The next day, Sunday
"Wake up you sleepy bitch"
"Shut the hell up Lexi" i growled at her through my blankets which was covering my head because some asshole decided to open the blinds letting in the bright ass sun
"Cant and won't" i felt someone grab my blankets attempting to pull them off of me
"Don't you dare pull the blankets off of me you bitch" i growled at her once more, gripping the blankets
"Im going to"
"Do it and get your ass kicked" i jerked the blankets from her hands pulling it closer to me as i turned over and laid on my side. I heard someone laugh, it was a boys voice, "who else is here"
"Pretty boy, Drake, Ryder and Rose"
"What!" I shot straight up and glared at Lexi "why?!"
"Damn you got up fast" I snapped my head at Rose making her shut up
"Were going shopping and me and Rose thought you would love to go" i turned my head back to Lexi sending her the most disgusting look i could manage
"Why in the hell would i want to go shopping?"
"There's a sale on all soccer items at hibbett sports"
"Why didn't you say so" i yawned looking at Lexi. I was still mad at her for waking me up
"Because i wanted to wait and tell you when we got there but soon i realised you wouldn't go unless i said that" she shrugged
"I'm still mad that you woke me up though"
"I know"
"Now" they all turned to look at me "leave!" I barked at them as they jumped up and scrambled out of my room i fell back laughing
"Don't go to sleep again blackie"
"Get out so I can get up and dressed" I stopped laughing at him just to look up at him, his head was looking in my room at me
"Ok" he shut the door after moving his head
"I love my guy friends and dislike my besties" I said throwing to cover off of my self shutting the window curtains before opening a drawer throwing my clothes on my bed. After i got dressed i walked over to my door placing my head against it
"So when are you and Jay gonna date?" I heard Lexi's voice i growled quietly to myself
"When are you and Ryder going to date" i heard Adien's voice
"S-shut up" Lexi managed to stutter out causing Adien to laugh
"Ow" he said
Guess Ryder punched his arm i shrugged opening the door "woah" Adien said as he fell back with the door as it opened landing on my sock covered feet causing everyone to laugh
"Well hello pretty boy" i smirked looking down at him
"Hi" he responded
"I mean i knew you fell for me but i didn't know you would literally fall for me" i laughed as his face turned a light shade of red
"Oh shut up" he huffed sitting back up
I noticed everyone was staring at me "what?" I asked
"Jay are you sick?"
I gave a weird look at Rose "no" i thought for a moment "at least i hope not" i shrugged
"Wait Jay is actually" Lexi and Rose looked at each other before looking back at me
"Jay's blushing" they screamed together
I turned around walking over to my bed grabbing two pillows before walking back over to the door "wanna shut up or do I have to use these" i held the pillows up looking at the pillows with great interest then at the girls
"No" they stated together
"Damn you two have high pitched voices" Ryder took his hands off of his ears
"Yeah you get used to it" i shrugged
Adien's P.O.V
I watched Jay shrug her shoulders i smiled at her "what are we gonna do today?" I asked watching her put the pillows back on her bed "after the hibbett store first"
"Dunno" she turned around walking back over
"Jay!"
"What dad?" Jay stopped at the top of the stairs
"I see Lexi woke you up"
"Nah dip sherlock"
"Smartass"
"Got it from you, dear father" Jay smirked
"That's true"
"Wow he agrees that he's a smartass" Jay looked back at us
"Watch what you say there Jay you might not get anything to eat" her father threatened
"I can cook dumbo"
"Be nice to your father"
"He called me a smartass" Jay sat at the top of the stairs
"Be nice to your daughter" we all bust out laughing
"Thanks sky" Jay said in between laughs
"Ok" Skylar laughed
"So sports store or what?" Jay fell back looking at us
"Sure"
When they got to hibbett sports store
I quickly noticed that someone was here with us that i had seen before but i couldn't think of who it was"Jay" i searched for her without taking my eyes off of the person
"What?" She asked when i finally grabbed her arm and pulled her closer to me
I leaned back and whispered "isn't that that guy from the park yesterday?"
"Where"
"Over there" i pointed to where he was
"I think so" i looked at her from over my shoulder
"Oops" i removed my hand from around her arm "i forgot i had a hold of your arm"
"Its fine" she slowly moved her eyes from the guy to mine
"Lets find the others"
"I don't care about them im going to the soccer area" her eyes flickered over to the soccer sign that hung in the air
"Could i come?"
"Sure if you don't mind me talking your head off about soccer"
"That's fine"
"Ok lets go"
Before i knew it we were at the soccer area walking up to the cleats "aren't these cleats" i pointed to a pair
"Football isn't the only sport that uses cleats" she rolled her eyes at me
"What's the difference between soccer and football cleats?" I picked up one of the cleats
"Look" she took it from me and turned the cleat upside down "see how the soccer cleat doesn't have a toe" she pointed to the top of the shoe "go get a football cleat"
"Ok" i got a football cleat and handed it to Jay, she took it turning it upside down
"See" she pointed to the toe on the football cleat then pointed back to the soccer cleat "soccer cleats doesn't have those" she handed to football cleat back to me
"Yes soccer caption" I turned around taking the football cleat back before heading back to where Jay was supposed to be. She wasn't there "Jay?"
"What?" I heard her voice
"Where are you?"
"Here" she stuck her hand to where i could see it
"Oh ok" i walked over to her
After the store, in the mall
"Ok Jay your n-" Lexi turned around and searched for Jay "where's Jay?"
We all spun around trying to find her "Dunno"
"Movies maybe?"
"Maybe Rose you may be right"
"Lets not worry shes probably at the movies" Ryder shrugged
"Yeah Jay's strong, she knows how to fight really well, and the werewolf is a advantage when it comes to fights" Rose added to Ryder's sentence
"I will look for her at the movies"
"Ok tell us if you find her" Lexi told me
"I will" i turned and walked off towards the movie theater
Lexi's P.O.V
"I hope he finds her" I watched him leave
"Yeah" Ryder came up and stood beside me as we watched Adien go to the movie's
"Lets look for her instead of just standing here"
"Good idea Drake" i looked over at him
Alexander's P.O.V
"Have you became friends with her yet?"
"No sir she always has her friends with her no matter what" i told the boss
"Well get to it or i will get her myself" he growled at me
"Ok i will" i hated working for him but it's the only way i can make money for my siblings since our parents died
"Good now leave"
"Yes sir" i stood up and turned around
"You will be going to her school also"
"Seriously?" I turned my head looking at him
"Your siblings" he bribed
I sighed "Fine"
Lexi's P.O.V
"Did you find her?" I asked Adien when he came back with a blank expression on his face
"No she's not at the movies"
"Damn it"
"Wait"
We all looked at Rose "what?"
"Did anyone check to toy machines because Jay loves messing with those things" we all face palmed ourselves
"How much you wanna bet that shes at one of the toy machines"
"Probably"
Jay's P.O.V
I walked over to a toy machine looking at the toys inside it, as i looked around inside the machine i noticed a stuffed cheetah sitting in the back of the machine easy to reach with the claw. Rose would like that i looked at the price $1 it read sure why not i shrugged reaching in my pocket and pulling out about $20 worth of $1 bills why do i have so much $1 bills
"What you trying to get?" I jumped at the voice, I looked beside me to see a little boy giggling at me
"The cheetah" i told him pointing to the toy
"Cool can i watch?"
"Um Sure?" I looked around for his parents "where are your parents?" I asked him before looking over my shoulder to see Ryder walk right past where i was at bruh they must be looking for me i wanted to call out to Ryder but i didn't
"There in the store over there" the little boy pointed to a store
"Do they know your out here?" I asked him curiously
"No" he looked at the store behind him as if watching for his parents
"How about you go back to your parents so you don't get in trouble and besides im pretty sure your parents wouldn't like you talking to a stranger" i pointed out to him
"But i want to watch" he pouted
"No" i pointed to the store "go"
"Ok" he pouted turning around and walking slowly towards the store
"Geez" i whispered turning back to the machine before glancing back towards the little boy to find him sitting outside the store staring at me. I removed my attention from the boy putting a dollar in the toy machine as the crane moved to the middle of the machine. I moved the joy stick towards the back sliding it over to the cheetah before hitting the drop button. I watched it drop and grip around the cheetahs head come on stick with it i watched the claw pick up the cheetah and slide across the top of the machine before letting it drop in the shoot yes i always have good luck with these toy machines. I looked over my shoulder at the little boy who was watching me with great interest before turning my head and reaching in the slot grabbing the cheetah
"Where have you been?" I heard an angry voice i jumped hitting my arm on the shoot dropping the cheetah
"Ow damn" i brought my arm to me rubbing where i hit it at before letting a growl form in my throat looking up to see Adien staring at me, he was mad "don't you know how to wait until someone has there arm out of the toy machine shoot before you scare them?"
"You could of told us where you went" he snapped at me
I breathed trying not to loose my temper "Ryder passed me twice and no one even noticed i was gone, good to know if i go missing no one will notice it until its to late" i snapped back at him making him step back from me before hesitating my eyes reflected in his they had a red line around the outer blue color, if i was truly pissed off my eyes would be full red
"Sorry for snapping at you"
"To late for Sorry" i snapped once more "im pissed off so its better for me to be alone right now"
"Im not letting you be alone" he stepped closer to me
A growl stayed in my throat "don't step any closer"
"Look im so-" his phone cut him off
"Save your sorry lets just find the others" i reached back into the machine grabbing the cheetah before pushing my way past Adien walking in the direction he came from. I didn't care if he was following me or not, i noticed every one was mad, staring at me too "don't even try it" i growled as i approached them
"She's pissed off at me" i heard Adien's voice come from behind me
"Here" i seemed to calm down before throwing the cheetah at Rose
"Thanks" she hesitated obviously noticing my eye color change
"You was at a toy machine the whole time?" Ryder's voice came from the left of me
"Yeah you walked right passed where i was at"
Adien's P.O.V
Jay seemed to have calmed down a bit but she was still mad at me I could feel it, anyone could, i feel bad for scaring her and snapping at her like that but she was right i shouldn't done that her eyes flickered to me they no longer had the red outline
Im still mad but not pissed
Sorry about that i shouldn't of done it i replied to her through my head
"Its alright" she whispered as Lexi and Rose started talking to each other
"What are we going to do now?" Drake broke the silence
"Dunno" Jay's usual response
"Shopping and Jay your not getting out of this" Lexi pointed to her
"No no no no no no no" Jay shook her head
"Yes yes yes yes yes yes" Lexi grabbed Jay's hands dragging her behind herself as Jay groaned, we followed Lexi to a clothes store and drug Jay to the girls shirts everyone split up i followed Jay and Lexi, Ryder went by himself Drake and Rose went towards the dresses
"Lex you above all people know i like boy shirts" Jay huffed as Lexi held a purple shirt out towards her
"Just try it" she threw the shirt at Jay
"This is why i shop for clothes alone" Jay looked at me
I chuckled at her "i see that"
"Go" Lexi pushed Jay towards the fitting room
"Fine" Jay walked over to the fitting room i followed behind her before turning to the boys clothes looking through them finding a black shirt with leave me alone written on it in white letters Jay would like that i picked it up off the rack before "hell No" sounded from one of the fitting rooms
"What?" I asked walking over towards the fitting room where Jay's voice came from
"Hell no" she repeated as the door slowly swung open revealing her in a purple low cut shirt
I laughed "oh no" i held the black shirt out towards her "here try this"
"Ok" she took the shirt from me turning back into the fitting room "you know my style"
I was brought out of my thoughts and back into reality when i heard the door open and Jay came back out of the fitting room looking at the shirt "how did the shirt fit?" I heard Lexi's voice behind me before she appeared beside me
"Hell no" Jay shook her heard
"Oh come on it wasn't that bad"
"I agree with Jay"
"Stay out of this Adien" Lexi waved her hand at me
"Ok" i stuck my hands up knowing i would get told off by Lexi
"Here" Jay threw the purple shirt at Lexi
"Fine" Lexi took the shirt back to the girl section
"Imma get this shirt" Jay turned around and going into the fitting room before coming back out holding the shirt on the hanger with her original dark blue shirt on with her black hoodie tied around her waist
"Ok-" i was going to say more but i got cut off when a scream rippled through the air
"Rose" Jay and Lexi locked eyes before Jay turned and ran towards where ever Rose was at Lexi followed her with me not far behind her
"What happened?" I heard Jay's voice cut through the crowd of people around Rose as she pushed her way through me and Lexi followed "move" Jay snapped trying to get to her best friend who was probably sitting on the ground hence the reason i couldn't see her
"Damn you don't have to be rude about it"
"Who asked for your input on this, that's one of my besties and wether you like it or not im gonna be rude to shut the hell up and get out of my way" Jay turned on the guy as he shrunk towards the ground before Jay returned to getting to her bestie
I chuckled "that's Jay for ya" i looked at the guy as i walked past him, he was still on the ground like a scared child
"Explain Rose" we finally got to her as Jay and Lexi said in front of her while Drake cuddled her
"S-s-s" was all she could manage before someone else screamed
"Snake!" Some woman yelled, Jay snapped her head up looking in the direction of the voice
"Where?" Jay stood up
"Over there" the woman pointed to a card board box with a blue rim around it
"I don't see it" the woman walked up to Jay placing her hand on Jay's shoulders moving her to where the woman was originally standing "you all are scared of that?" Jay snorted walking towards the box picking up the blue snake
"How are you not,? It could be poisonous"
"Its a blue racer" Jay looked at the woman "there non venomous snakes" i watched the snake slither in Jays arms as its face got closer to hers i tensed up as Jay looked at the snake "they bite but only when they feel threatened" she never moved her eyes from the snake "other than that there harmless and there also known for chasing people who run from them"
"So they wont hurt anyone?"
Jay removed her eyes from the snake as it made a non threatening hiss "unless they feel threatened then no they wont hurt anyone"
"Could you take it somewhere?"
"If you give me something to put it in then i will"
"Here" the store manager handed Jay a plastic tub so she could set the snake down in it
"Lid" she looked at the manager as he handed her the lid of the plastic tub
"Take it somewhere other than here and you can keep the tub" he told her
"I know and thanks" she sat the snake in the tub closing the lid after it started to slither around in the tub "you need me i will be at my house after i left the snake go"
"See ya"
"Is she getting the shirt free?" I whispered to Ryder
"Possibly" he shrugged whispering back "i mean it would make since, since shes helping with the snake"
"You can keep the shirt for helping us with the snake"
"I guess so then" i looked at Ryder
The next day at school
Jay's P.O.V
"Good morning class" my first period teacher said, i sat working on the drawing i was going to give rose "we have a new student" i dropped my pencil as i picked up the same scent i smelled at the park with Adien Saturday "please come in and introduce your self" I stared at the door as a boy with brown hair and green eyes walked in, Adien looked over his shoulder at me
"Same boy that you said wasn't human" he whispered i locked eyes with him and quickly nodded my head
"Hello" he started off as all eyes went to him "im Alexander" he looked around the room before stopping to look at me, i kept a straight face "hope we can all be friends" he moved his eyes from me
"Ok you may take a seat in front of Jay I'm sure she wont mind" the teacher looked at before i realized the seat in front of me was open
"Damn it" I mumbled to my self
"Who is Jay?"
"Raise your hand Jay" i rolled my eyes and done as the teacher said moving my feet out of the desk in front of me. As he walked over towards me sitting down in front of me

"Hi" i muttered erasing my mistake
"Your a good drawer"
"Thanks.." The conversation was awkward
"Im Alexander"
"I heard" i stopped drawing and looked into his green eyes "im Jay" i clicked into his brain reading his thoughts she's pretty i widened my eyes and bit my lip
"What's with the look"
I shook my head "nothing" i picked my pencil back up
"Ay' blackie" Adien turned around looking at me
"What pretty boy" i started shading my wolf form
"Check your phone"
"Ok?" I raised an eyebrow taking out my phone turning it on to see 'i don't trust him' from Adien 'nether do i' i sent back to him
"You got nicknames for each other?"
"Yeah his is pretty boy and mine is blackie but he's the only one who calls me that and I'm the only one that calls him pretty boy" i put my drawing book away along with my pencil
"You didn't want me to sit in front of you did you?"
"Not really but its fine" i shrugged sitting back up straight locking eyes with Alexander
