‼️‼️PLEASE be careful with the virus going around. Make sure to:‼️‼️
• Wash your hands often(for at LEAST 20 seconds)
• Use hand sanitizer(if you have any)
•Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth(try to not touch your face in general)
•Stay hydrated(it is easier for the virus to enter your lungs if you're throat is DRY. So please please please try to take a sip of water every 15 minutes. By doing so even if the virus does enter your system because you're continuously drinking water, the virus will travel down to your stomach where it will die due to the acids it produces ).
•If you're sick, please try to stay at home to avoid spreading you're germs to others
•If you have elderly people living with you, please help them in any way possible to try and keep them from being exposed to the public too much(elderly individuals are at HIGHER risks of being affected by coronavirus).
•Please don't forget to be 𝕂𝕀ℕ𝔻 to one another. We are facing difficult times and it is easy to get overwhelmed and upset about what is happening. Please try to stay positive, and be grateful for all the good things we do have.
