"Ladies and gentlemen of the hallway." Farkle said walking down the hall with Riley holding a box.

"It's yearbook time!" Riley smiled handing someone a book. "Hi, page 42."

"Hi, pages 27, 34, and 58." Farkle handed a kid his yearbook. "You're doing too much, you should calm down."

"Yearbooks!" Riley smile. "Find out who we are and what we really think about each other."

"I just want people to sign mine." I shrugged turning to Jay and Sam. "Sign please."

"Okay." Sam smiled handing me hers. "Sign mine too."

"Sure." I smiled grabbing a pen from my bag.

"Oh, you know what we should do?" Jay asked us.

"What?"  We asked curious.

"We should practice our autographs." Jay smirked.

"Oo, we definitely should." We smirked back as the three us started writing in each others yearbooks.

"You want to know what I think of you?" Maya asked Lucas getting off her seat

"I really don't." Lucas shook his head.

"I think he does." I smiled excited to see how this'll end up.

"I'm going to do it." Maya nodded.

"Ney!" Lucas exclaimed scared.

"Oh, too bad." I smirked.

"Don't do it." Lucas begged her.

"It's been a while." Maya informed him.

"I'm asking you not to do it." Lucas told her desperately.

"I'm gonna do it." Maya told him stepping closer. "Do you want to run or do you want to straight in the face?"

"Well, I want to run but how would that look?" Lucas asked her.

Maya started doing her vocals which was scaring Lucas even more but making Sam, Jay and I chuckle at the scene.

"You guys wouldn't judge me if I run, right?" Bubs asked us which we just continue to chuckle to. Maya kept doing her vocals causing Lucas to exclaim, "Come on, man, there's always another option!"

Maya then screamed very close to Lucas face causing him to close his eyes on the impact.

"You okay now?" Lucas asked her.

"That was good." Maya smiled coming over to us grabbing her book.

"You know what else is good?" Riley asked giving Maya the book. "Yearbooks. All our class mates say what they think of us."

"You're gonna find out how we'll be remembered." Farkle told us handing Lucas his book. "Guess what? You took another nice picture, you freak."

"Thanks, Farkle." Lucas smiled looking through his book.

"How will you be remembered?" Jay asked Farkle.

"Did they do it to you again?" Maya and I asked him.

"Do what?" Sam and Jay asked confused.

"Most likely to be Farkle...Farkle." Lucas read from the book.

"Wow, I didn't think I would win again this year but I did." Farkle said sarcastically.

"What does that mean exactly, Farkle?" Riley asked him.

"How should I know?" Farkle asked as I rubbed his shoulder trying to comfort him. "They turned being me into a category."

"Riley won most likely to smile herself to death." Jay informed us.

"Aw, well, who wouldn't want to go that way?" Riley asked not understanding what they actually mean. "I mean when the time comes why do you got to be a gloomy Gus."

"I don't think they mean this as a good thing, Riles." I told her.

"They're making fun of me and they're making fun of you." Farkle told her making her smile small.

"What?" Riley asked confused.

"Would you stop smiling." Maya told our best friend.

"This isn't me smiling, Maya." Riley told our blonde best friend. "This is my upset face."

"Then what is your smiling face?" Sam asked her.

"This is my smiling face." Riley told us starting to smile weirdly which was creeping us out a bit.

"You know what I don't care what they say." Farkle told us.

"I don't care what they say either." Riley told him.

"I don't care what they say at all." Farkle told her clearly upset.

"Well, neither do I at all. Ugh!" Riley exclaimed looking through the book. "How did this stuff get in here? We are the editors."

"Wow, we must have very poor quality control." Farkle told her.

"Oh my gosh!" Sam exclaimed causing us to turn to her. "Essa, Jay, you guys won most likely to become the biggest stars! And the sarcasm Queen and King!"

"Really?" We asked turning to each other before looking over to her year book seeing it is true. "Nice!" Jay and I turned to each other doing our handshake.

"Wait, if we are the Queen and King of sarcasm then where are our crowns?" I asked sarcastically with a smirk.

"And where are our capes and thrones?"  Jay smirked back.

"You guys have no filter, do you?" Sam chuckled asking us.

"Nope." We chuckle back.

Maya chuckled before asking Bubs, "What do you get, Huckleberry?"

"I got most likely to be okay with anything that ever happens." Lucas informed us.

"And how do you feel about that?" I asked him standing next to Maya.

"I'm actually okay with it- oh!" He smiled in realization.

"I'm not all sunshine and rainbows." Riley told us. "I have a dark side."

"What's the worst thing you can think of?" I asked her.

"Not eating my vegetables." Riley responded back.

"Oh, you wild girl." Sam nodded.

"Let me see your dark side face." Maya told her causing Riley to send us a pout making her look as if she was a small puppy.

"Aww!" We gushed at her expression causing her to have a smile on her face.

"Okay, look guys we're not going to make a huge deal out of this right?" Lucas asked them.

"Yeah, who cares." Farkle agreed.

"It's only what everyone thinks of us." Riley told us.

"Yeah." Farkle agreed with her now.

"What's more important to you?" I asked them. "What you think of yourself or what everybody thinks of you?"

"What I think of myself." Riley answered.

"Yeah." Farkle nodded.

"And what I think of myself is that it really bothers me what is what other people think of me." Riley continued.

"Yeah." Farkle agreed again.

"Well forget about it." Lucas told the two. "It's not like you can just turn and be someone new."

"Even I know that wasn't the right thing to say." Sam shook her head closing the book.

"Yeah." Farkle nodded before he spun around ripping his clothes off which was replaced with all black clothes, he reached to his pocket taking out a beanie wearing it on his head. "This is me now."

"Farkle?" I asked shocked as we were all.

"Nope." He shook his head sending me a smirk. "Farkle's gone and you'll never see him again, baby."

He walked away going into the classroom leaving us all in shock for what just happened.

"Did he just give me a smirk and call me baby?"

°°°°°°

While the group was inside the classroom I waited outside for Cory to come which he was.

"Little Vee?" He asked me. "What are you doing outside? Why aren't you in there?"

"Um." I tried to explain but couldn't. "It's best for you to see. Let's just say times are changing."

Cory looked confused but shrugged either way going into the classroom with me following behind him. He stopped once he noticed Farkle was dressed all different.

"Oh, now I know what you mean." Cory nodded in realization which I nod to. "So what do we got here?"

"I'm Donnie Barnes." Farkle told Cory.

"Oh, gosh." I sighed rolling my head back. "Just snap my neck."

"Okay." Jay smiled walking over to me.

"Cut it out." I told him as he rose his hands near me so I slapped his hands away.

"But seriously out of all the personalities in the world." Jay started looking over to Farkle.

"You're picking Donnie Barnes?" Maya asked him.

"You don't get it do you?" Farkle asked them. "I'm Donnie Barnes regular guy."

"I'd see that movie." Cory smiled.

"Would you date a Donnie Barnes?" Jay asked me which caused everyone to turn to me expecting an answer.

I stared at everyone with no emotion for a couple seconds before exclaiming, "Hell no! I have no idea who Donnie is. I'm not dating some stranger!"

"Oh, come on, baby, give it a chance." Farkle smirked.

I stared at him with furrow eyebrows saying, "You know if Farkle said that then maybe, but it's not Farkle who is saying that it's someone I don't know. And if Farkle wanted to change his style up, I'd support him. If he wanted to grow as a person, I'll be there for him. But if he thinks I'd be okay with changing who he is completely then he better think again because no way Donnie Barnes and I are going to happen."

"Donnie's more exciting." Farkle added in.

I give him a look before sighing covering my face with my hands.

"Donnie Barnes is the real me. Farkle Minkus is my goofy other personality." Farkle explains to me.

"So who's been my best friend since we were babies?" I asked him.

"She's right you're Farkle." Lucas nodded walking over to the front of the desk. "Look I'll even prove it." He flipped the name tag which said 'Farkle'. "See."

Farkle flipped the name tag which said 'Donnie Barnes: Regular Guy'. We looked at the name tag in confusion shocked on how that happened.

"How did you possibly do that?" Jay asked confused.

"I don't want to be most likely to be Farkle." Farkle answered walking over to his desk. "Face it, Cowboy, Cityboy, there's a new pretty boy in town. Thank you I am...Donnie Barnes." He sat down but turned to me smirking. "Come on, baby, I can show you how good the Ripper can be."

His reference had made Maya, Sam, Jay and I's eyes widen as if we just witness something huge.

"If you know what I mean." He smirked unsure of what he just said.

"We do." I said pointing to all of us with widen eyes.

"Do you?" Sam asked him all four of us were still shock.

"What does that mean?" Cory asked confused.

"A talk you should have had with your parents." Jay told him causing Cory's eyes to go wide.

"Are you gonna do something because this is where you do something, right?" Lucas asked Cory. "Are you gonna do something?"

"Is there a lesson?" Jay asked standing next to Lucas. "You got a lesson. Is there a lesson?"

"Iceland." Cory started.

"Oh, that's good." I nodded.

"Iceland!" The boys walked over to Farkle. "Are you fixed?" Farkle shook his head causing them to turn to back to Cory. "No? We don't think he's fix."

"If that was Riley you know you'd fix her." Lucas told Cory.

"Sit down Lucas." Cory smiled but knew Jay and I wouldn't sit down so he didn't mention us.

"You know I'm right." Lucas smiled going back to his seat.

"Iceland and Greenland. What do you think about that Mr. Barnes?" Cory asked Farkle.

"When I'm dressed like this I don't have to think right Lucas, Jace?" Farkle asked them.

"Hey!" I exclaimed considering my outfit today was similar to Jay's.

"Dude, I won the scholar athlete award." Lucas reminded him.

"And I have the third top grades in school after you and Wolfy." Jay reminded him as well.

"Whoo, nerd alert." Farkle joked.

"Is today national insult day?" I asked Jay who just shrugged. "And also dressing someway doesn't really say if your smart or not."

"Iceland and Greenland anybody?" Cory asked but saw Jay and I were about to respond. "Not you two."

We glared for everyone who keeps stopping us from answering but still didn't answer having respect for him.

"Iceland is the land of ice." Riley answered.

"Wrong!" Jay and I said in unison causing Cory to turn to us.

"If we can't answer we can do this." I told him.

"Got a problem with that?" Jay asked him as we glared.

"Nope." Cory shook his head quickly.

"Then Greenland is the land of the green." Maya answered next.

"Wrong." We told her.

"Then who cares." Maya shrugged. "Stupid countries don't even know who they are. Stupid countries."

"The Vikings discovered this beautiful green country." Cory started off.

"I come from Vikings." Farkle told us.

"You do?" Lucas and Jay asked him.

"You don't know me." Farkle responded.

"Okay."

"So the Vikings didn't want anyone else taking their new country." I continued on.

"So they decided to name it Iceland. Everyone figured it must be cold, nobody wants to go there." Jay finished off.

"So they made everybody think of it that way even though it wasn't true?" Riley asked.

"That's right." We nodded our heads.

"Then another Viking came along, Erik the red." I told them. "And he discovers a land of snow and ice."

"And he wants everyone to go there." Jay continued again. "So he names that Greenland and everyone goes there."

"Those jerks!" Cory exclaimed causing us to raise an eyebrow at him.

"So perception of a thing doesn't make it so?" Sam asked Cory.

"I'm-" We cleared our throat causing Cory to rephrase himself. "We're saying people are always gonna say stuff. How you react to what they say is what makes you the person that you are."

"So don't react." Riley smiled.

"That's right." Cory nodded.

"Just keep smiling." Riley smiled.

"Would you, please." Cory smiled. "Lesson over."

"And nothing anybody says is ever going to make me or anybody feel any different." Riley smiled.

"Hey, Maya, Lucas, Jay, Vanessa." Charlotte called out making us four turn to her. "Congratulations on winning favorite couples."

All four of us look at the yearbook in shock and confusion not knowing how to response but once we saw Farkle and Riley's face it had made us become worry.

"I feel different." Riley announced while Farkle looked at the board blankly.

"How is that possible?" Lucas asked.

"How can anybody see Lucas and me as a couple?" Maya asked.

"And Jay and me?" I asked confused as well.

"Well when I first met you guys I actually thought you were a couple." Sam admitted to Jay and I causing us to look at her in shock.

"Everybody sees you guys as a couple." Charlotte told the four of us.

"But we are so much alike." Riley pointed between her and Lucas.

"And they're so different." Darby smiled looking between Maya and Lucas.

"But we are like a summer rain." Riley defended.

"They're like fire." Sarah smiled.

"Daddy, remember when you told me not to react?" Riley asked Cory.

"Yes." Cory answered worryingly.

"Too late." Riley throw her hair in her face.

Jay and I looked at Farkle who still has not said anything which had worried us even more.

"But what about us?" We asked Jay and I pointed between each other.

"You guys are unpredictable." Darby smiled.

"But so are her and Farkle." Jay defended as I nod. "And they are different."

"Yeah but you guys are a fiery different." Sarah told us with a smile. "Having this energy that sparks."

"But we have a connection." I said pointing between Farkle and I, which I saw Farkle grow a subtle smile to.

"To be honest it was a hard vote since you have so much chemistry with both." Charlotte told me as everyone but our group nodded in agreement.

"Well look at it this way, Essa, you have you're own Damon and Stefan." Sam tried to break the tension.

'But who will I be? Elena or Katherine?' I asked myself as Jay and I looked at Farkle in worry while Maya and Lucas look at Riley with the same expression.

Later that day Jay and I were heading off to Riley's place because some of our stuff is missing from our closets.

"How do you think Farkle is doing?" Jay asked me as we crossed the street.

"For the fact that he hasn't said anything for the rest of the day, I'm going with he's not doing well." I told him as we entered the building and climbed the stairs.

"I just don't see why people think we are a couple." Jay tells me.

"And I do." I resorted. "I have no idea why but just cause people see us like that doesn't mean I'm spending less time with you or changing our friendship. It is how it is."

Jay smiled at me saying, "Thanks for not wanting to change our friendship."

"No problem." I smiled. "And plus you still have feeling for Smackle, don't you?"

"Yeah." Jay nodded. "But sometimes I don't know if they are strong enough to be in a relationship or if just in as a friendship."

"Well, that's for you to have a conversation with her." I tell him as we enter Riley's house. "And when you come into a decision you guys may be happy with either."

"Maybe you are right." Jay nods as we were in front of Riley's door.

"Hey can somebody tell me why some of our black clothes and cloths are-oh my." I cut myself off when I see Riley's room full on black.

We turned to see Maya sitting between Farkle and Riley, who was wearing all black.

"Oh, you've got to be kidding me." Jay sighed.

"Give me your closet key." Maya told me walking over to us.

"Why?" I asked handing her my key.

"I'll explain later." She told me before looking at Jay and I. "For now you two do damage control."

She then left the room leaving us with Farkle and Riley.

"Can you tell us what's going on?" I asked them. "Riley?"

"No." She shook her head. "I am not Riley I am Morotia M. Black."

"What does the M stand for?" Jay asked her.

"Morotia." Riley responded.

"Of course it is." I sighed shaking my head before turning to Farkle. "And you?"

"Donnie Barnes, baby." He smirked.

I turned to Jay saying, "You take Farkle somewhere and talk to him I'll talk to Riley."

"Why can't you talk to him?" He whispered. "He'd listen more to you."

"He needs his brother right now." I whispered to him. "Not his sort of girlfriend."

Jay nodded understanding before pulling Farkle up.

"Come on, Donnie." Jay dragged him out.

"No, Donnie!" I called out but the front door was already closed. I turned to Riley asking, "Are you wearing my eyeliner?"

"I need it to drown out the happiness of the light." She said looking away.

"Okay now I know how I sound." I whispered to myself before going over to sit next to her. "Riley is this about what happened today?"

"What? No." Riley shook her head. "Don't be ridiculous."

"Really?" I asked her not believing her at all. "So it doesn't bother you at all that everyone thinks that our best friend and the guy you like make a great cou-"

"La la la! Can't hear you." Riley covered her ears.

I took her hands of her ears telling her, "You have to talk about this, Riles."

"You don't understand, Vee." Riley sighed.

I sighed nodding, "Yeah, you're right I don't. But I think it's a similar feeling to how Farkle is feeling about this situation."

"Then why aren't you with him trying to fix him?" She asked me.

"Because he doesn't need fixing, he needs understanding and maybe help but the one to help him is Jay." I tell her.

"Why?" Riley asked me confused.

"Because you sometimes just need a sister or brother there for you." I shrugged.

"Is that why you stayed?" Riley asked me.

I smiled at her nodding, "Riley, I get that your upset about this."

"I'm not-" I cut her off by giving her a look. "Alright I am but it's not just about the couple thing, it's about how everyone thinks of me as this smiling person that is only talent is smiling."

"Riley, you shouldn't be ashamed about being happy." I shook my head. "In this world we live in there is bad things and people who can still be able to be happy give us hope that maybe there is still happiness out there."

Riley still looked as if she wasn't sure so I sighed, "But if you think it's still necessary to being this Morotia person, then I'll be there but know we are still going to try and get Riley back."

"Do you think what I'm doing is the right thing?" Riley asked me.

"I can't tell you that, Riley." I shook my head.

"Why?" She asked me confused.

"Well, I can't tell you what to do because I feel like this is something helping you as a person to experience but not to stay like this because this isn't you." I shook my head.

"Then who am I?" Riley asked me.

"You'll figure that out soon." I smiled.

"I want to smile but Morotia does not do such thing." Riley tried to frown.

"Then when we get Riley back I'm expecting that smile." I tell her.

"You may have to wait for a long time."

~Jason's POV~

Farkle and I were in the park and on the way here we haven't spoken since I was trying to find out how to speak to him.

"Farkle, why are you doing this?" I asked him as we turned to one another.

"I just don't want to be Farkle anymore." He shrugged putting his hands in his pocket.

"But I don't understand why not?" I asked confused. "Farkle is our best friend who is there when we need him. Farkle Minkus is my brother. And I want my brother back."

"Well Farkle isn't coming back anytime soon." Farkle told me. "This is me now."

"Dude, if changing your style a bit was because you want to grow as a person then that's fine but changing who you are entirely just because of what others think is not the best thing." I explain to him.

"So, I just changed my style and my name." He shrugged. "What's so wrong with that?"

"It's because you're not just changing one little thing you are changing who you are." I tell him gesturing his clothes which looked familiar. "Farkle, did you take some of my clothes from my room?"

"What? No." He shook his head waving it off. "You're seeing things."

I kept looking at him until it hit me. Farkle changed his style completely to mine and he had got this new attitude.

"Farkle." I started off. "Are you trying to become me or mimick my personality?"

Farkle looked like he had just gotten caught but quickly shook it off chuckling, "Okay now you are talking crazy."

He tried to walk away put I pulled him back saying, "Farkle, tell me the truth."

Farkle looked at me sighing, "You kind of inspire me because of your confidence and style so yeah, I thought it be good to seem like you."

I nodded believing him but had a feeling there was still something going on so I asked him, "And?"

"And what? That's it." Farkle tried to save but I saw his expression.

"Farkle." I warned him.

"Alright, fine." He sighed. "It seems like this personality is what Vanessa likes better so I thought why not pursue this."

I sighed shaking my head, "Farkle, Vanessa likes you not me. She likes the Farkle she's known her whole life and yeah if you changed a bit she'd still like you but changing yourself to being someone else isn't the way."

"Then why is it that you guys have a close friendship?" Farkle asked me.

"Farkle, we have a close friendship because there are some things we relate to." I sighed. "But there are some things that we are comfortable sharing with each other rather than you guys."

"But why?" He asked confused.

"Because we understand each other." I responded. "And because there are some conversations that I can only trust her with like there are only some conversations I can have with you. I can't explain why but it is how it is. But just cause you are trying to have a closer relationship by changing yourself to me, you are just lying to her and to you."

Farkle sighed shaking his head, "I'm not changing back not yet."

I sighed nodding, "But just know we won't stop trying to get you back."

He nodded know we won't but for now we'll let him.

"But I do have a question for you." Farkle tells me.

"What is it?"

"Do you have feelings for Vanessa?" Farkle asked me curious and worried.

"What? No!" I answered. "She's my best friend Farkle and your my brother."

"But that doesn't mean you can't." Farkle told me.

"Trust me I don't." I told him. "And if I did I wouldn't tell you guys. I wouldn't want to to destroy anything between anyone."

"I appreciate that." Farkle nodded. "But I rather you tell us because if you wouldn't allow me to hide what I feel, I wouldn't want you to hide yours."

"Thanks, man. And will do." I nodded. "But will we ever get you back?"

"I don't know."

~Vanessa's POV~

Later the night Maya was explaining to me what she was going to do tomorrow.

"So your plan to get Riley back is to be her?" I asked confused pointing to the outfit and wig.

"Do you got a better idea?" Maya asked me.

"No." I shook my head. "But being someone else or acting as someone else can be very dangerous, M."

"You know my mom said the same thing." Maya informed me sitting next to me. "Is it really that big a deal?"

"It is." I nodded my head. "Once you become that person you can feel what they feel and understand them more. It can be a good thing sometimes but bad majority of the time."

"But you're an actor." Maya said confused.

"Yeah." I nodded.

"But if it's dangerous then why be one?" Maya asked me.

"That's different." I started. "I'm bringing a character to life not becoming someone who's close to me."

"So what makes it dangerous?" Maya asked me.

"It's dangerous because you may find out something the other person doesn't even know." I explain.

"Could you ever try and be any of us?" Maya asked me.

"I can but I'd only do it with you permissions." I informed her. "But sometimes it'll be hard to because it's sometimes hard to be someone you care for a lot."

"You think I can pull this off?" Maya asked me.

"I think you can." I nod. "But just try and not get stuck into something that can happen."

"I won't." Maya smiled.

"Alright then." I smiled. "Sleepover time!"

"Meaning..." Maya trailed off.

"Stefan and Damon Salvatore time!" We exclaimed turning on my t.v.

°°°°°°

The next day Jay and I were waiting outside waiting for Lucas while everyone else besides Riley, Maya and Cory was in class.

"Is everything back to normal?" Lucas asked us once he got to us.

"No." We shook our heads but our eyes widen not hearing the others response before. "I thought you fixed it!" We exclaimed to each other.

"So neither of you two fixed anything?" He asked us.

"We can't fix something if it doesn't need fixing." Jay told him.

"This may be something that has to happen for them to grow." I told him.

"Wait them?" Bubs asked which we nod to. "Oh, no." He sighed covering his eyes walking into the classroom. "Please be back to normal. Please back to normal."

"I'm Donnie Barnes." We heard Farkle say so we went into the classroom. Farkle saw me smirked saying, "What's up, Kitty-Kat."

I furrowed my eyebrows turning to Jay saying, "You showed him Vampire Diaries? I thought we all agreed we were going to teaching Riley and him when they were going to be 15?"

"I didn't teach him anything." Jay throw his hands up in surrender so we turned to Sam.

"Hey, I barely talk to him." She threw her arms up.

"Wait, did he just call me Kitty-Kat?" I asked.

"Yes." Jay nodded. "And you're blushing. Are we done pointing out the obivous?"

I glared at him saying, "No, that means he just called me the Queen of Hell."

"Well, you sometimes can bring hell to people." Jay shrugged.

"Hey!"

"Oy." Bubs sighed turning around but at that moment Riley entered the classroom dressed as Morotia. "What the-"

"Life is what we do between nothingness." Riley told him as she sat down on her desk.

"Is this some New York thing or what is this?" Bubs asked Jay and I.

"Don't ask me. I mostly grew up in Texas with you and Zay, I only came here for breaks and vacations." I told him while Jay just shrugged.

"Maya?" Lucas asked but then noticed she wasn't there.

At that moment Maya showed up at the door which Sam noticed.

"What the hell?" She asked shock.

"Lolli pops and circuses and things that rhyme with that." Maya smiled while Jay, Lucas and Sam looked at her in shock.

"No!" Lucas exclaimed. "This is your solution, Maya?"

Maya walked up to him smiling like Riley saying, "Hi."

"Hi." Lucas smiled like he does when he talked to Riley.

"Lucas!" We exclaimed knocking him out the trance.

"No!" He exclaimed walking to his desk as Maya goes to sit in hers while Jay and I stayed standing.

Cory came into the classroom covering his eyes begging, "Please be back to normal, please be back to normal."

"Yeah, no chance." Jay shook his head.

He uncovered his eyes to see Farkle was still the same.

"What's up, hambone?" Farkle greeted him with a nod.

"Don't worry daddy, I'm going to fix everybody." Maya said in a Riley voice.

Cory turned to her in shock yelping.

"Alright you know what?" Lucas asked getting up walking over to the front clearly upset. "It's Lucas time. You're the best Farkle we got and everybody knows it." He then turned to Riley. "and you are a complete ray of sunshine." He turned to Maya. "And you are not." He turned to everyone. "And that's who we are. I don't know what this is but I do know if you let someone say who you are then you really won't be who you are. And you certainly won't end up being who you were meant to be."

"If you end this with Iceland or Greenland I'll give you an A-"

"Greenland!" Jay exclaimed.

"Iceland!" I exclaimed.

Cory turned to us in confusion wondering why we cut him off.

"What?" We asked. "We want an A."

"And to be honest I'm surprise we didn't get a most likely to be an overachiever." I shrugged. "We try to get a good grade anytime."

"She's not wrong." Jay shook his head.

Cory nodded his head, "I'll give you three an A right now because you are the only ones in here I recognize."

He backed up while Lucas, Jay and I shrugged knowing he was right.

"Don't worry I'm not gonna stay Riley." Maya told Lucas. "I know how much everybody would miss me if I did."

"No, no." Sarah shook her head. "Stay Riley."

"Yeah, you're a good Riley." Darby nodded her head.

"Wait, you like us like this?" Maya asked everyone.

"We like Riley." Charlotte told her. "We don't care who plays her."

"What about Maya?" Maya asked Riley and I.

"Nothing we do matters." Riley told her making me look at her in shock.

"Maya, you're the most secure person in this room." Jay told her.

"You have a great life. Why would you change?" Lucas asked her. "I mean okay not a great life, I mean your family could be better-"

"Lucas!" I exclaimed seeing Maya's expression.

Lucas stopped once he noticed her expression too so he started rephrasing, "At least it's cool you're uh, you're here a lot. A little help here, please." He turned to Farkle. "Little help here, Donnie Barnes."

"I think people should be the best person they can be." Farkle shrugged.

"I agree." Maya nodded. "Riley Matthews is the best person I can be."

"Maya, you promised." I reminded her.

Maya avoid my look opening her book saying, "Maya's gone and you're never gonna see her again." She then started reading her book singing a lulluby. "World Peace...and bunnies!"

Jay, Lucas, Cory and I shared a concern look before Lucas turned to the class.

"Alright, you all say I'm most likely to be okay with with anything?" Lucas asked them while Sam came to stand next to Jay and I. "Well, I'm not okay with any of this. I'm not okay with all you guys not realizing that what you say about other people matters." He then turned to Farkle, Maya and Riley. "And I'm not okay with you guys thinking of what people say about you matters." He then sat down at his desk while Jay, Sam and I sat on top of Cory's desk.

"You know what happened after everybody went to Greenland because someone told them to?" Cory asked everybody. "Donnie?"

"Riley?" Farkle asked Maya.

"Black swan?" Maya asked Riley.

"They all died." Riley answered thinking she was wrong.

"Yup." I nodded.

"What really?" Riley asked surprised.

"Yeah." Cory nodded.

"They came to an inhospitable uninabited ice ball named Greenland because someone said it was pretty." I expained to everyone not moving from my seat. "And the first thing they did was die."

"Jerks!" Cory commented making us look at him. "So, please remember you shouldn't pay attention to what everybody says because if you listen to everybody else you just might end up crashing your little ships under the rocks."

"But you should listen to people who care about you." Lucas told Cory. "Because they have your best interest at heart." He turned to Farkle. "Right, buddy? You're much more than just a regular guy."

"Aw, Lucas." Maya smiled. "You're a very sweet guy. That's why I always liked you since I fell into your lap on the subway. It's why we should have been favorite couple because we're so much alike. It's like we're two sunshiny people from the same sunshiny family. That's why I like you so much it's like you're my brother-oh."

When Maya stopped my eyes widen that she has thought that Riley and Lucas were like siblings.

"Oh, no." I whispered.

"It's-it's like he's like-" Maya turned to Riley in shock before turning to me but I couldn't do anything so I subtly shook my head.

"What?" Riley asked Maya.

"Oh." Maya looked at the ground.

"What just happened?" Riley asked looking between Maya and I.

"Uh, nothing." Maya took of the wig. "Nothing happened. Um, I don't want to be Riley anymore. Only you Riley. I'm Maya. We don't care what you say, we're not crushing our ships." Maya turned to Riley and Farkle. "Come back! Come back right now!"

"What just happened?" Jay and Sam asked.

The classroom was full of silence until the bell rang snapping everyone out.

°°°°°°
Later that day we were at Topanga's waiting for Riley and Maya to show up which they did with both of them as themselves.

My mom, Topanga and Katy clapped seeing them back to being them.

"Yeah we know who we are." Riley smiled.

"There's the smile you owe me." I smiled at her which she sent me one in return.

"And you know who you are." Maya told Farkle.

"You're Farkle." Riley told Farkle. "And it's a state of being there's only one and everybody who cares about you knows that."

"You are you're own category, Farkle." Maya told Farkle.

"I'm glad you guys are back to normal." Farkle nodded. "I love you both anyway you are."

I smiled at him happy he was happy they were back to normal.

"So, you're gonna come back?" Lucas asked him.

"No." Farkle shook his head.

"Why not?" Lucas asked him.

"Because people change, Lucas." Farkle told him. "I think you know that better than anyone and I think it can be a good thing."

"What?" Lucas asked him confused.

"You don't have to call him Donnie Barnes." Farkle shook his head. "I made that up. I'm Farkle Minkus, I'm growing up and I don't know what's going to happen next. But you guys are my best friends and I need you to deal with it."

I nodded sending him a smile before getting up from my seat, exiting the café going to sit at one of the tables outside wait for him. After a minute he came out Topanga's seeing I was still there.

"Hey." I smiled.

"Hey." He smiled back sitting in front of me. "So you're okay with this?"

"Farkle, it's up to you it doesn't matter what I think." I shook my head. "As long as you're not trying to change yourself into Jay."

"He told you?" Farkle sighed.

"No." I shook my head. "I know you two. I can tell, trust me."

"Does it bother you?" He asked me.

"Are you trying to be completely like him?" I asked him. "Like are you trying to change yourself to be exactly like him?"

"No." He shook his head. "I'm just getting style advice from him. I want to change it up a bit."

"Well then." I smiled. "That already answers your question." He sent me a smile which means it did.

"I'm sorry." Farkle apologized after a minute of silence.

"For what?" I asked confused.

"For calling you all those nicknames and making you uncomfortable." Farkle explained.

"Oh." I gasped a bit before shaking my head. "It's not because you made me uncomfortable, Amore."

"It's not." He asked confused.

"No." I shook my head sending him a smile. "It's just that a shocked me. Your nicknames are usually sweet but these seem more... mature I suppose."

"Oh." He nodded. "But so you're okay with me trying to be a new me?"

"I'd like that the guy I want to ask to be my boyfriend is trying to find who he is." I nod with a smile hoping he gets what I'm saying.

"Good." Farkle nodded before he froze. "Wait did you just..."

"Yes." I smiled nervously. "Farkle Minkus would you be my boyfriend? Officially?"

Farkle stayed frozen for a bit which was making me nervous before a smile broke out on his face.

"I would love to." Farkle nodded. "As long as you would be happy to be my girlfriend officially?"

I chuckle nodding my head saying, "I'd like that."

He smiled at me before standing up pulling me with him. He grabbed my face gently leaning down slowly before kissing me slowly which I returned as I felt us smile in the kiss.

We detached leaning our foreheads to each other.

"That was amazing, baby." Farkle whispered nudging his noise to mine causing me to chuckle softly.
