S Y N O P S I S
Delilah can see ghosts. She has been able to ever since she was a little girl, one of them still by her side through it all. Most of her days are spent collecting healing crystals, talking with the dead and doing good deeds for their grieving lost ones, life a challenge on it's own when you have to pretend you can't hear your ghost best friend singing off-key to whatever song comes in his mind all the time.
It's when she discovers she can't die though that the real problems arise, in the form of an overworked Grim Reaper who is way more handsome than the stories she read told her. Starting her bachelor for astronomy was difficult already, a guy with a scythe following her around everywhere in the frat parties until he can collect her soul doesn't make it any more easy.
No one said a dance with death couldn't be on a Katy Perry song instead.

A U T H O R ' S N O T E
hello, yes, it's me with a new story for the first time in forever. i was really done with the skeptical realist is sucked into a fantasy scenario and has to have ten chapters of denial before believing everything is true, so here's a super spiritual girl who probably knows more about the grim reaper than he does about himself. i've been really excited about writing this one, the updates will probably begin once my exams are finally done at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb somewhere!
for the new readers, Mateo is a (now dead) character from my book Kisses after Midnight, but you don't need to read that to understand this (though it may add some extra nostalgia.) furthermore, the Grim Reaper has made some brief appearances in my other story Saints, as all my books are in the same universe, but again, no need to read that one first, there will be almost no mentions about it.
