"You're sure you're okay here?" I asked Rose once again before I had to go.
We were already at Ares' house and I was just saying goodbye.
"Yes, I'm just fine. You can go" She smiled softly and patted my chest.
"So you want me to go?" I pouted.
"N-no! I meant-"
"I know what you meant Rosy" I chuckled.
"When are you coming back?" She asked.
"I'll come get you tomorrow morning, but I want you to promise me something" I said and took out a pen from my pocket. "If anything happens-" I gently took her wrist and lifted the fabric that was covering it, "-and I mean anything. Whatever happens, even if Ares' tells you everything is under control-" I wrote my phone number on her wrist and then my hand traveled to her soft hand," You call me immediately alright?"
"Okay" She said nodding. Her face was turning red again and she looked down letting her hair fall to her face. I reached out and moved her hair out of her beautiful face trying to get a good look at it, "I-it will only be a day. I'll manage"
"I know" I said smiling. "I'll see you tomorrow Rosy" I said walking away backwards.
A moment after I turned around I felt her little frame colliding into mine as she wrapped her arms around my torso.
"What is it?" I chuckled.
"I-I'll miss you" She mumbled. I turned around and gave her a hug lingering there for a few moments.
"I'll miss you too Rosy" I chuckled and pulled away.

"Oh My God, my boy is here!" I heard my mom's voice the moment I entered the house. I hadn't seen her in months and she was still the same little sweet woman she always was.
She loved baking and cooking, so as always, she was wearing an apron.
She was smiling brightly as she reached up and hugged me.
"Hi ma" I smiled at her.
"Oh God, you look so much skinnier, have you been eating well? Are you overworking yourself? Come on, let's get some food in you" She said in one breath grabbing my hand and leading me in the house.
I saw my dad and my brother in the living room and headed over to them.
"Bro!" My brother yelled and jumped up from the couch.
Oh here it goes-
He tackled me to the floor and I felt as if I was being suffocated.
"Dean. Can't. Breathe" I choked out, but of course he wouldn't move so I rolled on top of him and took the chance to stand up.
Damn that man got some strong grip.
"I missed you little bro" He said patted my back.
"Dean, for the thousandth time, we're twins" I sighed.
"I came out first"
Even though Dean and I were twins, we didn't really look alike. He was shorter than me, although still tall, and he had lighter hair color and grey eyes whereas I had dark brown hair and dark blue eyes, almost black.
"Nate, I missed you son" My dad said approaching me before giving me a hug.
He might be a cold man, but he was a good family guy.
"I made all your favorite dishes for my boys today" My mom said looking excited. "And Nate I've made your favorite desert" She said.
Something chocolaty probably. Now I definitely don't regret coming.
After eating till I felt like I was about to explode I plopped on the couch next to my brother who was playing some mobile game.
"So how's Ares and Serenity? That girl is simply an angel!" My mom exclaimed cleaning up with the help of my dad.
Wait till you meet Rosy.
"They're great"
"And their kids! They're so adorable. Tell them to come over too next time"
"Of course"
I took out my phone and texted Ares to see how Rosy was doing. He answered after a few minutes.

"Who are you texting?" My mom asked sitting beside me. "Any lady you like?" She winked.
"No mom, that's Ares I'm texting" I said.
"Oh! Tell him I said hi!" She said.
The day passed by pretty quickly. We caught up with our parents and brought back memories.
Finally it was time to sleep and Dean and I would share a room like old times.
He was annoying, like old times.
"Nate" I heard him whisper but didn't answer. "Nate" He repeated a little louder. "Nate!" He whisper-yelled.
"What?!" I snapped.
"I can't sleep" He whispered.
"Want me to cuddle you? I'll be the big spoon-"
"You are disgusting. I demand an apology" He said shaking his head.
"Well I can't either since you keep annoying me!" I said fixing the covers. "I don't miss sleeping in the same room as you at all"
"Oh shut up. We're leaving tomorrow, might as well annoy you as much as I can now"
A few minutes passed in silence and I finally felt in peace as I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

"Can't you stay for just another day?" My mom pouted asking.
"I'm sorry ma, I've got business to do" I said and hugged her once again.
"Visit again soon okay?"
I nodded and then moved on to my dad giving him my hand, but instead he hugged me.
"Take care" He said.
Me and my brother both left at the same time. He lived in another town of course so we didn't drive together.
I went to Ares house to pick up Rosy. I honked once I was outside letting them know I've arrived. After a few minutes I saw Serenity coming out with Rosy and the kids. Serenity gave her a big bear hug and the kids were whining and asking her to stay. Rosy said her goodbyes and walked to the car.
"Visit again soon!" Serenity yelled waving her hand with a big smile.
I started driving home and glanced at Rosy, she looked happy and had a soft smile on her face.
"Did you have a good time?" I asked.
"Yes, They're a very nice family" She said. "I hope I'll get to have my own family one day"
"I'm sure you will" I said.
"I don't know, with my past and all-"
"Your past has just made you stronger and smarter. You're beautiful inside out and it's time you realize that"
"I don't think I'm that beautiful" She laughed softly, but I knew she was hurting.
"If you don't see it I'll make you see it" I smirked.
"W-what do you mean?" She asked quietly.
"Nothing Rosy. You'll see later on"
