3rd Person POV
As November ended and the Cultural festival it was another day for UA if you can see Kouta with a red face as he saw Eri with her hair getting in pigtails cause of Nejire cause the sudden news.
Aizawa: We're going to take care of her at UA.
Kouta: I didn't think I'd be able to see her again so soon for so long! *realize what he said*
Kouta then proceeds to cover his blushing face due to the embarrassment.
Izuku: how did this come about...?
Aizawa: she couldn't stay at the hospital forever.
Aizawa then signal the work study group Mirio and Amajiki outside to talk in private. They heard how Eri was abandoned by her parents and the head of the Shie hassaikai is the only one related to her blood but he's in a coma and now Eri has no where left to go. And now Eri's horn is starting to grow but it's going slow.
Ochako: So in order to keep that from happening again...?
Kouta: she's going to be staying with us so she can feel more safe.
Aizawa: exactly.
Kouta: hmmm Izuku can we go train
Izuku: really you wanna start again?
Kouta: Yeah come on!
Kouta then proceed to grab Izuku's wrist and then drag him away from the others.
Small Timeskip
We see Izuku and Kouta outside of the dorms as Kouta had his staff in his hands trying to land a blow on Izuku but it always got blocked and parried by the eskrima sticks.
Izuku:it's been a very long time since I used these and seems I still got it as for you, you're sloppy.
Kouta: no I'm starting to get uninterested
Izuku: get interested
Izuku then goes rushing at him and aims at hitting his legs as Kouta Flips backwards and once makes contact with the ground raise his staff in defense and blocks a hit from both eskrima sticks as he ducks under Izuku's arm and hits his wrist disarming one of the eskrima sticks but drops his guard and Izuku kicks his gut.
As Kouta regains his footing and holds the staff like a sword and swings it at Izuku who bends back to avoid it and then rolls over and blocks the staff with his only eskrima sticks and then he brings the eskrima stick inside the staff and pulls it away disarming Kouta and then elbowed Koutas cheek and then spins to kick him twice and then jumps and punches him but Kouta was fast enough to dodge. Kouta got up and touched his cheek.
Izuku: was that the same cheek Eri kissed?*smirk*
Kouta: no it was the other one.
As Izuku ran forward and was throwing straight punches and went he went with a left punch kouta grabbed the arm and using his strength pulled Izuku over his shoulder, as Izuku's back landed in the ground hard he quickly got up threw a left hook only for Kouta to duck and punch his ribs and run around Izuku but Izuku grabbed his arm pulled him forward and punch his chest 3 times and finally threw him down on the ground.
Izuku:Trainings over.
Kouta: I can...still keep... going....
Izuku: I think the audience already seen enough.
Kouta looked up to see class 1-A watching their fight. Some recording the fight just then Iida came telling the class that their guest had arrived. Izuku let go of Kouta and he dusted himself off and they walked in the dorms to see their guest.
Mandalay:Lock In with these sparkling gazes!
Ragdoll: we've come to lend a paw and help!!!
Tiger:coming out of nowhere...
Pixiebob:Stingingly cute and catlike
"Wild wild pussycats!"
Kouta just facepalmed at the embarrassment of his aunt.
Kouta mind: even off work they do this...
Mandalay:Kouta!
His aunt rushed at him and gave him a hug since it has been so long since they seen each other.
Kouta: hi aunt shino
Mandalay: it feels great to see you again and you're dirty, why?
Kouta: oh Izuku and I just finish training it's not much a big deal.
Ryuko: but you look beat up.
Kouta: its just a bit of punching here and there
Tomoko: a bit or a lot?
Jason: hey leave the kid alone
The class and the pussycats look at the doorway to see Jason in regular clothing.
Kouta: Jason!
Kouta then runs as him and gives him a hug as for Mandalay she walked to her boyfriend and kiss him on the lips.
Izuku: nice to see you again.
Jason: same back at you, anyways we just wanted to let you know the news that-
Ryuko: We're back in business!
Jason: that...
Kouta: Really?! But Tomoko I thought your quirk got stolen and-
Tomoko: it's not back I'm just gonna be doing office work to support the other three. Office Lady cat!
Jason: I went to Tartarus to have a chat with all for one and well....
Jason remembers that all for one is using it right now and he'll give it back when it's no longer needed for him.
Jason: but right now I'm not here for this what I'm here for is to invite you two for something special tomorrow.
Izuku: What is it?
Jason: you two are coming with me to the Japanese hero bill board chart.
Kouta: the Japanese What now?
Izuku: the Japanese hero bill board chart based on The total from the number of incidents resolved contribution to society and citizen approval rating, the chart rings active heroes twice a year! In other words the higher rank the more that hero has brought smiles in peace. Lots of things happens this year and now it's gonna be different.
Jason: well get your hero suits ready we're going tomorrow.
The next day
Izuku, Kouta and Jason, were now at the bill board charts after having permission from their teacher to go on this trip and most of the media and other heroes have been invited to see the new ranks, trying to avoid the attention of the public they entered through a different entry, and with some heroes greeting them.
While looking around Izuku could feel the little fanboy inside himself as it was his dream to be on the list one day as one of the greatest heroes. While looking around he bumbed into someone and turned around to face this person who was a woman with an athletic build with muscular arms and legs, tanned skin, red eyes which are tilted slightly inwards, long eyelashes, and straight white hair reaching down past her waist. On her head, she has a pair of long white rabbit ears pointing upwards with a slight crook. Along with these, she also has a round white tail, and her outfit was consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide, yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and two thick metal plates on her midriff. She wears purple thigh-high boots to compliment her leotard, with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has a pair of thick white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around their edges.
Nightwing: Oh Hey you're the Rabbit Hero Miruko sorry about bumping into you like that I wasn't aware of my surroundings, first time at the hero Billboard chart
Miruko: Oh it's fine, I presume that you're the famous Nightwing, gotta say a little fan of your work
Nightwing: really?
Miruko: Of course you impressed many people, I hear you get the job done most of the time gotta say you look like someone I can call an equal
Nightwing: well sometimes I need to rely on others in case of something I'm not capable of doing
Miruko: oh please joining teams is for cowards though I have no problem in joining yours
Jason: Jeez did the bunny get soft?
Both Miruko and Izuku looked to see Jason and Kouta approached them
Miruko: oh don't go calling me soft now red I still kicked your ass that time
Jason: oh great thanks for reminding me
Robin: you two have a history?
Miruko: every Mission I go on this dimwit always shows up before I do and hogs all the fun
Jason: sorry if your rabbit speed wasn't fast enough
Nightwing:oh boy well this was fun but they're gonna start the ranking soon so we should find out seats rooting for you Miruko.
Miruko: eh you good enough to call me Rumi
Jason: wow you really did get soft
Miruko: WHAT WAS THAT!?
Robin: ok we're going! We're going!
Kouta pushed Jason as he began to speed walk while Nightwing smiled and roll his eyes and followed behind.
The list began as the number 10 who dropped from rank 9 is Ryukyu, number nine was also a hero who dropped as well is Yoroi musha, number 8 is a hero from commercials of clean n shine is Wash, number 7 goes to Kamui wood who took a huge leap for up and comer, number 6 goes to Crust number 5 goes Miruko as she twirled a bit of her hair and see Nightwing in the crowd giving a thumbs up to her which she smiled then see Red hood next to him with a sign that says 'soft' which got her mad. Next person was Edgeshot which the three recognize from the Kamino incident when they went to rescue Bakugou, Next on the giant screen from the front was Best Jeanist who was currently still resting so he didn't show up today , Next for the second place in the 10 was a man who wears a black shirt with a wavy golden pattern like a ripple in a pond, over which he has a tan jacket with a high collar, the insides and cuffs of the sleeves lined with white fur, and black gloves. He has a red square-shaped lobe piercing in each ear, although these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow headphones over them. His headphones most likely have protection purposes, since the velocities in which he moves are capable of damaging eardrums beyond repair. A rounded, yellow-tinted visor protects his eyes, presumably from UV radiation above the clouds and dirt particles at high speed. as well on his back were large bright red wings with feathers that gradually lengthen the further down they go. Izuku recognize him as before he was the number 3 hero Hawks.
Robin: Isn't he the hero who tokoyami was having as his work study?
Nightwing: yeah His name is hawks and before he was the number three hero guess this time he boosted up to 2.
Robin:*to jason* Any history with him?
Red Hood:As much I would say Takami and I worked on our missions together he was also someone I could count on as well even if he gets annoying how he takes out some thugs before i could lay a finger.
And last but not least the light all dimmed as from the dark was Endeavor walking out to join the others
Robin:looks like he got a new outfit
The top tenthen give their comments one by one:Ryuko honestly says she does not feel worthy to be in the top ten, because there are lives she could not save and promises to strive and become a hero worthy of her rank.
Red Hood: I guess she hasn't moved on ever since nighteye's death
Robin: Yeah
Nightwing: it's best not to talk about it now thinking of the past will slow us down we just got to look ahead of the future.
Kouta and Jason both nod their heads together as they kept listening to the others of their commentary, As Edgeshot gave his comment Hawks then brought up a familiar name to everyone.
Hawks:Who's gonna be happy listening to that? Stain?
Silence filled the air as a memory of the dead hero Killer flashed in Izuku's mind but he didn't fazed as he narrows his eyes towards Hawks. Hawks then proceeds to grab the microphone and spreads his wings as begins to fly as he gives his commentary.
Hawks:Lets see if we're just talking approval ratings... Best Jeanist is number one with the boost he got from being on hiatus. Second is me, third is Edgeshot and fourth is Endeavor. I'll skip the rest. Though One person who would actually be number 1 aside from Jeanist i believe he deserves a spot here, it would be a great honor for you wouldn't it Nightwing?
A spotlight moves as it landed on Izuku to which the ground could see he presence as he was still unfazed by the spotlight.
Jason: cheeky son of bitch...
Hawks: I know you've been getting more popular and I believe you deserve a spot here with us so tell me, say something that's hero like?
Hawks was near Izuku and he had the mic out towards him as Izuku's head was down his hair covering his eyes.
Nightwing: Well to be honest I got to say was it really necessary to call me out i'm just here because I'm supporting you guys of the top 10, plus I'm still in school you pros have more experience than me I could even say that you're stronger than me as well, but each and everyone of us is strong in our own way and if the odds are against me I'm still gonna fight and I'll fight till my last breath
Both Hawks and Izuku share a similar smirk as He then Flew back to the stage and pass the mic to Endeavor as everyone was now waiting to what he would say
Endeavor:What is the Symbol of Peace? After that young person has fanned the flames, I won't say much. Just watch me.
It was silence as the only clapping sound can be heard was from hawks and surprisingly from Izuku was well.
Later
Red Hood: *On the phone* Are you really sure?
Red hood was talking on the phone to which Kouta and Izuku were talkin g to eachother after the three left the auditorium and were hanging on the roof.
Nightwing: so was your first time seeing other pros
Robin: it was an experience but endeavor seems a whole lot different that how Todoroki told me
Nightwing: Shoto and his Dad never were on good terms with each other but I guess ever since he's been going for his and Kacchan's make up test he told me his dad changed in someway
Red Hood: Nightwing I'll take Kouta back to the dorms
Robin: wait why just me
Red Hood: i just got off with Takami he said he wants Izuku to join him and Endeavor on a patrol what do you say kid?
Nightwing:*puts both fist togther* Where do we meet?
