It was a Friday afternoon, Zack comes home and
makes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich while reading his new favorite book, The Outsiders. But just as he goes to take the first bite of his sandwich, a rat scurries up and slaps the sandwich on the floor. Zack screams out in anger "HEY I WAS GOING TO EAT THAT". The rat looks up and gives a sly remark while licking the peanut butter off the floor. "Well your gonna have to fight me for it". Zack is in disbelief because this is the second talking rat he's met, first screech now this one. Zack starts to run around the house looking for the perfect fighting gear. He soon gears up with a broom and glasses so that the war may begin. The rat throws the first and second punch making Zack stumble back on the floor. Zack then climbs on the couch for a sneak attack, but he looses his footing and flops back on his head making him blackout. The rat reins victorious and takes the sandwich as his prize, leaving Zack only with hunger, an unfinished book and broken pride.
