Y/n's Pov
I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off, so I knew what that meant. *sighs* Time for work, I said to myself. I got up and hopped in the shower. When I got out I put my clothes on, then did my makeup. I grabbed my keys and headed to work. When I got there my best friend Jazmine was just heading in and I called to her, "Hey Jaz." She said, " Oh hey y/n." We walked in together and business wasn't too busy. When I got done with the last customer in line I got on my phone.
That's when Jazmine nudged me with her elbow and said, " Cutie at twelve o'clock." I looked up from my phone and saw him. I told Jazmine "He's fine, I'm not gonna lie, but I'm really not looking for a boyfriend and you know why." When he walked up, he ordered and just before he was about to leave he bit his lip then winked at me and said, "See ya later cutie.😉" Jazmine started shrieking in my ear and said, " HE JUST CALLED YOU CUTE." I said, " yea I know." She just rolled her eyes. After the day was over we went home.
When we got home, me and Jazzy decided to watch Netflix and just order pizza. (When I moved out me and my bestie decided to move in together. But she stayed with her parents yesterday because she likes to visit them every now and then. My brother and I do the same, but it's just my mom because my mom divorced my dad since he decided to have an affair and get another girl pregnant.) While we were watching our favorite show, Law & Order, I saw my phone light up and it was a text from an unknown number. This is what it said.
I got mad at Jazmine and said, " WHY WOULD YOU GIVE HIM MY NUMBER." She said, " He asked for it." I told her he should've asked me then if he wanted it. Jazmine said, " just give him a chance, he seems really nice and caring." I said, " WE JUST MET HIM." She said again to just give him a try I said no. He texted again.
Jazmine said, "So u decided to give him a chance?" I said, " No we are just going as friends." Jazmine said, " Mmhmm ok I believe u." I told her, " I'm serious we are just friends nothing more."
Jaz: yea ok
Y/n: whatever 🙄
After that we continued to watch TV and then we fell asleep.
