Angel milk is a great drink to have hot or cold. If served warm it can help you fall asleep faster and have a good nights sleep.
Ingrediants:
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
Steps:
• Grab a desired cup to pour you milk into, whether it be your favorite Sippy or a cute mug
• Tip 1 teaspoon of sugar into your milk and stir until dissolved (if your warming it up that will help dissolve the sugar)
• Pour 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence into your milk and stir

• Make sure you made your Angel milk in a microwave safe cup or Sippy. Microwave for 1 minute and enjoy!
