Avu's POV
Today was the volley ball game and because of the nervousness i couldn't sleep properly all night. I got up early, got ready and went downstairs but no one was there so i decided to go to the balcony. I was standing there leaning on the railing just looking at the city in front of me. I felt someone stand beside me and it was bandar
Sidd: it looks pretty doesn't it? (he said turning towards me)
Avu: yeah...and peaceful
Sidd: why are you up so early?
Avu: i am nervous for today so i couldn't sleep....why are you up so early?
Sidd: you are going to do just chill...i couldn't sleep either
we stayed there talking for a while
Avu: it's 8 we should wake the others up
Sidd: yeah we have to leave at 9:00
we were about to go wake them up but i got a idea...bandar was about to go in the boys room but i pulled him back
Avu: i have a idea
Sidd: what?
i explained my plan to him and he smirked
Sidd: let's do it
we both put on a timer on our phones and out it on full volume we started the timer and slowly put our phones in the middle of the rooms and ran out and then we waited for it to off. After a minute it went off and it was loud....everyone screamed and both of us were standing outside laughing.
Reem: avi i am going to kill you
Jai: im going to kill you siddu
they both ran behind us and we ran all around the house and i don't know from where but reem found a chappal and now she was running behind me ready to whack me. We saw vibha aunty standing in the living room so we ran towards her and hid behind her.
Vibha: kya hua tum log jhagad kyu rahe ho
Jai told her what happened
Reem: aunty don't protect them they are devils (she said glaring at us)
Vibha: arre mere pyaare do baccho ko aisa kyun keh rahe ho....unhone toh sirf mazak kiya tha
both of us stuck our tongue out towards jai and reem
Vibha: jiski saza unko milni chahiye (she said laughing as she moved away from us)
me and bandar panicked and instead of running away we ran into each other and our foreheads bumped and we fell backwards
Avu: ahh bandar dekh ke nai chal sakte
Sidd: tum dekh ke nahi chal sakti
before we could fight anymore aunty stopped it and told us to go sit in the living room quietly while everyone else got ready.

Avu's POV
i wore black leggings and a black shirt so when we reach i can just wear the jersey on top. We quickly ate breakfast and then left for the college. The volleyball games were taking place in our college's gym. We got there and quickly set up the nets and set up the judges table. Then i quickly changed and we were waiting for everyone to arrive. After everyone arrived the principal started talking
Principal: So everyone this is the format of the competition for volleyball....each four colleges will face each other at least twice and if you win then you will get points then the two teams with the highest points will face each other to compete for the first and second place. While the other two teams will face each other to compete for the third and fourth place. We will start off by having rosedale vs emperial and royals vs centennial. good luck to everyone and may the best team win
i went to where my team was standing and we discussed the stragy for the game. Soon the game started and the team was pretty good but we were slightly better. We had a lead of 15-13 and the game was getting intense. But finally we had won the set 25-20. We lost the second set 25-23, we also lost the third set 25-21 but after that we had a passion to win and we won the last two sets which meant we won the game against rosedale. While on the other side royals had won against centennial. After that it was our turn to play against centennial and surprisingly we lost while on the other side royals once again won. Next we were playing against the royals...this was a very crucial game and we tied so both the teams got a point.
Sidd's POV
Our team was doing good we lost once but that's okay...nakchadi was playing really good she played all three of the games and i could tell she was tired but she didn't let that get to her. Her hair was falling all over her face and she looked really cute. Right now there was a break so she came and sat next to me
Sidd: you're playing really good (i said as i high-fived her)
Avu: thanks...though the royals are tough to beat
Sidd: yeah well i know you guys can do it
soon the gang came over
Vaishu: avu you're playing really good
Abhi: yeah keep it up
Avu: thanks bhai and di
Jai: yes crush those losers
Jannat: yeah kick their butts ( both of them high-fived)
Reem: don't get hurt tho
Faisal: and stay alert cause of those bastards
Avu: okay guys thank you
she left and went to the team when the principal came to us
Principal: guys we have a problem
Abhi: yes?
Principal: the people who were keeping score suddenly got sick so i need you guys to do it and we need four people for lines as well
i swear this principal can't do anything right...i don't know what he would have done without us
Abhi: don't worry sir we will take care of it
the principal left
Abhi: okay guys me, vishu, jai and reem will do the lines...sidd, jannat and faisal do the scoring
Everyone: aye aye captain
all of us went to our places, i sat on one side scoring one game while jannat and faisal did the other one. Right now our college was playing but nakchadi wasn't on so she came and sat beside me.
Avu: what are you doing here?
Sidd: the principal can't do anything right so here we are saving his ass once again (i said rolling my eyes)
she laughed as i concentrated on the game
Avu: they're so cute aren't they?
Sidd: hmm who?
she pointed towards where jannat and faisal were sitting laughing on a stupid joke faisal made
Sidd: if only fais would realize his feelings for her....so oblivious
Avu: just like you (she said under her breath)
but before i could ask her about it...the coach called her.
Avu's POV
After many tiring games it was time for finals we were going against the royals because we had gotten the second highest points and they had gotten the highest. It was the last set and we were tied up we had to win this set to win. It was the last point we needed one point to win while they needed two....i was so nervous. I looked around at reem and jai they gave me a reassuring smile, then at jannat and faisal they gave me a thumbs up, then at di and bhai they gave me a proud smile then lastly i looked at bandar and he mouthed
Sidd: you can do it (he mouthed with a big smile)
i took a deep breath and thought about all the people i needed to do this for then i served the ball and after a bunch of back and forth's i looked at priya (a girl on my team) she set the ball for me and i spiked it ...all of us watched the ball in anticipation and bam! the ball touched the floor. I jumped....we just won I ran towards bandar and jumped on him and he caught me and hugged me. jai, reem, di, bhai, jannie and fais ran towards us. Jai jumped on me and fais on him and it was too much weight so we all fell on bandar.
Sidd: abe mote log uthoooo....nahi toh main mar jaoonga
all of us quickly got up and i pulled everyone in a group hug
Avu: thank you guys so much for everything (i said with tears in my eyes)
Abhi: avu no need for thank you
di wiped my tears and suddenly we heard everyone saying aww
Everyone: aww
i looked up and saw that everyone was staring at us...all of us just laughed
Principal: so after that beautiful moment i would like to announce that the winner is the emperial college.
i went to the team and we went to the front and we got medals i saw the royals stomping away and i felt so happy and proud. After that i quickly changed and after taking down the nets we all went to the parking lot.
Avu: im hungry and tired (i was really sleepy)
Vaishu: let's do this....why don't you guys go home me and abhay will pick up food and then we will come
all of us nodded and headed home. As soon as we went in i quickly took off my jersey and sat on the sofa..my feet were killing me. Everyone came in and started talking i was too tired and my whole body was aching. bandar sat down beside me so i laid my head in his lap
Sidd: you okay? (he whispered to me)
Avu: my whole body hurts....and my head will explode
he started massaging my head like last time and it was really helping and relaxing
Jannat: aww (she said pointing at me and bandar)
Reem: are you sure you're not dating? (she said smirking)
Faisal: if you aren't you totally should
as they were teasing us aunty came
Vibha: oh kids you're back?
Faisal: yeah aunty
Vibha: how was the game avu
i slowly opened my eyes
Avu: aunty we won (i said excitedly as i sat up)
Vibha: wow that's great (she said as she gave me a hug and sat on the sofa beside me)
Avu: it was a lot of fun too but also tiring and now my whole body hurts and my head is going to explode (i said dramatically as i fell and put my head in bandar's lap again)
Sidd: such a drama queen
i slapped his head
Sidd: i'm not helping you anymore (he said slightly pushing me)
Avu: acha acha i'm sorry
Sidd: nope (he said turning to the other side)
Avu: how about if you forgive me and massage my head i will not insult you or fight with you and will be nice to you for the whole day tomorrow
Sidd: um okay deal
i laid back down in his lap and he was massaging my head again
Jai: aunty these two are really cute right (he said smirking)
Avu: shut up before i slap you (i said as i was half asleep)
Vibha: i think they are perfect together (i blushed and i looked at bandar and he was sitting there awkwardly but i could see a blush on his face too)
Reem: see look at them blush
Avu: shut up
amidst all this teasing and talking i didn't realize when i fell asleep. I woke up to bandar shaking me
Sidd: nakchadi wake up and eat then you can sleep
Avu: i don't want to eat
Sidd: you have to
i slowly sat up and my eyes were still half closed
Avu: can you please feed me? (i said making a puppy face)
Sidd: fine
he was feeding me and after a while i was tired so i put my head on his shoulder while he was feeding me.
Avu: i'm full
Sidd: okay now you can sleep
i fell asleep on his shoulder and at night i felt someone pick me up...i opened my eyes and it was bandar he brought me to my room and laid me down but before leaving he kissed my forehead
Sidd: good night angel
i blushed but didn't let him see it and he left the room. I fell asleep thinking about the kiss, thinking about him.
