→as soon as he saw you walking at the red carpet for your movie premiere, he didn't know he fucked up until he saw wally west place a kiss on your cheek. you would not believe the anguish, the sorrow, the shattering of his heart as he saw that you had managed to move on. and damn, you were a knockout at that premiere. the way that dressed hugged your body right, how your beauty radiated more than any moment. he realized, he missed you. but it was too late, it was clear to dick that you didn't miss him back
→after the premiere, let's just say dick was becoming just as distant as he was to kori as to you when he started talking to her again. after a messy split with her, this boy would be watching all of the movies you were in. eating ice cream, pizza and any other sort of junk food. bundling himself in blankets, practically living on the sofa as he realized that you had moved on from him and he was a fool to had let you go in the first place. not taking any showers, he was a living hermit crab for the days that followed after you had crossed paths with him at the premiere
→a lot of regret had flooded in his body when he was apart from you. until the premiere, he was sure that he had made the right decision to drop you and be with kori. the real reason why he had left you for kori, was because of the fact that he didn't feel the spark that had connected you two from the very beginning. as stupid as the reason was, dick was convinced that a spark was a sign that relationships would go anywhere. and once he felt a spark with kori during a mission he thought she was the one for him. only after seeing you at the premiere, the spark that he had with you suddenly emerged once more and he realized that he had made a mistake
→his actions took over his senses as dick found himself making his way to your new penthouse, knocking on the door, hoping that you would be there to forgive him, wally west opened the door instead. "dick, what are you doing here?" wally asked as he raised an eyebrow as he leaned against the frame of the door. "i was hoping that i could talk to y/n, is she here?" dick asked as his voice shook. "nah, she's out taking some shots for her next movie, i'll tell her you stopped by," he replied casually. "okay, thanks," and with that, he walked off, his heart shattered once more. maybe you were done with him for good

→he had been listening to your album on repeat. everywhere he went, he was reminded that he fucked up. the lyrics flowed in his mind when he was driving to when he was fighting crime. "you made my whole world blue, i thought you loved me too." the songs in you album had hit him right in his heart. for a guy that had his heart shattered by his mentor after finding out the joker was still alive, he instantly melted after realizing that you had felt that same pain when he cheated on you with artemis. only after trying to apologize to you the first time, he realized that you wouldn't be taking him back for a while. but he could get revenge on roy
→for someone that had been jason's best friend, he was pretty pissed that roy would have gone behind his back and dated his ex. one thing, it broke boy code, but you would have to be pretty cruel to go behind your best friend and be in a relationship with their ex. he was mad at roy, he was mad at you for dating his best friend, but more importantly, he was mad at himself. what the two of you had was special and he blew it. no reason could come across his mind for his actions, and he knew that you weren't willing to hear him out. but maybe some violence would
→jason had done his best to get roy's attention in the crime aspect. all he wanted right now was for you to realize that he was the stronger person in the relationship and that you deserved him and not someone as frail as roy. let's just say that after you gave him your album, jason had been turning a lot to drinking lately, and it obviously wasn't letting him make the best decisions. beating up roy being one of them. and with that being said, let's just say you weren't too pleased on having to deal with this situation in the middle of the night
→"what the hell is your problem!" you yelled as you grasped jason's gun and slapped him across the face with it. you crouched down to the ground and looked at the countless of wounds that were all over roy's body, tears streamed down your face as looked at your current boyfriend then back at your ex. "i just wanted you back, y/n," jason sighed sadly as his hand touched the wound you gave him. "that's just the thing jason, i don't want you back," you angrily replied as you got up from the ground to look at your ex in the eyes. →after tim had seen you with conner, let's just say that he realized you were so much more than what he thought you were. all this time he was holding you back, now you were badass and beautiful and all it took was for him to dump you. since then, he listened to police scanners in metropolis, watching the news just to see your face on screen as you greeted your fans and beat the hell out of any criminal that stood in your way. damn he missed you. but he could never get over how you spent more time with conner than him
→after batman had briefed tim on a mission it was stephanie herself that broke the truth to tim. she knew about conner's situation from batman since he was talking to superman during a meeting. the reason why you were talking to conner the whole time was because the poor half-kryptonian was conflicted. he had just found out that his human father was lex luthor, having the genes of a villain and a hero had been the reason why conner would outlash from time to time, it was as if his own blood was fighting against each other
→in that moment, tim knew that he had jumped to conclusions. he had spent the whole week, blank in emotions as all that he could think about was you. texts from stephanie meant nothing as he would spend hours looking back through your old conversations on his phone. he couldn't sleep because he missed you beside him. instantly everything reminded him of you. the more he thought of you, the more he realized he had jumped to conclusions. he never gave you a chance, not to mention he assumed that conner was to blame for everything when he needed support. for someone who was a great detective, he missed a lot of clues
→"tim?" you asked as you opened the door to the apartment that you and conner had moved in together. "y/n, uh, can i come in?" tim asked wearily as he rocked back and forth on his heels. "sure, conner's with superman at the moment, how can i help you?" you asked as you welcomed in to your home. all of a sudden his lips touched yours, you recoiled and pulled away from shock. "tim― no. you already had your shot. but i'm with someone else,"
damian wayne―
→"yeah, i finally killed off all the feelings i ever had for you," those words rang in his head when damian came home from school that day. he found himself in the training room, almost destroying everything in his path. he never knew how heartbreak felt, until those words escaped your lips. he was angry, upset but most of all, he was mad that you moved on so quickly. let's just say with damain angry, wayne manor was not the happiest place to be in when there's a moody teenager around
→damain had never been good with emotions, but he knew what anger was, that was the most familiar trait with. seeing you at school made him angry every time a smile was on your face, sure there were some bruises from the fights that you won against criminals, bruises that would never be on your body if you were by damian's side. but it was if the marks defined you, like they were battle scars praised by you alone. as if they were medals to demonstrate the the pain meant nothing and you were badass inside and out. damian had to admit that he did like the new you, if only he realized sooner that this could have been you all the time if he had given you space
→there was a lot of broken bones with criminals ever since he realized he fucked up. damian missed fighting crime with you, damn he missed everything about you. you were the first person that broke him out of his angry shell and painted him a world of emotion. with you gone, there was nothing but a black and white world with no colour. it was this very same feelings that he wrote down on paper. and the more he thought about you the more he realized there was a way to express his emotions
→"what's this song, it's so catchy?" you said as you asked one of your classmates that was blasting music in gym class. "you haven't heard it? that guy damian in our grade released it a couple of days ago. it's one the most upbeat breakup love songs i've ever heard," the classmate replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "you painted my world with emotion, and i gave you all my devotion. what i didn't know, oh what i didn't know, was that without you, my world would be colourless. my world would be colourless,"

→i'm so sorry for all of these side notes, but this one is a bit more important that i really need your input on! i've been asked by a couple of my readers in my private messages for a specific request that involves preferences that involve the batboys and you doing the "devils tango" (if you catch my drift, and by that i mean sex) but before i can finally commit to the request i wanted to see what you guys think before doing anything. just a heads up, this preference request will not include damian wayne since he's minor and i'll put something a little more "p-g" for him. please let me know if you want this type of preference or not!
