It had been 3 hours since the meeting started, all the faculties even Suriji were present there. The fab 5 cadets were eagerly waiting for the meeting to get over. In the meantime Purvi informed others about Akriti's mood off, after listening they looked towards Akriti & she gave them a murderous glare.
Peter signalled something to Rummy & both started pulling Mallah's legs to change the tensed atmosphere.
Peter- Mallah! Dude kahi tumne A.k.r.i.t.i ko aapni what do you call it? Ha! Aapni koi kavita suna di jisse uska dimag kharab ho gaya hai. Haina?
Rummy- (acting to be scared) Kahi tumhara wo jungle wala bhoot toh nahi aa gaya Akriti par?
(Mallah looked towards him, his eyes literally popped out in shock)
Mallah- Kya bol rahe ho Rummy bhaiya.... Agar aisa hua toh Akriti ji hum sabko kacha chaba jayegi 😰
Peter & Rummy started laughing. Akriti came out of her terance & looked at them confusingly.
Just then an orderly came & informed them that meeting got over & Major had called them.
They followed him & stand in front of Major Sharma.
MV- Cadets! Welcome back to KMA. Ab aap aapni training complete kar aapne desh ko as an army officer serve kar sakte hai.
They became extremely delighted & jumped in joy.
Mallah- Sach?... Sach me madam ji .... Humme toh yakin hi nahi ho raha hai! Kahi hum koi sapna toh nahi dekh rahe hai ya humare saath koi majak ho raha hai?
Mallah bite his tongue on realising to whom he's speaking & nervously looked at Major.
MV (sternly)- Khuli aankho se sapne nahi dekhte cadet! Aur majak karna ka na mera koi sauk hai naa hi koi irada. Crystal?
Rummy- Yes ma'am! Ma'am toh kal se hum logo ki training start?
MV- Nahi kal se nahi... Aap sabko 2 weeks ki leave mili hai...
Peter- Par kisliye ma'am?
MV- Kuch official formalities puri karni hai, thoda paper work bhi hai jiske complete hone par hi aap sab officially join ho jayenga. Mission complete hone ke next day se hi task force ki training start ho gayi thi so high command ne aapko aur captains ko leave grant ki hai. Baki ke details aapko Captain denge.
She left & cadets started dancing, completely neglecting that their senior is right infront of them. Gunny also smiled seeing them, as from past few months they had forgotten to smile.
Abhimanyu came there & saw them dancing. He too joined Gunny & was happy seeing them.
After sometime...
Gunny- Agar aap logo ka dance ho gaya ho toh humari taraf bhi thoda dhyan dene ka kasht kare.
They stopped dancing & stand still muttering a quick sorry.
Rummy- Sir! Humne toh bataya gaya tha ki ek baar humne task force join kar liye uske baad humme aapna army officer banane ka sapna bhulna hoga toh ye kaise possible hua?
Abhi- Humme bhi exactly yahi bataya gaya tha....
Purvi- Toh phir achanak se...
Before Purvi could say further, Gunny interrupted as he knew that they wouldn't going to give him a chance to say.
Gunny- Aaj ki meeting me hume bataya gaya ki jis din hum sabne special task force join kiya tha exactly on the same day... army ke ek bahut reputed lawyer ne ek review petition dakhil ki tha aur aapni point bahut strongly rakhi...
Jisme kaha gaya ki humara desh kabhi kisi par pehle attack nahi karta aur dusre sabhi desho ke rules & regulations ka bahut respect karta hai, toh humare desh me aise kisi task force ki kya jarurat hai... & ispe high command ne naye sire se socha aur natiza aapke samne hai.... We're back to KMA!!

Gunny quickly grabbed a glass of water. They nodded their heads in approval but......

Rummy hit his head listening her silly question & hide his face due to embarassment. Peter's head collided with Mallah's, Akriti rolled her eyes & mummers "iska kuch nahi ho sakta." Gunny chocked on the water & started coughing badly. Purvi looked at them in confusion.
Abhi- (Hiding his smile) ye kaisa sawal hua? Aap sabko leave mili hai aapne ghar jaiye ya kahi ghumne jaiye picnic par.... In short jo bhi aapka maan kare, aap wo kariye...
Gunny- Exactly!
Both Gunny & Abhi hurriedly ran away to save themselves from further questioning. The fab 5 went mess for dinner & were making plans for the leave.

Rummy- (playing with food) Kya lagta hai Peter, humme kaha jana chahiye, Aapne- aapne ghar ya phir kahi aur?
Peter- Don't know Dude! (To Mallah) Hey village boy, Tum kaha jane wale ho?
Mallah- Abhi tak hum kuch soche nahi hai Peter bhai.
Akriti (Chimed in)- Vidya ke ghar chale? (Everyone looked at her) Kya hua kuch problem hai?
Rummy- Nahi... Akriti koi problem toh nahi hai par aise... achanak kaise matlab...
Akriti (sighed)- Bas aise hi... Mujhe laga ki... uske parents se humme milna chahiye. Jab Vidya ki death hui thi toh humare pass itna waqt nahi tha ki hum uske parents se milne jaye... Par ab toh hai... Aur phir unhe aisa nahi lagna chahiye ki hum unke beti ke balidaan ko bhul gaye hai.
Mallah- Hum aapki baat se sahmat hai Akriti ji... Humme jana chahiye Vidya ji ke ghar.
Purvi- You're right Akriti. Hum sab saath chalenge par kya kisiko pata hai Vidya kaha rahti thi?
Akriti- Nahi... Exact address toh nahi pata par wo kisi Sangrampur me rahti thi... Waha ja kar kisi se puchh lenge.
Peter- Aare! Uski jarurat nahi paregi, hum KMA ke records se uske ghar ka address aur contact number nikal lenge... What say?

Someone spoke from behind.
They shockingly turned to see Shalini standing there with her arms crossed over her chest.
Purvi- (sighing) Oh God! Ma'am.. Aap humesha aisi shocking entry kyu leti hai? Mai darr gayi thi...
Shalini- Oh! Okay... Next time se dhyan rakhoongi...
Peter- Ma'am! Just ignore her.. Aap kuch keh rahi thi?
Shalini (remembering)- Ha toh mai keh rahi thi ki Vidya ke ghar contact karne ka koi fayda nahi kyuki koi phone receive nahi karega... (They gave her a confused look) Jab Vidya ko NSA award milne wala tha tab humne kai baar koshish ki uske ghar walo se contact karne ki par... Yaha tak ki humne officially unko invitation bhi bheja par wo bhi wapas laut aaya.
They became sad & their faces fell down. Suriji came there.
Suriji- Oye! Ye aise moron chehre bana ke kyu baithe ho bhai.... Khaana accha nahi hai?
Mallah- Nahi Suriji khaana toh bahut swadisht hai par... (Sadly) Bhookh hi marr gayi hai...
Shalini told him about the issue.
Suriji- Oh! Dil chota nahi karte puttar! Tumhari dost shaheed hui hai, shaheedi pe matam nahi manate. Aur soch puttar vidya ko accha lagta hoga jab tum logo usse yaad karke yu dukhi rahte ho? Akriti- Kya Suri dada aap bhi na!
Vidya ki toh baat hi nirali thi... nahi.. hai... Wo humesha humari yaadon me rahegi, haina?
Everyone gave a faint smile & continued eating.
Shalini- Waise tum logo ko pata hai aaj kiska call aaya tha...
(Everyone nodded in no) Sameera ka.... Usse ye jaan kar bahut khushi hui ki tum sab phir se KMA join kar rahe ho...
Peter- (shocked) Kya.... Sameera?
Shalini- Ha... Sameera... Wo aksar call karti hai tum sabke bare me jan'ne ke liye... Jab usse Vidya ke bare me pata chala tab bahut royi thi, jab aap sab mission pe the tab bhi humesha aapke bare me inquiry karti thi...
Peter- Sameera ne hume abhi bhi yaad rakha hai.... (Repenting) Humne uske saath kitna rudely behave kiya, phir bhi wo humare bare me sochti hai...
Purvi- Kya hum Sameera se milne jaa sakte hai? (Now everyone looked at her) Mujhe usse maafi magni hai...
Mallah- Sirf aapko nahi Purvi ji... Hum sabko maafi magni hai unse.
Suriji- Dekho puttar ji! Ye zindagi na bahut choti hoti hai, khamakha kisi ko bhi chhot nahi pahuchani chahiye warna kabhi-kabhi toh maafi magne ka bhi waqt nahi milta....
Shalini- Suriji bilkul thik keh rahe hai! Jitni jaldi ho saake sare gile shikweye mitta lo toh mann ka bojh kam ho jata hai...
They glanced at each other & silently finished their dinner then they left from there.
On the way they met the Captains.
Abhi- So... Ab aapne decide kar liya hoga ki aap sabko kaha jana hai aur kya-kya karna hai. Right?
Rummy- Yes sir! Hum sab Delhi jaa rahe hai Sameera se milne aur aap dono kaha ja rahe hai?
(Pointing towards their bags)
Gunny- Hum dono Barmer ja rahe hai! Capt. Chauhan ke palace.
They absent-minded said- O! Ok!!
(Then shouted altogether) Wait what? p... pa... Palace.....
