It was now the next day and I forgot I was staying over. No one knew but Cesar.
After awaking I decided to head into the kitchen for a glass of water not realising no one knew I was here.
They all stop eating and turn to face me.
"Alma" Oscar whispers.
"Erm hi" I stutter trying to hide behind gbe counter.
Ugh what is wrong with me.
"nice outfit" Sad eyes laughs.
Huh. Outfit?
I realised I was wearing Cesars T-shirt and I had lipgloss all over my face cause I forgot to wipe it off last night.
"No this isn't what it looks like" I gulp still trying to hide.
"You want breakfast?" Oscar stutters handing me a napkin.
"Erm sure" I whisper trying to wipe away the lipgloss with a napkin.
I look at sad eyes for a approval and he holds up his thumb.
Oscar hands me my plate and I take a seat besides the guys.
Minutes later Cesar walks out the shower.
"Eh erm guys Alma" he stutters realising what it looked like.
"Chill we know y'all sleeping together" One of the guys laugh.
"what" I choke as I spit my food out.
Oscar laughs patting my back.
"I'll be back" I smile as I rush to the toilets.
My phone buzzes with a text from Monse.
"I'm heading to Cesars meet me there" she says.
I begin panicking. Why Monse whyyyy?
I take a deep breath and walk out the toilet to see Monse.
"hiii Almaa. You came quick" Monse squeals as she gives me a hug.
She points to my shirt and begins grinning.
"Alsarrr" she whispers.
I remain quite trying to take in what just happened.
I give Monse and everyone a smile before rushing back into Cesars room.
"Great now everyone thinks we're dating" I laugh as I toss Cesars t-shirt on the floor.
I quickly put on my dress from last night.
Cesar turns arounds and smiles.
"It can't be that bad" he laughs.
"People think we're dating" I repeat.
"So what" Cesar laughs causing me to roll my eyes.
After getting dressed. Me, Cesar and Monse leave the house.
Oscar frowned as we left. I'm not sure as to why.
"Have fun" Oscar smiles.
He seemed kinda upset and I some how felt guilty.
We walk into my house to see dad asleep on the couch.
"Dad" I call out.
"Hey princess" he smiles jumping off the couch.
I begin to laugh as I watch my half asleep father try not to fall.
"Hi Gustavo" Monse smiles looking concerned for him.
Dad's eyes shoot wide open.
"I'm awake and hi Monse. Thank you for letting Alma sleepover last night" he says before sitting back on the couch.
Monse's eyes widen as she turns to face me.
"Eh erm you're welcome" Monse stutters.
I didn't tell Monse I was supposed to be sleeping over at hers but she handled it pretty well.
I think.
After promising Monse I'd tell her where I was. I head off to my room to change.
I threw on a hoodie and some legging before heading back downstairs.
"Bye Dad love you" I smile before rushing outside the house.
We followed Monse all the way to Ryan's house.
"Erm here why here" Cesar stutters trying to hide his pain.
"So you guys can meet him." Monse squeals.
"But Monse we've met him hundreds of times" I state as I look at her confused.
"Meet him as my boyfriend silly" Monse giggles walking towards his door.
Me and Cesar look at eachother before rolling our eyes.
"Oh Jamal and Ruby gonna join us soon" She smiles.
The door opens to reveal Ryan.
Cesar's hand shapes up into a fist.
"It's okay. Come on lets go in" I whisper.
Ryan greets us with a hug but Cesar refuses.
"He's at that time of the month" I jokingly whisper.
We all sit in the living room in silence unsure on what to say.
The awkwardness was killing me.
"So you guys erm" he smiles eyeing me and Cesar.
"No-" I state before getting interrupted.
"Yes" Cesar lies as he places his arm around me.
What?
Cesar was like a brother to me. Seeing him a different way made me sick.
My phone recieves a text from Latrelle.
I quickly move Cesars arm away from me causing Ryan to glare at us.
"Aren't they cute?" Monse asks and Ryan nods unsure of what to think.
The message from Latrelle was short and sweet.
I try to hide my smile as I read his text but fail.
"You're not cheating are you?" Monse giggles pointing to my phone.
"Oh no. Wait no I mean-" I state before getting cut off again.
"My Alma would never cheat on me" Cesar smiles placing back his arm around me.
After that weird conversation. The door bell begins to ring.
It must be Jamal and Ruby.
Why did they have to come an hour late?
As they walk in I quickly cough to motion Cesar to take his arm off me.
"Oh thanks guys" Jamal smiles.
He squishes himself between me and Cesar while Ruby squishes himself between Monse and Ryan.
"Sooo does he know?" Jamal laughs pointing at Ryan.
"Know what?" Ryan asks confused.
"About the roller world money." Jamal sighs.
"No we don't need to bother him" Monse groans.
"And that's not why we're here" she whispers.
"Oh" He whispers leaning back on the couch.
"So erm you guys excited for school tommorrow" Ryan coughs trying to break the tension between them.
"No. I miss Hawaii" I groan.
They all turn to look at me with pain.
"Oh I miss this place and you guys too. You're all better than Hawaii" I lie as they begin to smile.
"Well I am. My mum told me a cousin is coming to stay over" Ruby complains.

The clock struck 8.
It was getting late.
The last few hours consisted of us talking about random stuff and playing board games.
"I think i'm gonna head off" I smile as I grab my bag.
"I'll drop you off" Cesar smiles as he stands up quick.
"No its okay have fun" I whisper patting his chest.
I couldn't let them know that Latrelle was literally waiting outside to pick me up.
"Alma it's not safe" He whispers as he walks me out the door.
"I know it's a quick walk I'll be fine" I smile kissing him on the cheek.
After a few minutes of persuading he let's me go.
"See you at school tomorrow" He blushes.
I close the door behind me and look at the windows to check no one was watching.
I spot Latrelle' car across the road and began walking up to the rolled down window.
"hey" I whisper and he leans to open the passenger door for me.
I sit and he pulls me into a kiss.
"Wait was that our first kiss" I giggle.
He looks down at my lips before looking up at me
"Yes. I think it was" he smiles.
"I haven't seen you in forever" Latrelle sighs.
"I know we gotta keep this a secret" I sulk.
"The santos think me and Cesar are a thing" I laugh.
"Whaat? That kid" He laughs.
"Hey that's my best friend" I laugh slapping him on the chest.
"I'm only kidding" Latrelle whispers as he puts my seat belt on.
"So where we going for date number 2" I smile leaning into kiss him again.
"It's a secret" he smirks.
