(Y/N) sat in her history class, trying to understand something. She finds history really boring and hard, but there's a possibility that (H/C)ette just doesn't even try to understand, we will never know.
Luckily, her crush, Shuichi Saihara had the same history class as her. So, (Y/N) just stared at him like 90% of the time.
Maybe she would've stayed spaced out to the end of the class, if her history teacher, Miss Jackson (who gets the reference?) wouldn't clap her hands to make an announcement.
- Okay, we were learning this theme for awhile now, and I think you all understand it, right?
Almost everyone said "Yes" or "That's right", (Y/N) said it too, just so nobody would know that she doesn't understand it at all.
- That's good, because we're gonna have a test on that theme next week.
"Great" - (Y/N) thought - "Meh, I will copy everything from Kaede or Makoto maybe"

"Crap. Ok, I'm gonna write whatever, who cares if I'll get an F"
The girl waited till the class ended, packed up and went home.
When (Y/N) finally arrived home, she went in her room and started playing her PlayStation.

(Y/N) heard the front door opening and closing, it means, her mother is back home.
About 5 minutes later, door in girl's room opened and her mother peeked through it.
- Hi mom-the girl said, not looking away from the game she was playing.
- Hello, sweetie. How was school today?

- (Y/N), dear, can you please set it on pause for a little bit? We need to talk about something really important
She sighed, set the game on pause and turned around, facing her mother.
- (Y/N), your grades became really low in past three months, so me and your dad are not satisfied with it

Before she could process anything her mom walked over to her PlayStation, unplugged it and took it.
- You're not getting it back until you start studying properly-her mother's cold voice rang in her head.
Her mom walked out of (Y/N)'s room, closing the door behind her, with her game console in her hands.
- Damnit-the girl muttered under her breath.
"Now I have to freaking study to get it back! What the hell? It's not fair!"
(Y/N) layed on her bed, sad grimace on her face.
"Even if I'm going to do it, there's no way I can study by myself, I need someone to help me"
The girl grabbed her phone, and texted in her friends group chat.

Rockstar: Wassup (Y/N)?
Sleepy gamer: Hello (Y/N)
Kayayaday: Hi! How are you?
(N/N): You know, the biggest shit just happened
Sleepy gamer: What's wrong?
Kayayaday: What happened? You can tell us if you want!
Rockstar: You're not dying are you?!
(N/N): So me and my mom had an argumet and she took my PS

Sleepy gamer: We can't play together now((

Sleepy gamer: Wow, you really want to help (Y/N), don't you? I want too, but unfortunately, I sleep at most classes and don't hear anything

(Y/N) smiled and turned off her phone. She thought about what a good friend Kaede really is.
Few minutes later she received a message from Kaede.
Kayayaday: Hey! Good news! I found someone to help you! Shuichi doesn't mind!
(Y/N)'s heart skipped a beat. Did she really just read what she thought she read?
The girl reread the message one more time. She received another one.
Kayayaday: So how's about it? Do I need to ask someone else?
(N/N): No no! I'm okay with it?
Kayayaday: Great! Do you have his number?
(N/N): No I don't
Kayayaday: Alright, I'll send you it.
Shuichi's POV
I sat on my bed, reading, when Kaede messaged me.
Kaede: Hi again Shuichi! (Y/N) is alright with it! I'll make you two a group chat
Right after that message, I received a notification that I was added to a group chat. I opened it up and saw that it was a group that included me, Kaede and (Y/N).
Kaede: So, I'm gonna leave now! Bye love birds!
My face heated up when I read that. I honestly had a little crush on (Y/N) and Kaede knew it.
Kayayaday left the group
Shuichi: WAIT WHAT
(Y/N): Oh gosh
Shuichi: ...
(Y/N): Well that's awkward
Shuichi: Indeed
(Y/N): So...
(Y/N): You really agreed to tutor me?
Shuichi: Yes, what's wrong with that?
(Y/N): Nah nothing, just surprised
And so on, me and (Y/N) spent the rest of the evening chatting. We decided that we will have tutoring sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at the library after school on workdays and at 3 p.m on Sundays.
I was so happy that I can finally spend some more time with her. We did hangout before, but it was only when we were in our group of friends.
I was too shy to directly approach her at school, so this was a perfect chance to get to know her better.

I was sitting in a library, waiting for (Y/N). It's been a whole month since we started having these tutoring sessions, and she was getting better and better at history. Today she had an important test, which she needed to success on to finally return her PS. Honestly, sometimes I felt like I was being used to get her PlayStation back. But it doesn't really matter, if it makes her happy.
I heard a loud sound of door opening, and immediately after that, I saw (H/C) girl sprinting towards me. Librarian shushed at her, but she didn't really seemed to care. She ran towards me with a wide smile on her face and handed me a paper.
Without a word, I took it and searched for mark.
Then, with wide eyes, I looked at her and spoke up:
- (Y/N).... You...
She just smiled at me.
- A+! You did an amazing job!
I hugged her, and she hugged me back, giggling.
- It's your achievement, too, Shuichi!
- Stop it... I just helped you a bit, you did everything yourself.
- No, seriously... Thank you - she said, somewhat quiet and looked down.

I started, but wasn't able to finish, because a pair of warm lips met mine. I was shocked. But processing everything, I tried to kiss back, shyly. (Y/N)'s lips tasted like vanilla. After a little bit, we pulled out, heavy breathing.

- A d-d-date with you.... Perhaps?
- Yes! You guessed that right! - she said, giggling and blushing.
