As through out my life I will never forget.
The love you had for us, as you made the ultimate sacrifice,
On your honour, nobody could put a price.
As a whole nation pauses in silence,
To honour that you suffered in most bloody violence.
Throughout history, we will always remember,
That your suffering ended on the eleventh of November.
You fought for us, our lives you save,
As you sleep in Flanders fields, as it remains your grave.
May you rest in honour, may you rest in peace,
For you have saved our loved ones, every grandmother and ever niece.
You died fighting, fighting for me,
But you shouldn't have, you should have been given mercy.
To honour those who fought for our safety, so we may have a better future, our heros!
