I made eye contact with Simon, he shook his head.
Then I ran, as fast as my feet would take me, back to my house.
"MUM!" I yelled, it echoed throughout the entire house.
"LIVING ROOM"
I ran in, she sat there alone, looking up at me with worried eyes. "Your face..."
"We can worry about that later, we need to talk about Simon"
"What do you mean?"
"There's no excuse for the things he did, but there's a lot at home that he's dealing with..."
