It’s been a year since i’ve graduated from high school. And almost exactly a year that I failed to get into University. I thought I couldn’t do it, all my friends had gotten into Uni, studying their desired courses, making friends, joining clubs, living that life.
After they got into University we grew more distant, they had other priorities. I understood but it was still disheartening.
I thought I couldn’t do it anymore, that I wasn’t good enough. I had no purpose, constantly being compared and asked '”why can't I do better?”
That was until I met you. Inside the empty cathedral. We were the only ones there, and you were the only one who listened to me, and helped me.
The only person who gave me the feeling of purpose.
