I found someone who was broken, and just needed a little help getting fixed. I even forgave him for past mistakes against me.
See, Luka never meant to hurt anyone. He just saw it as a cry for help. Gabe on the other hand, he's a psychopath, he wanted to hurt us . . . bad. Luka and Gabe walked into our school, armed with guns. Gabe immediately went in and started killing people, while Luka just wandered the halls, the gun limp in his hand. I was running out through a side entrance when I froze, Luka was down the hall from me, his eyes were glossed over, and we made eye contact. He turned and walked down another hallway, seeming vacant. I ran out to see the police entering the main entrance. I was treated for some minor wounds and someone managed to find a counsellor and we started talking. I glanced over to the main entrance and saw Gabe being wrestled out of the building,
"THE WORLD IS CRUMBLING! DON'T TRUST SOCIETY, EVERYONE IS GONE!" Gabe shrieked from the officer's arms. Luka walked out silent, and before the officer. I slowly walked away from the counsellor, and sprinted over to Luka.
"Hey! HEY! LUKA!" He turned toward me, and than away,
"What?" He hung his head,
"Why didn't you kill me?" Luka looked into my eyes,
"Because, I never wanted to hurt anyone."
