Kylie POV
I'm running through the woods terrified, looking over my shoulder I don't know how long I've been running for all I know is I just pasted the sign that said now leaving Mystic Falls,
"How did he find me so quickly?" I said to myself out of breath,
I lift my shirt and see a huge cut from my hip to my bellybutton, It wasn't healing,
"I can't go back, I need to keep going if he finds me he's gonna kill me," I thought
Flashback
I hear crunching of leaves and turn around to see the man I never wanted to see ever again,
"Hey sweetie miss me?" He said with a sinister smile
"Dad...." I whispered with the feeling of dread in my heart,
"you've made yourself quite comfortable in this little town haven't you?" He said slowly approaching me,
I instinctively back up,
my breath was getting ragged,
"H-How did you find me?" I said
He smiled,
"You see I've been tracking you from that little mess you left in Tennessee, which let me here, you see you ask the right people... and they point you in the right direction," He said
He pulled out a long sword,
"Enough chit chat I've come here to end what I should have ended all those years ago,' He said
I kept backing up until I was pinned I was paralyzed by fear, Just before he jabbed the sword through my heart he was tackled to the ground but the sword caught me in the side,
Alaric tackled him to the ground,
"Kylie run!" Rick said with that I took off never looking back
End Flashback
I now see that it's dark out but I can't stop if he finds me he will kill me he's hunted me since I was three,
I look up at the stars, my heart ached for everyone I left behind in Mystic Falls,
"Klaus, Elijah, Beka, Kol, Damon and Stefan everyone I'm so sorry," I said continuing to run
I didn't know where I was going all I know is that I had to keep going in order to survive,
Klaus POV
I got a call from Stefan he said it was important to bring my siblings with,
we walk into their house, to see the Salvatore's, the hunter, the blood bank, the beautiful Caroline, and the Witch
"What is so urgent that you needed all of us here?" I said
"Go ahead Rick tell them," Damon said
"Yesterday morning, I was walking in the woods when I heard yelling," Rick said
"When I got closer I could see it was Kylie," He said
we all looked at each other
"What happened?" Elijah said concerned
"This guy was talking to her like he knew her, he had her pinned where she couldn't run," He said
"And he was gonna kill her with this," Rick said showing us the sword,
"It's laced with wolfsbane, pure silver," Rick said
"What!" Rebekah said
"I saved her but I told her to run," Rick said
"Where is this man now?" I said with anger
"Tied in our basement to a chair, he's human," Damon said
I stormed down to the basement,
with my siblings and the Salvatore's behind me,
I open the door to see the man tied to the chair grinning at me I glared at him,
"Who the bloody hell are you?" I said
"Ah, so she hasn't told any of you yet has she?" He said with a smirk
"Told us what?" Stefan said
"Don't any of you find it at all curious that a child her age is wondering all alone?" The man said
"You mean Kylie?" Kol asked
The man nodded
"She said her parents are on business trips a lot," Rick said
The man chuckled,
"Is that what the abomination calls it," He said
I gripped my hand tight around his throat,
"Watch your tongue," I said getting angry at how he was talking about Kylie
"Think about it the kid doesn't mention anything about her family, doesn't mention her last name, is always looking over her shoulder all of you must have known something was a miss," The man said through breaths trying to breathe since I was choking him
"Who are you?" Stefan said
"It's not hard to figure out, I am the reason the kid is constantly looking over her shoulder, I'm the reason she sleeps with the light on because she's afraid of what lurks in the shadows," The man said through breaths smirking
I let go of him
"I will not hesitate to kill you if you don't answer our questions," I said with anger
"I am Kylie's Step father," He said with a smirk
"What?" I said
"I knew from the beginning that, that abomination wasn't my child," He said
"You're the reason she.." Elijah said
"I'm the reason she runs," He said
we all leave the basement locking it,
"We need to find her," Rebekah said
"It does make sense," Elijah said
"What does?" Stefan said
"Think about it, the keeping of secrets, looking over her shoulder not feeling safe, the nightmares, she seemed afraid of something but never said anything," Elijah said
We all nodded
I run my fingers through my hair, in a lot of ways she's like me being hunted hated for what she is I can relate,
"The question is where would she go?" Damon asked
"No where in particular, she's just gonna run just to get away from him," I said
"That's why I'm gonna be the one to track her down and find her," I said
"Not without us you're not," Rebekah said
Both Elijah and Kol nodded
I smirked I keep forgetting I'm not the only one who cares for her,
"Well then were gonna have to go where she was attacked that's were her scent will be the strongest," I said
"I'll take you there," Rick said
I nodded
"Good luck," Stefan said
I nodded with that me and my siblings left,
Kylie POV
I'm leaning against a tree catching my breath,
"I'm sorry everyone but I can't go back," I said standing up taking off running again
