I left the factory along with Erica relieved. Finally, I now have a contract with a manufacturer for my dresses. It was so unrealistic thinking I could hand sew my whole line. I was scared my line wouldn't remain authentic but due to lots of research, I found the right fit. My shop is expanding and I won't be surprised if I have to open another store next year. Maya walked downstairs and immediately rolled her eyes at Kasey's therapist helping him with his leg. He had two more sessions left and his progression was wonderful. You would think now that he's barely limping they would be fucking like rabbits but they're still bickering back and forth and now Kamaya's wondering if he's cheating. Yes, she's very busy but when she's home she should be getting satisfied. She walked over to see him smiling "Yeah it feels good" he said. "Mmhmm" he said. He looked over at Maya standing there. "Hey baby" he said. "Hey Maya, we're pretty much finished now" she said placing his leg down. "Oh no rush" she smiled. "Were done but I need you on that treadmill twice a day" she said grabbing her purse. "I got you, thanks B" he said. B? He's giving out nick names. Her name is Bianca. "No problem, have a good weekend" she said. "Thankyou you too" she said waiting for her to close the door. "I guess your having the time of your life with Malibu Barbie" she scoffed. "Here you go drama queen" he said

I eyed Mia quickly closing her laptop. "What you being sneaky about? I asked her. "Nothing, you do know it's almost Christmas jeez" she said. All of sudden Dylan and Junior came in. Junior was upset and Dylan was crying. "Dad she colored on my homework" he said frustrated. "Oh Dylan, my baby loves to color" Mia frowned. "I thought it Coloring book "she frowned. "Just keep the homework and tell your teacher what happened. Its a common thing" he said. He rolled his eyes "She's always in everything" he said walking off. "Look boy, she's a baby" Mia said.

Josie and Erica laughed eating their lunch curiously sliding down their TL. Josie had to get Morgan from ballet practice in a few. Morgan was making progress she's gained 10 pounds and My dad and I couldn't be any happier. The extra 10 pounds has made her a little more confident on her appearance. Even going from a size 10 to a size 12 in kids was such a good feeling. We still had to work on her pain management and appetite. "Skrtttt" Erica said looking at a picture. She looked at it then looked at me. "What? I asked. She slid me her phone and it was a picture of well known actress Khloe Scott and Ricky boo'd up in a picture along with a video of them on live. Confused was an understatement. I was just over Ricky's house the other day. He was helping me with my brand giving me game and pointers. My stubborn ass finally listened. The pointers turned into us Netflix and chilling, nothing sexual went on just our normal flirting routine but on here its saying they're together.

Ricky felt weird emotions a feeling of satisfaction but also guilt at the same time. "You think its over for him? I asked. "Shit, I don't know he's still alive, just in critical condition. "Either way I don't give a fuck" Dreux said. Ricky looked out the window. All of sudden shots fired with people screaming. "What the fuck?? Ricky yelled. "Yo bro, you good? Ricky dropped his phone immediately going after Yasmine. She was already screaming under his desk. "Come on" he said. "What I'm not going out there? He grabbed her arm taking her to a back way he created for emergencies like this. "I'm scared" she panicked
"You're good, calm down" he said. He could hear the police cars from a mile away. Yasmin looked at him freaked out. "You're so calm, why the hell are you calm like this? She panicked a little. "Oh my god, this all makes sense right now no wonder why Jaxon couldn't read you" she said. "So what you're gonna judge me now? I have a past.. some shit I'm just immune to" I said. "I mean is that your past down there? She asked. Ricky didn't say anything "I can't work in conditions like this-
"Then leave then Yasmin, I don't give a fuck. Niggas always want to reap the benefits but when some shit hit the fan... they're scary" he yelled. Yasmin didn't say anything, Ricky was pissed he had no idea what was going on and what he had to face when he walked downstairs. He was tired of people being scared about his past as if being an ex/ drug dealer was some rare ass shit. "Well sorry for thinking about my kid now" she said. It was quiet for a few minutes. Ricky was taking everything in, thinking about Grant and how this situation with Muhammad was going to play out. He was also thinking about Josie and how all these unfortunate situations kept coming to surface, getting in the way of him trying to pursue her.
"Come on, we gotta head back downstairs" I said helping her downstairs. "You're right Yasmine if its too much for you. I completely understand" he said picking up his phone that was left on the ground. My phone was blowing up I went downstairs and there was blood everywhere. Yasmine gasped almost passing out.

45 minutes later
I finally picked up Morgan from practice and was on my way to get her some food. I was on the phone with my assistant for about 20 minutes going over this week's schedule. I noticed my phone kept blowing up it was Kamaya then Dreux. I ignored the texts continuing to drive until Dreux called. I rolled my eyes answering "Hey-
"Hey, you get in contact with Ricky? I've been calling him they were shooting at his spot. I'm fucking stuck in traffic" Dreux panicked. I immediately panicked because of him.
"Huh? I was about 10 minutes from the scene noticing the traffic. I immediately felt my stomach drop. "Uhh I'll call him" She hung up. She couldn't even think straight at the moment she called him and his phone immediately went to voicemail. As soon as the light turned green she sped as fast as she could. She looked in her rear view mirror to see Morgan with her earphones in. ten minutes later she arrived at the scene to see the ambulance and tons of police cars. Josie pulled her over to park. Morgan took off her earphones. "What's going on? She asked.
"Stay here" Josie said. She ran to the scene but immediately was stopped by officers. She began crying seeing a body being rolled out in a stretcher. "That's my boyfriend" she lied trying to get by. She stopped once she heard Dreux's voice. She turned around to see him and Ricky talking relieved she dodged over to where they were. "Are you okay? I thought you were gone" she hugged him. "Yeah, I'm good" Ricky said. "You had me worried sick" Josie said letting go. She noticed it becamet awkward Ricky had a look of guilt on his face. Khloe was right behind him. Khloe Scott, actress and supermodel she tried to book for one of her shoots was with him. Here she is thinking she lost him but yet he's with her. So it was official!
"Okay well I'm glad you're okay" Josie said embarrassed. "I'll call you" Ricky said. Dreux look at him like an idiot. "Don't even bother" Josie said. Dreux followed her "Jo let me walk you to your car-
"I'm good Dreux" she said power walking back. She quickly got in the car slamming the door. "Is everything okay? Morgan asked. "Yeah" Josie said pulling off. Josie was still in the state of loss. She though she lost him and had to get her cry out. The feeling was intense here she thought she didn't feel these ways about him anymore but she was wrong. She pulled over finally breaking down. "Oh my GOD" she cried. "Oh GOD, I can't do this" she cried. Morgan didn't know what to do or say this time but she was sad for her sister.
Ricky
Ricky couldn't think straight one of his employees was involved in a gang that he had no idea about, he apparently owed some gang member money so they decided to shoot his spot up but around the same time he found out Grant had a stroke. Something wasn't adding up to him. 4 people were dead and 6 people were injured at his establishment he worked so hard on, and now he possibly has to shut his place down. Every time he took three steps forward he got knocked three steps back. Dreux pulled me to the side "Bro, you good? Fuck, you almost scared me" he said
"No I'm not, I'm over this shit" Ricky sighed. Dreux wasn't that even going to get on his case about Josie because his space is now shut down. He remembers how excited he was to open it and now this mass shooting is only going to make his name hot, making FBI further investigate what's going on.
"Is Yasmine okay? Dreux asked. "Yeah, she's pregnant so I automatically had to make sure she was straigh..t her boyfriend just got her" he said. "Fuck, I'm sorry man just look at it look god giving you another day" Dreux said. Ricky laughed to keep from crying "Man I don't understand it" he said
"Look, blow some steam off do what you gotta do and check on who you gotta check on" Dreux said. "I know; my mind wasn't on today fuckkkk" Ricky said. "Just communicate man I love you" Dreux said hugging him. "I love you too bro," he said. Khloe stood there waiting. Ricky eventually followed her.
5 am
Josie
I woke up from a bad dream wiping my eyes. I looked out the window to see the rain pouring. I cried all night realizing that I had to cut Ricky out of my life. Last night was another traumatic experience that I don't think I can handle it again. That feeling of losing him felt way too real this time and it became too much. I went in my bathroom to bathe for some odd reason I couldn't control these emotions, maybe the feelings of fear and uncertainty started flowing. I'm fearful of losing him but also uncertain with his actions. After I showered and brushed my teeth I put a fresh pair of pajamas on. I grabbed my phone to see 5 missed calls from Ricky and a text.
Ricky 4:45 am : I know you're home, please let me talk to you
I rolled my eyes hearing him knocking on the door. I slowly got up walking to the front of the door I halfway opened it. "Yeah" I said.
"Good morning, can we talk? He asked. I rolled my eyes "Ricky I-
"Look you can cuss me out and do whatever you want, let me explain" he said. "I'm not here to cuss you out, but you're alive so that's all the matters" I said trying to close the door.
"Come on now Jo" he said making his way in. I rolled my eyes shutting the door behind him. I followed him to my living room. I crossed my arms as he turned around. "So much shit went down yesterday I couldn't even focus" he said
"Khloe and I are just friends, I don't know what the media is trying to paint but that's not it" he said.
"Why do you always think that I care so much? Huh? I asked him. "So every time I see you with a bitch. I'm supposed to lose my mind. Get all the way over yourself Ricky. You done? You're alive so that's all I needed to know" she said. Ricky looked at her like she lost her mind. He chuckled "Why do we always do this?? He asked.
"I don't know but I'm over it" she said. "Josie" he said walking towards her. "Don't touch me" she said. "Stop it, look I'm here. I know yesterday was a lot for you-
"I said don't touch me, Ricky I can't do this anymore. I'm done, I don't want you in my life anymore its too much. I can't take it" she shook her head.
"You don't mean that, I aint even going for that one. I lost you once, I can't lose you again. You're never walking out my life" he wrapped his hands around my waist but it wasn't working for me. "Get off me" she pushed him off. "What is your problem? Ricky asked getting frustrated. "You're my fucking problem, you were just in that girls face, when I almost had a damn heart attack thinking you were gone. You went off with her. Then you always wanna talk about let's go half on baby, I got your heart and all that over bullshit when you're always in another hoes face.. that's my problem" I yelled clapping my hands
"Okay so you do care huh? Hard to love someone isn't it" he said
"I don't love you" Josie snarled
"Well I love you" he said. Josie laughed hysterically. She couldn't believe it. Typical Ricky always knows what to say at the right time. "How convenient, how fucking convenient. You always know what to say in moments like these, and moments like these only and I hate that about you-
"You know you're getting real reckless" he said.
"I don't care; you know how many years I've waited for you to say you love me. You know how many opportunities you had to say that to me but you wait until I threaten to leave, your damn safety net and I'm not going for it. So you can keep it, its expired. Please go" she said. Ricky was scared now he didn't want to lose her again and she was right he should've been expressed that to her but how could he when he knows she's unsure about him. Josie walked to her room. "Josie, how could you say that? He went after her.
"Leave Ricky, get out" she yelled. "NO" he yelled back. "I love you, I'm in love with you Josie" he said. "I don't want to hear none of that. You thought you were gonna get your little nut off with that broad be up in her face come to my house at 5am and sell me a dream. Because regardless if we're together or not if you really loved and respected me like you claim you do I wouldn't have seen it .. that's the principle. I always end up seeing shit I dont need to see-
"Have you ever seen anyone outside of Frenchie that I ever messed with? No because I care about your feelings to be discreet about shit" she said. Ricky bit his tongue taken back. Was she seeing other people?
"Well I know you used to fuck Jaxon, and I promise its taken everything not to ring his fucking neck just because of it" he said. Josie was surprised that he found out but she wasn't going to show it. "I did a few times when I moved to New York" she said. Ricky rubbed his hand through his head. "So what you wanna do now throw the shit in my face now huh? He asked.
"It doesn't even compare to how much shit I had to swallow up so I don't care, I don't care about none of this" she said
"Baby, can you just calm down" he grabbed. "No I'm not one your punk ass hoes" she punched his arm. Ricky held his arm "Did you just punch me?
"I'm sorry, I just need you to go. Its going left" she said. "Don't make this a habit" he said.
"Ain't gon be no habit cuz I'm done" she calmed down. "It's becoming too much and were not even together. I haven't even slept with you and I'm reacting like this-
Ricky got on his knees "Josie listen to me. Okay I get it. I had every intention on giving you the heads up on what's going but so much shit went down yesterday. I didn't have the time. I love you so much and I know it took me a while to say it but I do. You're guarded but I am too, I mean do you know how scary it is to try to make amends with the woman you hurt, doing all the work and damage control just for her to turn around and possibly want to move on to better because GOD knows there's better for you than me. That's terrifying! I've been trying to make it right but you won't let me" he said wrapping his hands around her waist.
"I love you, I don't give a fuck about these hoes. I only want you" he said kissing her stomach. Josie's eyes widened the words were finally registering. His hands ran up her breast. "No no" she shook her head. He picked her laying her on the bed. He leaned in kissing her passionately she allowed him too. She wrapped her hands around his back as he kissed her neck. "I'll do anything you want me to do" he said. She was loving the passion and affection but the only thing on her my mind was her boundaries. Yes, it was refreshing to hear him finally say he loved her but it didn't naturally happen. Because he thought she would leave now he wants to reveal his love and she didn't want that. She deserved immediate reassurance. She wanted a reassuring love. She deserved it. "Uhh" she slightly moaned from his juicy kisses.
"Ricky" she said looking at him about to cry. Ricky stopped putting his head down. "I'm not ready" she said. He got off sitting next to her "You're not giving me a chance to process my emotions. I almost thought I lost you, you just told me you loved me and I honestly don't think I'm up to relive that moment last night if god forbids it happens" she said
He sighed "So what are you saying Jo? Is this goodbye again? He asked. She nodded her head "I think so" she said crying. Ricky sat their crushed, he understands her feelings but he just hated that it had to be that way.

Hey ya'll sorry I'm not as active like I used to be. I'm an adult, I have responsiblities to follow through with. I don't have the time to write like I used too. Honestly, when I was depressed this was my outlet but I'm starting to feel better these days so if anything I've been living more and taking care of me. Don't get me wrong everyday I'm thinking about this story and each chapter I just now have to jump on it when I have time.
