Jacob's POV
So many questions and thoughts are running through my mind everyday,nonstop.I never thought that I would get so nervous about meeting anyone that I'm in a relationship with parents before because every female that I dated. I met their parents like it was a piece of cake.But spending these few days with Sophia and hearing her talk about her parents on how they act around new men in their daughter's life..to be honest... I'm a bit afraid to meet Sophia's dad.I mean it'll be the greatest honor to meet him and his wife.But half of me is completely scared to death but I'll stay in my right mind and think of the positive stuff.As long as Sophia is happy and excited to see her parents then so am I
{Phone conversation}
"What do you mean that we have to come now? I thought it was next month?" Sophia asked
"No,we changed the plan. Your father starts work next month,so we have to do this wedding and honeymoon before this month ends" Sophia's mother replied
"Aren't y'all a bit too--"
"Hey,no matter how old we get,we can still get our freak on"
Sophia groans. "Okay,mom,I didn't need to hear that. You could have just cut my sentence off by saying something else" she said as her mother giggled
"I'm just being real,honey bun. And don't leave Jennifer this time"
"I won't,mom,I'll let her know when we get done talking"
"Where is she now?" Sophia's mother asked
"At her cousin's house. She'll be back by Monday" Sophia replied
"Cousin? Jennifer haves a cousin?" Sophia's mother asked
"Yes,mom,Jennifer haves a cousin. I'm pretty sure that she haves more than one especially on her mother's side" Sophia replied
"I bet! Her mom's sister was fast in the ass"
Sophia gasped "Mom!" She said laughing.
"Well,it's the truth! I can finally say something while Jennifer isn't around"
"I'm pretty sure that she'll laugh if she heard you say that"
"Yea,I'm pretty sure that she will,too. I knew Jennifer's mom for a very long time"
"How long did you know her?" Sophia asked
"I knew Jennifer's mom since middle school" Sophia's mother replied
"Awe,so ya'll was like really close to each other"
"Yea,and ever since Jennifer's mom got pregnant,she told me that if something ever happened to her. I will be the first person that Jennifer will be around with forever"
"Wow,so she was slowly dying from her lung cancer?" Sophia asked
"Around that time? Nah,she found out when Jennifer was graduating high school" Sophia's mother replied
"I bet it destroyed her when she found out"
"It really did,around two in the morning she called me crying like somebody murdered someone close to her"
"How did she break the news to Jennifer?" Sophia asked
"She didn't..she couldn't tell Jennifer,it was just too much for her" Sophia's mother replied
"So,she just made it seem like it was her time to go?" Sophia asked
"Yea,apparently so" Sophia's mother replied
"I wonder how would Jennifer feel about this"
"She'll probably feel devastated about it"
Sophia sighs and slowly shakes her head as Jacob walks through the front door with a few bags of groceries in his hands.
"Please,before you forget. Let Jennifer know and bring y'all butts here"
"Okay,I will,momma and tell daddy I said hi"
"Will do,baby girl,I'll talk to you later"
"Okay,bye" Sophia said as she pushed the end call button*hangs up*
"Why should your momma tell you daddy hi when I'm already right here?" Jacob asked smirking as Sophia blushes and giggled
"Now I know for a fact that you didn't stick your ding dong into my mother and got her pregnant"
"And still look this good all these years of you growing up?" Jacob asked jokingly. "I always knew that my kids would get my good looks"
Sophia laughs. "What am I going to do with you?" Sophia asked
"Hug me,love me,and never ever leave me" Jacob replied
"I think that's very easy to do" Sophia said as she walks to Jacob. "I can do that every single day" she said giving him a kiss
"Mmm,please do!" Jacob said as he slaps Sophia's butt
"Your wish is my command" Sophia said giving Jacob another kiss.
"So,what were you and your momma was talking about?" Jacob asked as Sophia sighs
"Uh-oh,that sigh didn't sound too good.What happened?" Jacob asked
"She wants us to come to Jamaica now instead of next month"
"Really?" Jacob asked as Sophia nods
"Which means we gotta start packing up our stuff"
"When?" Jacob asked nervously
"Between now or Tuesday" Sophia replied
"Okay,good to know"
"Do you wanna start today?" Sophia asked
"Nah,we can start Monday because that's my day off" Jacob replied
Sophia nods. "Sounds fair enough"
"Plus,we'll have to wait til Monday anyway because that's when Malik come back"
"Yea,we can't leave Jennifer's boo unless we wanna have a funeral early"
"Sounds terrifying"
"Oh,you have no idea,my love"
"So,what do you wanna do now?" Jacob asked
"I wanna taste your cooking" Sophia replied
"You wanna give my cooking a try?" Jacob asked
"I never seen you cook or taste your cooking" Sophia replied
"So,you want me to cook dinner?" Jacob asked as Sophia nods
"Okay,what do you have a taste for?" Jacob asked
"You" Sophia said flirtatiously
"Well then,what are you waiting for?" Jacob asked smirking
"Food" Sophia replied
"Ahh,so I guess I'm the dessert?" Jacob asked
"If you want to be" Sophia replied winking. "I'll be upstairs taking a shower"
"I love the sound of that"
Sophia laughs. "I bet you do" she said leaving

Sorry that y'all had to wait for a while for the next chapter and it was kinda short 😬 but awe,that's a very sweet and kind thing for Jennifer to do and say.. even though she did steal her last boyfriend but I'm glad that Jennifer forgave her and decided to help Alice out with her baby issue.
