Y/N walked out of the arena with the other students, the sound of the battle between lightning and Heracles still heard throughout the arena. Ruby then run towards him.
Ruby: Y/N, are you alright?
He doesn't answer, instead, he summons a pair of longsword that resembles Penny's weapon.
Ruby: Y/N...
She hugged him from behind.
Y/N: I messed up...
He tightened his grip on the handles.
Y/N: if only I was fast enough...
Ruby: Y/N don't blame yourself, there's nothing you can do about it.
Pyrrha: Y/N, I'm sorry.
His sister stands beside him.
Y/N: it's alright sis, I... You're not to blame.
Ironwood: Guardian!
He then turned towards ironwood.
Y/N: General.
Ironwood: Grimm is crawling all over the city. The White Fang's invaded Beacon, and to make matters worse, some... vagabond has seized one of my ships. Until we regain command, the skies are out of our control. So I'm going to take it back.
Jaune: what about us?
Ironwood: You have two choices. Defend your Kingdom and your school... or save yourselves. No one will fault you if you leave.
Y/N: like hell, I'm gonna leave, not before getting my hand on her!
Ironwood: (nod) that's the spirit! Now, Move out!
He then boarded a dropship
Y/N: come on, there's one airship over there we can use.
They run towards the airship and board it.
Pilot: where to?
Y/N: Beacon.
Pilot: Roger, hold on tight. This is going to be a bumpy ride.
The airship then begin preparing to take off. Suddenly his scroll rings.
Y/N: Olivia?
Olivia: Y/N! Where are you?
Y/N: on an airship heading to Beacon.
Olivia: good, cause it doesn't look so well down there.
Y/N: where are you?
Olivia: in the place you told me to be. These griffons are nothing, but with their number, they're getting annoying.
Y/N: don't force yourself, just retreat before you are being overwhelmed.
He hears Olivia laughing from the other side of the call.
Olivia: Oh please, these insects aren't going to beat me!
Y/N: (sigh)
Olivia: don't worry about me, just do what you best Y/N.
Y/N: Alright, be careful.
Olivia: always.
He closed his scroll and outside of the window.
Y/N: wait! Aren't that ironwood's Dropship?
He points at a plummeting Dropship as two flashes can be seen from the cockpit.
Ruby: I have to do something!
Suddenly Ruby stand up and run towards the bay door.
Y/N: Ruby! What are you doing?
He tried to stop her from doing whatever she's planning to do, but before he can reach her she then jumps off the Airship as it barely takes off, using her Semblance of speed to safely land on the runway after freefalling in the sky. As she runs to the stadium, she finds it nearly empty and full of brown dirt, where she sees a locker. She punches in the code, latches on with Crescent Rose, and immediately takes to the skies, landing on top Roman's stolen airship.
Y/N: that girl is crazy
Pyrrha: well she's your girlfriend after all, so I wouldn't be surprised.
After a few minutes, The airship start to decent
Y/N: we're here.
The bay door opened, revealing the ruined pier with dozens of people. Y/N walked towards a Atlesian personnel who's pressing his wounded arm.
Y/N: you there! Where's Arturia and Atalanta?
Soldier: I don't know, last time I saw them they're leading a group of soldiers to hold the line while allowing the wounded to pull back.
Y/N: damnit!
He then walked away.
Pyrrha: where are you going?
Y/N: making sure I'm not making the same mistake again.
Pyrrha: be careful, brother.
Y/N: you too.
He runs towards Beacon.
On the other side of the academy, a group of Atlesian soldiers are desperately firing at the charging Grimm.
Arturia: keep firing! If they get past us then it's over!
Atalanta: there's too many of them!
Arturia: we must hold our ground!
Soldier: ma'am! Watch out!
Suddenly a Beowulf pass the soldiers lunges at her, before she can react numerous weapons impaled the Grimm. The remaining Grimm then stopped the attack and slowly retreat.
Arturia: Y/N??
Gilgamesh: I'm afraid not.
In the sky, Gilgamesh is flying with dozens of golden circles around him.
Gilgamesh: it'll be a to cliche, a damsel in distress is saved by a knight in shining armor.
Arturia: tsch.
Gilgamesh: now, what should I do with you?
They just stared in silence, as weapons begin to come out of the circles.
Gilgamesh: hahaha!!
Y/N: Gilgamesh!!!
Suddenly, the weapons one by one destroyed as Y/N launches his own swords.
Atalanta/Arturia: Y/N!!
They run off towards him.
Gilgamesh: well well well, look who's here, the weakling finally showed up.
Y/N: you girls okay?
Arturia: we're okay, just a scratch mostly.
Atalanta: it's nothing but a flesh wound
Y/N: (nod) that's good.
He then looked towards the Gilgamesh.
Y/N: a big talk for someone who got his ass kicked by lightning.
Gilgamesh: you!!!!!
Y/N: run! now!
Atalanta: what about you??
Y/N: we'll meet again.
Arturia: is that a promise?
He smiles and hugged them both
Y/N: it's a promise.
He then let go of them.
Y/N: go now!
He pulled out his longsword.
Y/N: this is between you and me Gilgamesh, leave them alone.
Gilgamesh: yes it is!
He landed a few feet away from him.
Gilgamesh: today is history has repeated itself. You stand where he was standing, with the same foolish dream.
He summons his weapon.
Y/N: there's nothing foolish in hoping for a peaceful world.
Gilgamesh: enough talk! Let it be finished!!!
The two combatant charges at each other clashing swords, dealing blows while trying not to get hit. Gilgamesh then raised his weapon High and slammed it on the ground, Y/N going away because of the shockwave.
Y/N: damnit!
Before he can get up a spear landed near his head.
Y/N: that was close.
Other weapons then launched towards him, he immediately gets up and picks up his sword.
Y/N: bring it on bastard!!
He stood his ground as he parry attack after attack.
Gilgamesh: look like the little rat is cornered.
He observes as the young Nikos having a hard time blocking his attack. Ignoring his words Y/N keeps parrying attack after attack, without even slowing down.
Gilgamesh: enough!!!!
He raised ea.
Gilgamesh: this ends now!
I shall offer this one strike as the ceremony of separation!

Blinding light engulfed where Y/N is standing, he used every bit of energy he has to keep the shield.

The attack subsided, Gilgamesh stare at the cloud of dust.

A red flash soar through the dust, he staggered as he blocked the incoming missile.
Gilgamesh: you stubborn animal.
Y/N walked out of the dust, his right arm is bleeding.
Gilgamesh: tsch.
Y/N: let's get this over with!
They clashed once again, Y/N launched a series of quick attacks forcing Gilgamesh on a defensive.
Y/N: what's up with that face Blondie? Where's that confidence you usually showed?
Gilgamesh: shut up you dog!!!!
He counter attack and throw Y/N away, he immediately stands up and rushes towards him one last time.
Y/N: die!!!!!!
Gilgamesh: haaaaaaaa!!!!
A sickening sound of a metal slice through flesh is heard.
Gilgamesh just stood silently, his eyes wide in disbelief.
Y/N: who's the weak one now?
Gilgamesh: y-you bastard!!!!
As He turned around he's greeted by dozens of weapons piercing his body. He kneeled, blood coming out of every part of his body.
Y/N walked towards him with one of the floating array swords in his hand, he stared at his opponent. He raised his sword high, aiming for his head.
Y/N: make it easier for yourself and just die.
He swings the sword.
