This ones a little more difficult so you might need some help with this one, it's up to you but it is a little bit tricky. But it's worth it☺

Ingrediants:
2 cups of any berry/fruit of your choosing (what fruit you choose may change the cook and store time, I normally just do strawberry jam)

Half a cup of sugar

Water (just enough to cover the fruit but not enough that they'll float)

Steps:
Put all ingredients into a medium sized sauce pan and turn the heat to medium until the mixture all bubbles together

• Once this happens you'll want to turn the heat down to low and let it simmer

Allow the fruit/berries to simmer and break down making sure your stirring every 10-20 minutes

Once it starts to thicken and form more of a jam consistency make sure to start stirring every 5 minutes

Once it's a desired thickness and consistency turn off heat and carefully pour jam into a very clean and sanitised jars

• Make sure the rim of the jar is wiped clean of jam and it's sealed properly and tight

• Let the sealed jar rest on a tea towel for 12 hours

Once the jam is cooled the lid might make a small pop sound. That will let you know that your jam has been sealed properly, if you wish to use it immdiently store it in the fridge or keep it in a cool dark place and it will stay good for up to 4 months
