- A DREAM LIKE STATE
zach was placed in the middle of
jack's living room. an explanation
as to why he was there did not exist
in his mind at that point.
he was simply there, walking around.
he examined the avery household,
seeing the happy smiles in all of the
family photos.
a loud shuffle came from the basement downstairs. this had obviously caught his attention,
making him walk carefully down the wooden steps.
in the corner of his eye,
was the back of jack avery.
his lips pulled a smile,
how at how precious the angel is.
but when jack turned around,
the smile was wiped off completely.
the curly haired boy had an open womb
on his temple,
blood oozing from the area.
the same thing on the side of his stomach,
leaving him to look a nightmare,
rather than a dream.
" why'd you kill me, zachy? "
he asked with a giggle and in the blink
of an eye, the blood stained boy had
teleported from one side of the large
basement to right in front of zach, now
having a gun pointed to him.
" sweet caroline, bum, bum, bum. "
he whispered, waving the gun around in
zachs face. the brunet felt as if weights
covered his feet.
he stood petrified and to put it genuinely,
he felt rather odd being on the other end
of the gun.
" good times never seem so good. "
jack continued to sing the song under his
breath until he pointed the gun to the
center of zachs forehead.
" goodbye, zachy. say hi to caroline for me. "
with that, zach was shot in the head.
he jolted up from the mattress he laid upon.
everything about zach was hot. sweat dripped
from every part of his body. his hot breath
causing his mouth to over heat.
what was happening to him.
