn't. He shaved all his hair off. His arms were full of syringe marks all over the place and the rest of his skin looked terrible in general. He had huge eyebags and he smelled... Funny. His lips were busted and his nose was all wrapped up. "Oh, Harry.." You tried not to look disgusted. You two stared at each other for a while. His bloodshot eyes locked with your Y/E/C eyes. After half a minute he started to cry. You immediately embraced him for the first time in a while. "Y/N, I'm sorry. I'm so so so sorry. I-I can't believe I threw away my life like that. I can't believe I let you go. Please forgive me." His voice was raspy and hoarse but you could care less. Harry was back and better. After he apologised for approximately 4 minutes you sat next to his hospital bed and listened to his story. "I went too far when I took a large amount of ecstasy. I-I nearly died. The doctors say it was a miracle. All I could see and hear when I was in the ambulance was you. I didn't fall asleep because my mind was turned to you." You kissed his damaged hands and smiled. This Harry was the Harry you fell in love with. Even though he wasn't at good looking as before to others to you he was beautiful and gorgeous. Cutting it short, you and Harry got back together as soon as he got out of rehabilitation. He looked wonderful and fresh. All the drug marks on his body disappeared and so did his addiction to all substances. One year later, you two married. It was simply meant to be. He was back and better than ever.
