After that morning in Bin's family's house, Bin and Yejin went home to Bin's apartment. Yejin still hadn't faced Bin's parents after last night in the hotel since they had to leave for his dad's routine check up at the hospital. They dropped by Hali and Choi's house to get her luggage first and the couple invited them for dinner that Monday night.
At Bin's apartment, Yejin couldn't help but admire Bin's sleek yet elegant flat. Indeed, the abode of a bachelor. They haven't discussed yet whether they will stay in his flat.
Being a girl who loves flowers, Yejin couldn't help but smile at what could possibly Bin's reaction be if ever he permits her to unleash her interior designing prowess. Her eyes wandered around, imagining the things that she'd want to place in those spaces in that flat. As she was doing that, she felt his strong arms enveloped her from behind.
"Why are you smiling, love?" Bin said, noticing her smile.
"Nothing love..." She faced him with her eye-smile.
"Why? Is there something wrong with my flat?"
"Nothing love, it's very Bin...Hmm..would you like me to put some Yejin in this?"
Bin frowned. "Hmm.."
She pouted her lips and turned her back from him. "It's okay, if you don't like."
Before she could walk away, he pulled her with a back hug again. "Okay love, you can re-design it.."
She was not convinced. "It's okay, let's just leave it like this."
He didn't say a word, but instead kissed her in her shoulder. "I missed you love..."
"Love...I think I'm stinky..." Though she likes what he's doing, Yejin felt uncomfortable.
Bin continued what he was doing, now kissing her even more passionately. "Hmmm...you still smell good love..."
"I wanna shower..." It was all that she can say.
Bin now turned her around to face him and crashed his lips into her... "Okay..." Bin continued to kiss her and was able to move her until the bathroom door.. She managed to release from him and ran inside, trying to tease him. Laughing, he followed her in the bathroom, and what came next was a steamy shower, and they ended up making love in Bin's bed.

Bin was awakened by the warm breath that tickled his ears. It was Yejin's, smelling his hair. He smiled. "Love, what do you want..."
"I'm hungry love.."
Bin looked to his bedside clock. It was almost 1 PM. He looked at her and touched her cheek, rubbing it with his thumb gently. She just seemed to glow. "What do you want for lunch?"
Before Yejin could even answer, his phone rang. Eomeoni.
"Yeoboseyo eomeoni"
"Son? Our staff said you already left our house. Are you in your flat?"
"Yes, eomeoni, we're here."
"Okay, we'll drop by, we came from a restaurant and we're bringing you lunch. We're on our way."
Before he could refuse, she ended the call. She must be with his father.
"Love?"
"Let's prepare love, my parents are dropping by. Eomeoni said she's bringing lunch."
Yejin got tensed. She still didn't know his parents' reaction towards her and their marriage. Bin said that he just told his mom but not his dad yet. She got up and Bin handed her her clothes he got from her luggage. Just as she finished applying some powder and lip tint, the doorbell rang. She ran to the living room and Bin opened the door. Though she was a little bit nervous, she felt more secured now, with Bin's presence.

"Eomeoni, Abeoji..." Bin said, bowing down. His mom then tapped his shoulder and handled to him the bags of dishes she brought for them.
"Please come inside." He said, as he walked towards Yejin, ushering them.
"Abeoji, Eomeoni, you have met her before, Yejin.." Bin said while his hand moved to Yejin's shoulder.
Yejin bowed to them and greeted them. "Annyeonghaseyo.."
Bin's parents just looked at her and bowed. "Can we talk for a while, Bin?" His dad said, as if telling them that they needed some privacy.
"Yes, Abeoji, let's go the balcony." Bin looked at Yejin, his eyes telling her to remain in the living room.
As they left, Yejin told Bin's mom to sit down. She excused herself and told her she will just get some drinks for her, but she refused and told her to sit down. Tensed, Yejin obeyed and sat down and tried to smile.
"I also want to talk to you, Yejin." His mom said, now with a softer look in her face. Yejin just looked at her and nodded.
"I just want to apologize for what I did three years ago when you called and asked for Bin. I was just hurt at that time. And now, knowing that you are back together and you are going to have my grandchild, please accept my apology and I hope we could start again." She continued, her eyes almost filling with tears.
Yejin's heart melted seeing her and hearing those words from her. This was more than what she hoped for, Bin's mother now accepting her and their baby as her grandchild. She also got teary-eyed.. "Ma'am..please do not say sorry, I fully understand your position..and I couldn't thank you enough for accepting our child. Thank you so much." She bowed to her.
Bin's mom stood and Yejin's heart jumped when she hugged her lightly and then said to her, "You are my daughter-in-law now, call me Eomeoni. I'm glad that Bin finally ended up with you. I know that you're the only woman he loved. I was afraid he wouldn't want to get married anymore, but here you are now, surprising us with your child. I just had to take time to gauge how my husband will react after learning about you last night. Thankfully, he received the news well." She finally smiled at Yejin, revealing where her Bin got his dimples.
As soon as Bin's mom sat back to her seat, Bin and his dad came inside from the balcony, with Bin smiling at her. Bin went to her side and they all sat down, as Bin's dad spoke. "I just learned about the good news today. We're excited, and I think this has been long overdue." Yejin now forgot the feeling of animosity she felt from his parents, as she felt their warm acceptance of their marriage, herself and their baby.
"But, still, we need to have a wedding ceremony here in Korea, as I and Bin had talked about. I know Yejin that you don't have any family here, but you still have your aunt in the States, right? Maybe you should invite her?" The old man seemed to be relaxed, though with a hint of authority.
She and Bin looked at each other, smiling and Bin responded. "Yes Abeoji, we will invite her." She turned to Yejin. "Yej, can we have our wedding on December 22?"
Yejin was shocked that it would be just more than a month away. "it's next month, Bin?"
He just nodded, waiting for her to agree.
She looked at both of his parents, with his mom smiling at her as well. "Yes, of course, it's okay with me."
Bin squeezed her hand, and with that Bin's mom exclaimed and told them. "We had a date then, let's just meet later to prepare for it."
Nodding, Bin's dad smiled and stood up. "Welcome to the family, Yejin. We'll see the two of you again, then? Come have dinner in our house one of these days. We should go now, and you two should eat what your eomeoni brought for you."
The couple bowed to them and Bin's mom hugged them both, with his dad shaking each of their hands. With that, they sent them off to the door and bid goodbye..
As soon as the door closed, bin turned to her and kissed her deeply. When he pulled back, he flashed his dimples and told her, "See? Our baby's halmoni and haraboji are excited!"
She just smiled, "I'm so happy love.."
And as they ate the food given by Bin's mom, they planned and talked about their upcoming wedding, and Yejin's plans to settle back in Seoul. They agreed that she will just send her resignation letter and go back to the States with Bin after their wedding to settle things there. That afternoon, they went to visit her mom's grave before going to Hali and Choi's for dinner. Her first full day in Seoul after five years was more eventful than what she expected.

A week after Yejin returned to Seoul, Bin and Yejin were invited to Bin's aunt's birthday party at The Class Cheongdam, a high-end restaurant in Seoul. It was actually the first time for her to meet the rest of his relatives, as she had met only a few of them before. Yejin came in a car sent for her by Bin since he could not come to fetch her as he would be coming from a business meeting.
Yejin was able to prepare for the party, buying her dress with Hali and having herself glammed up in Hali's recommended salon. Since she was not used to such a lifestyle in Seoul, Yejin got a little tensed, especially without Bin. She kept on texting him.
Love, I'm on my way to the restaurant. I'm nervous.
Love, don't be. I'm still finishing up the meeting. I'll get there as fast as I can okay? I already asked noona to assist you when you arrive. I can't wait to see how gorgeous you are tonight, my love.
She smiled at his sweetness, which just comforted her and boosted up her confidence.

How she treasured even just exchanging messages with him...and she couldn't fathom how fast her life has changed...no, both their lives, her and Bin's. It was just four months ago that she met him with Ha-na at her clinic, three months ago that she spent time with him in Florida, and now she's three months pregnant with their child, and almost a month being married to him. It was like a tornado that brought her from being a single woman to a pregnant, married one in four months' time. Not that she's complaining though...for it was a tornado she'd want to be carried away with, over and over again, as long as it would bring her to the love of her life, crossing the border of their separation and hurt in the past five years.
Smiling at her thought, she heard the driver call her. "Ma'am we're here." The car had stopped and she saw an attendant open the door for her. She stepped out and as she entered the restaurant, she saw Hae-won coming to where she was standing.
"Yejin!" Hae-won hugged her. She's been warm to her after that talk with their parents, and they have met twice already for their wedding planning. And they've been comfortable with each other since then. "You are just so gorgeous, Bin will surely drool later!"
Yejin blushed at her comment, not being used to hearing those words here in Seoul, most importantly, from her. "Unnie, it's glad to see you again! You are just so beautiful and gorgeous!"
She just smiled and ushered her to meet their parents. She bowed to them and greeted them. Bin's mother hugged her and turned to the elderly couple they are talking to and introduced her. "This is Bin's wife, Yejin. As I have told you, they're now expecting and would get married again, so that we can witness it all, next month. She's an ob-gyn from the States." Her mother-in-law just talked about her proudly, without a pause, and she couldn't be much happier.
With her awkward smile, she bowed her head to them and greeted them. "Yejin, these are Bin's aunt and uncle, your abeoji's sister and brother-in-law."
They chatted for a while, after which her mother-in-law grasped her arms and toured her around, meeting Bin's relatives one by one. She thought she would just ask Bin about their names later since she couldn't memorize all of their names and faces that night.
Bin texted her saying he was stuck in traffic and it'd take him 20 minutes more to arrive. She already missed her husband. Before the program started, she excused herself from her mother-in-law as they were chatting with one of Bin's cousins. She felt the need to pee and right after she came out of the restroom, a man chatted with her while walking back to her mother-in-law, whom she couldn't get a sight of now.
"Hi, I've noticed you a while ago, you look familiar to me."
She smiled at him, and tried to recall where she had seen him. "I'm sorry..."
"Anyway, I'm Park Cheol-min, I'm a friend of the celebrant's son."
"Oh, I'm Son Yejin..Are you a doctor or something?" She thought she could have met him somewhere before, or maybe in the States.
"Uhm, no, I'm an engineer. Are you a doctor?"
"Yes, I am, I did my med school at Yonsei."
"Yeah, right, Yonsei. I studied at Yonsei until 2008."
"Uh, we're from the same college batch then."
He suddenly beamed, "Omo! I remember, did you work in that coffee shop across the university?"
She smiled, amused by how can he still remember her. "Yeah, why?"
"I used to go there and yeah, that's why you looked so familiar."
They continued to chat, and little did Yejin know that a pair of expressive eyes had been watching them from afar, his flashing dimples shallowed as he looked at them, until they disappeared completely.
"Love..."
She was surprised by the strong arms that squeezed her gently. She looked up, it was her Bin, with a half-smile.
"Love, you're here!" She smiled back. He kissed her on her right cheek.
Cheol-min seemed to be surprised as well, with his bedimpled smile gone in an instant.
Yejin introduced him to Bin. "Love, this is Engr. Park, we were at the same class as him in Yonsei."
Bin greeted him and extended his hands. "This is Hyun Bin, my husband." Yejin smiled prettily, saying those words, and looked at Bin with so much adoration.
Bin finally managed to smile genuinely, his dimples now deeper than ever, hearing Yejin refer to her that way. His enraged emotion a while ago, seeing this man looking and talking to his wife, almost vanished. The three of them chatted for a while, until the man bid goodbye to the both of them.
With that, Bin looked at her, sighed, and pulled her closer to him, whispering to her ears. "I should have come here with you earlier...some mouse tried to steal my cheese..." And he teased her by biting her earlobe gently. Yejin giggled and pulled away, afraid that others may see them in that corner.
"Or should I've just put a name plate in front of your dress, with "Hyun Bin's wife" written on it?"
She just continued to giggle and be flattered by his comments. "Stop it, love!"
Bin cupped her chin and his eyes wandered over her face. "You're so gorgeous tonight my love..can we just go home now?"
She shook her head, "No, love, the night's just started and your parents have been waiting for you." She looked around and saw Hae-won with them, who's now waving at them to come to their table.
Bin sighed and pouted as usual, whenever he doesn't get what he wanted from Yejin. Seeing him, Yejin laughed and just planted a peck on his cheeks. She whispered, before they walked towards Bin's family, "Later my love..." And he finally smiled again.
Before the program ended, Bin's aunt, Hyun In-sook, thanked everyone and to Bin and Yejin's surprise, called their father for some announcement.
"Thank you In-sook, for giving me this ample time in your birthday program, for this very special announcement, for our family here and some friends. Well, as you all know, our family had gone through a tough time these past two months. I also almost lost my life. But now, thank God, I'm here standing in front of you, stronger than before, and I am very happy to share this announcement to you. For me, it is like a gift that came with my new life now..."
Yejin looked at Bin, and he just beamed, nodded and wrapped his hands around her.
"I am pleased to announce the marriage of my son, Hyun Bin, with Son Yejin just a month ago in the States..." People started to clap and cheer for them.
"And also, let us also welcome into our family, not only Yejin, but my soon-to-arrive sonja. With that, we would like to invite you for another wedding ceremony here in Korea, next month. Let us all celebrate with them."
Bin squeezed her and they stood up, bowing down to the people around them, as they continued to clap and cheer for them. Bin's younger cousins shouted and teased them to kiss, to which Bin gladly obeyed, ignoring the elderly people around them. Yejin giggled and as they lips parted, Bin told her, "Welcome to my family, my love...I love you..."
