Not a love poem, but it's going here anyways-
Do you ever put your shoe on the wrong foot?
Just like a toddler who doesn't yet know how to check for the curve of the shoe.
Do you ever stop to stare at your shoes and wonder,
Who the hell let me get this far?
Who let me grow this old?
When I can't even put my shoe on the right foot,
When I'm falling this behind in school,
When I don't even know what the hell I'm going to do when I leave for college,
Who let me get this far?
Without a clue how I'm going to care for myself?
Do you every put your shoe on the wrong foot and cry,
For reasons you can't explain to anyone else?
