Rose introduces jisoo to everything and her job as a PR manager. Jisoo will mainly work with the fashion sector and help the designers and models and be a bridge between them and the company.
"Okay, that is your desk and it will be the end of this 'office tour'" rose laughs
Jisoo is less amused. "Ummmm.... Don't you think that it is a tinsy close to the room of that dickhead?" she asks
"Wait, what? What are you talking about.. " rose asks
"Nothing" jisoo says with a sign as she looks at her table. It is well decorated with a computer and other stationaries. The only fact bothering her is that it is the closest desk to Taehyung's office. Like if he comes.out of his room and looks left...boom.... That will be jisoo's desk..
"You're so lucky. We can only dream of that desk but you got in on your first day" rose asks
"What's so special about this desk?" jisoo asks being intrigued
"Are you kidding me? This is the closest desk to boss. You'll get to see him all the time. Moreover, if he opens his curtains, you will get an even better view. What a luck" rose says with dreamy eyes
" you call that luck? He is sooo rude. Am i elsa? Was i born with a curse? " jisoo asks
"Haha, you're so dramatic. Yeah, he can be rude at times but come on. He looks sooooo good.. It compensates for everything. Also, have you seen frozen 2? Elsa wasnt born with a curse. It was a blessing. *winks*" rose laughs being amused at her own humor
"Lmao, are you my twin sister or what?" jisoo laughs
"Guess we have the same mental age" rose replies
"got to get back to work. You start cleaning up your desk and arrange it the way you feel comfortable.. You'll receive your tasks via emails and text messages." rose adds
"Thank you" jisoo says
"Anytime" rose leaves with a smiley face on
"Well, i guess this office wont be much of a pain" jisoo smiles to herself as she watches rose go
For about 15 minutes, jisoo sets up her desk and arranges it nicely.
"Hey jisoo" the girl at the reception asks
"Yes?" jisoo replies
"The boss has asked you to run some errands" she says
"Sure. What is it?" jisoo asks
"I noted all the things he asked me to tell you. Ohh. And he told you to change that stained dess because he thinks that you look like a " clown"" the girl gives off an evil smile
"Sure" jisoo clenches her teeth as she takes her note.
"Anyways, keeping all the 'looking like a clown' thing apart, i am Jennie" she says and without even waiting for jisoo to reply, she leaves
Jisoo feels a bit insulted but she looks down at the note.. "Wth..." the only thing she can say
1. 3 red apples, not too ripe, not too raw..just the perfect apples
2. A pair of sandals, blue color with white stripe, exactly the size 10
3. A baked chocolate cake with the writing " I am a short tempered, stupid ass ugly clown"
"Buy these within 30 minutes"
"This guy is testing my patience. Guess what!! I wont break so easily" jisoo heads out with the allowance she received from jennie to buy those
She at first rushes to her house and changes her dress. Even she is embarrassed by the stares people were giving her on the road. Jisoo takes about 28 minutes to find all the things. He returns to her office with an evil smirk. "Tit for tat" she thinks
"Jennie, i bought all of them" she goes to the reception
"You're supposed to deliver them to the boss and not to me." she rolls her eyes
"Yeah sure. That's even better" jisoo smirks as she heads toward his office
"How the hell did she manage to do all these in 30 minutes?" jennie thinks to herself
Knock.knock
"Come in", taehyung says
Jisoo goes in. She is wearing a blue shirt with black skinny pants.
" you are 1 minute late" taehyung asks as he looks at her
"Umm..sorry" jisoo replies as she puts the package down and gets ready to leave
"Where do you think you are going? Did i ask.you to leave? Show me everything you bought" he orders
Jisoo smiles as if this is what she wanted..she starts taking out the things from the back
"Okay at first, the 3 perfect poisoned apple for the perfect villain.. Ohhh ummm. Sorry. I meant 3 perfect apples, not too raw not too ripe. But on the contrary, if they were poisoned, ik they'd be less poisonous than that mouth of your" she gives an angelic innocent smile
Taehyung just looks at her with dead eyes.. Amazed at her guts
"For the second thing, here are the slippers. Blue color with white stripes. Isn't it beautiful? But they'd look even more gorgeous on your cheeks"
"okay, and last but certainly not the lise, here is the cake" jisoo hands over the box to taehyung
Taehyung opens it with curious eyes"my boss is short tempered, stupid ugly ass clown" the cake says
"Well you gave me the message to buy these and you wrote " I am...." which meant you. that is my boss." jisoo gives off a victorious smile
Taehyung is blazing with anger. He throws the cake, and wakes towards jisoo. For the first time, jisoo gets scared looking at him. She walks backwards to maintain a distance but taehyung doesnt stop. He keeps on walking towards her. Soon jisoo is stopped by the wall behind her. Taehyung gets further closer and says
"Dont try to outsmart me. I know everything about you. Just agree, you need this job. Imagine what will happen to your father's treatment cost if i fire you right now? From now on, one mistake like this and you are fired. Hope i dont have to remind you of the consequences again" he says to her
Suddenly, it hits jisoo. What is she doing? She cant lose this job. Just this morning, she was so passionate about getting this job. Yes, she doesnt like the boss but yet she needs the money.
Taehyung looks at jisoo's face.. She looks worried. Just now, she was so confident. She was spitting fire with her mouth. But now, she looks like a caged bird
He brings his face further closer to jisoo when there is a voice in the door,
"V, what are you doing?"
Both of them look by their side..
There she was, a blonde girl with perfect proportions, wearing channel outfit and louis V. bag...
Taehyung looks at her and all the anger in his face vanishes..
"Lisa.. Come inside" he says as he steps away from jisoo
"Who the hell is she?" lisa says with an angry voice
" new employee. I was guiding her." he says to lisa and turns towards jisoo
" go to your desk. there will be a pile of files. Finish reading and modifying them by 9 pm.. Now go." he says
Jisoo starts to leave when taehyung says
"Bring us two cups of coffee"
"Yes sir." jisoo says as she leaves.. "I can't lose this job. I'll bear everything and survive" jisoo thinks as she leaves the room
Taehyung is shocked by her answer.. "Did i do too hard on her? Should i have brought her dad into this?" he thinks
"I need to go shopping" lisa says as taehyung comes out of his thought
"Go then" he says
Lisa rolls her eyes.. "I meant, with you" she says
"I am busy." taehyung replies
"With what? Girls?" lisa asks
"You'll get tons of hoes like her but i am your effing fiance." she gets mad
"She is not a hoe" taehyung gets angry at her choice of words
"Awww.. You're defending her? Guess she was successful" lisa smirks
" what are you doing here? You are supposed to be at the shoot." taehyung asks trying to divert the topic
"I didnt like the dress. So i asked the designer to make one" she says
" you didnt like the dress? You didnt like the dress of my designer? Listen lisa, you're a model of my company. You wear whatever my designers offer you. Now go and do that shoot. I need that done by tomorrow" he says
"You're not my boss. My future husband. I am a model and that dress doesnt do justify my figure" she whines
"Dont bring our personal relationshio issue in my work. For now, you are just a model who works under my company, not my fiance" taehyung says
Lisa gets mad and comes close to him "listen V, you know my dad, right? He can buy your company in seconds. Do you know why he is not doing that? Cause you are my future husband. I even asked him to sell 60% of his company to you after we get married. You need this marriage. But if i see you with hoes or any other girl, the consequence wont be good" she says and storms out of the room
Taehyung just stands there. She is right. He needs this marriage. He needs that share of her father's company. But he doesnt have any feelings for lisa. He used to have a crush on her. They were childhood friends. But lisa changed, became a model, egoistic, selfish. A part of taehyung still tries to like her, tries to show her affection as he will have to spend the rest of his life with her but he fails. The huge crush that he had faded. She is not the lisa he used to know. But yet, he has to get married to someone he has no feelings for, for the sake of his own benefit
