Yes I understand Stockholm syndrome and that's a whole different thing. What IM saying is that whoever your OCs love interest is ( we're gonna day it's Ramsay) kidnaps or tricks them and then they're just chilling there and getting tortured or beat and they're like " OMG I CANNOT HELP BUT DENY THAT MY ATTACKER IS HOT AND THAT IM GONNA TRY AND SLITHER IN HIS BED LATER"
WTFFFFFFFF . I've never ever understood the I got kidnapped or I'm being held hostage plot line especially when they feel like they're instantly in love or attracted to them. Ofc I'm sure there's other circumstances and it may be an interesting read in some cases but I just think it's crazy
and the fact that it's such a popular plot is really very interesting to me.
