When you went back to gym, your teammates kept on asking you if were you ok which you would always answer them the same answer. Practice continued when you felt a hand on your wrist, you looked to see who it was and to your surprise, it was Kageyama. You pulled your hand away from Kageyama, he then felt embarrassed and retreated his hand
"I'm sorry..." he apologized
"Yeah, sure. It's fine" you said coldly
"I'm such an idiot"
"I said it's fine. You can go ahead and continue your practice now" and with this you left him standing and continued on giving more tactics to the other team
Kageyama felt hopeless but that doesn't mean that he's giving up on you. He was still holding on to the words your brother left him. He will make you forgive him, he will.

- time skip -
It was time to call it a day. All of you ate your dinner and changed into your pajamas except for you, of course. You were about to go inside your room when someone called you. You turned around to see Rizumu and Akane
"Need something?" You asked
"Yep! Wanna check a haunted room together?" Akane exclaimed making your eyes sparkle
"Where? Where?" You asked
They grabbed your hand and dragged you to a room at the end of the corridor. When you arrived they opened the door and let you in first. It was dark, really dark.
"It's really dark. Where's the switch, Akane?" You asked but nobody answered
You turned around to see the door was closed and no Rizumu nor Akane was behind you. You ran to the door banged it
"Hey! Let me out! Rizumu! Akane!" You shouted but the two just stayed quiet and locked the door
You kept on shouting and shouting but it was hopeless, you're far from the others. You stopped shouting and just leaned your back on the door when someone called out your name inside the room.
"W-who goes there?" You asked but no one answered
You started banging the door again while calling out for help. You scolded yourself for signing up into this damn thing.
"(L/n)-san it's me...."
You stopped banging on the door when you realized that the voice was somewhat familiar to you.
"K-kageyama?" You called out and then he stepped out of the dark corner
"Hey..." He said
- flashback -
After the call, Rizumu quickly informed her teammates about the plan which they all agreed on doing it. Juvia asked Kuroo if there happens to be a room far from the rooms they're staying.
"Well, there is one. The room at the end of the corridor, why?" Kuroo said
"Perfect! Thanks, Kuroo-san" Juvia said and ran back to the others
"Ok so Kuroo said there's a room at the end of the corridor, I think that should be a good place since it's far from ours so hearing (f/n)-chan shouting would be impossible" Juvia explained
"Ok that's good, we need is something to keep the door from being opened" Alice said
"A rope maybe?" Cattleya suggested
"That sounds good but where can we find a rope?" Yuroichi said
"Janitor's closet?" Ayame said
"Ok I'll go check later" Rizumu said
"So now, all we need is Kageyama's cooperation. Who's gonna go talk to him?" Rizumu said
"I'm on it." Izumi said and went over to Kageyama
When Izumi left, Rizumu and the others continued discussing about the plan and then you went over to them and joined in
"What's up?" You said making them all stopped talking and looked at you nervously because maybe you heard their plan
"N-nothing. Have you been listening to us from the start?" Mirajane asked
"What are you talking about? I just got here" you said making them sigh in relief.
"So what are you doing?" You asked again
"Oh, we were just talking about the new tactics we're gonna use for the upcoming Spring Tournament" Iris lied making you nod and joined in
While on the other hand with Kageyama and Izumi......
"Hey Kageyama...." Izumi called
"Something wrong, Maaya-san?" Kageyama asked
"Well, not really but you want (f/n)-chan to forgive you, right?" Izumi said making Kageyama's face lightened up
"Well, all you need to do is go to the room at the end of the corridor after you finished eating dinner and preparing yourself, go inside and wait until she arrives then the rest is all up to you, ok?" Izumi asked in which Kageyama nodded aggressively
Izumi patted his shoulder and went back to her team. Kageyama was happy to hear what Izumi just told him, he was thankful for Howl's help and your team's help too.
After he ate dinner and changed into his sleeping attire, he unnoticeably went out of the room and went directly to the room Izumi said.
He waited there for a few minutes when he heard three feminine voices. He hid himself in the darkest corner of the room so that you wouldn't notice. When he heard you banging and shouting, he decided to come out of his hiding place and called you.
- end of flashback -
You only stared at him while he was starting to feel awkward.
"What are you doing here?" You coldly asked
"I uhmm.... I was just checking out the room" he said
"Lies. You had me set up, didn't you?" You asked while giving him a cold stare
"Wha-? What? No!" He defended
"Then what do you call this? A trap?!" You said. You rubbed the bridge of you nose and turned your back against him
Kageyama stood there but he's not giving up on you. He's willing to do anything as long as he will be forgiven.
Kageyama did the unexpected thing making you stop breathing. He hugged you from behind while burying his head on your neck. You could feel his breathe on your neck. You turned fifty shades of red, you weren't able to get a hold of your tongue, you can't seem to utter a word because you were too shocked. You flinched when Kageyama started talking so instead of resisting, you decided to listen to what he has to say
"(L/n)-san, I'm so sorry for shouting at you. I didn't mean it, I let my emotions get the best of me. I didn't mean to shout at you, I didn't mean to give you the Cold Treatment and I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm really sorry and I hope you'll forgive me but if you still won't forgive me then I'm fine with that but I'm not giving up" he apologized with sincerity
After you heard his sincere apology, your heart instantly softens. Who would've known that the King of the Court had a soft side.
You closed your eyes and sighed. Maybe you were too hard on him and you must have hurt him that much. You removed his arms around your hips and shoulder then faced him, you looked at him straight in the eye and you could see the pain and sincerity in them. You held both his hand and started caressing it.
"Look, I'm sorry too for going to far...." You chuckled "and don't worry, you are forgiven"
You smiled at him and hugged him. Kageyama was shocked at first but he hugged you back tightly, he was happy and relieved to hear that you have forgave him. He couldn't asked for more.
"So now what do we do? They locked us up and speaking of locked up. Who's the Mastermind?" You pulled away from the hug and looked at Kageyama while raising a brow
"Oh about that, it was Izumi who told me to come here but your brother told me that he'll help me so I don't know who's behind this?" Kageyama confessed
"Did you say brother? Now I know" you said making Kageyama chuckle
You find it really cute when Kageyama chuckles. The two of you sat on the floor while leaning on the wall of room when suddenly a yawn escaped his mouth
"A-are you sleepy?" You asked
He just nodded and rubbed his eyes. You were also sleepy and your friends are still locking you up together with Kageyama.
"Y-you s-should sleep" you stuttered
"I am...." He chuckled
He quickly drifted to sleep with you staring at him. When you noticed him fast asleep, you gently placed his head on your lap. He moved a little bit making you flinched but stopped and went back to sleeping soundly. You can't helped but caressed his soft black hair, it was relaxing.
"You know........ You're really cute..." You whispered while still caressing his hair
"Right from the start, you already caught my attention...... I like you a lot..... But I think it's impossible for you to like me back" you said and then you kissed his forehead
"Goodnight, Tobio"
You drifted off to sleep after you kissed him on the forehead but little did you know, Kageyama heard the whole thing and damn he's like the happiest crow alive right now. He then opened his eyes and looked at your sleeping state and smiled
"Goodnight to you too, (f/n)...."
