In the middle of the room was a big black wolf. He started coming towards me and I screamed.
“please don’t hurt me, please” I wimpered. I looked around him to see my mum and dad on the floor, hurt. I could hear my brother and Josh coming out of the lounge room(this is in the kitchen).the black wolf took a look at Ebrail and Josh then grabbed me in his mouth and ran. I saw my brother change into a wolf before I blacked out.
What the hell. My head hurts so much. I opened my eyes and looked around. This isn’t my room. That was when I became alert. I looked over to my left and saw that I was handcuffed to the bed post and my legs were tied to the floor. WHAT THE HELL! I looked to my right and saw the same thing. I heard someone coming down some stairs and I only released now that the room was dark. The light flicked on and I looked towards the noise.
“aaahhhhh, so your awake, finally” a mans voice said. Standing there was a middle aged man with black hair and slacks on. His eyes were like coal, cold and hard.
“what do you want” I spat.
“ah she has a temper, just how I like them”. I spat on his feet.
“I said what do you want”
“hhmmmm let me think, if I told you it wouldn’t be fun” he laughed
“what wouldn’t be fun?” I asked
“you'll just have to wait and see, Esmerald”
“how do you know my name?”
He laughed. “I probably know more about you than you do, sweetie”
“don’t call me that, you perv” he laughed again
“if only you knew” he smiled and I could see he had some yellow teeth. Eewwwww.
“let me go”
“now why would I do that”
“Jared come in hear please” he called.
The door opened again and a hott ass boy walked in. He had his brown hair sweeped to the side and gorgeous chocolate eyes. He was wearing a tee and some trackies.
“yes” his voice was like velvet.
“look at what I got you” he turned to me like he only just noticed I was in the room
“what the hell” he asked shocked.
~Jared’S POV~
“what the hell” I said shocked. Lying handcuffed and tied to a bed was the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen. She had black hair with rainbow tips that went down her back, cut in emo style, and glasses that suited her. She was wearing her pyjamas, a black tank top and trackies.
“WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?” I yelled. She looked takenback.
“for your information my name is Esmerald, and I want to know where I am.” she replied. Her voice was beautiful.
I turned to Gerald, “what the hell is this?” I whispered.
“a present”
“that's horrible, how could you do that to her” I said furiously.
“its fine if you don’t want her, I’ll just have her instead” he sneered. That sick bastard.
“your sick” I hissed
“took you long enough” he laughed. Uuggghhhhh, that son of a bitch.
“your a bastard” I sneered. He punched me in the nose then dragged me up stairs.
“what's your problem, you stupid boy” he yelled
“what the hell is that, that, girl doing down there. Did you rape her?” I asked
“not yet, but her time will come” he laughed. Then I punched him and he fell over backwards. Knocked out cold. Haha.
I ran down the stairs to Esmerald, and got the key off the wall. After I untied and unlocked her I asked how she got here.
“well I was in bed when I heard a crash then ran out of my room to see a big black wolf(Gerald). I saw my dad and mum hurt on the floor than the wolf snarled at me. My brother and his best friend came out of the lounge room and the wolf saw them then ran at me and grabbed me in his mouth. Just before I blacked out I saw my brother run after us” she didn’t even stop for a breath.
“okay where do u live”
“uuummmm why?” she asked
"because i can take you home" i said.
"no thanks"
"just tell me, jees"
"fine, idiot, i live in L.A." she rolled her eyes.
“well thats a while away” I said mostly to myself
“whatever, but do you have other clothes?” I looked down and saw blood on her clothes.
“uummm just wait I’ll get some and I need to clean that up, but we need to hurry before Gerald wakes up”.
“okay” I lead her up the stairs and to my room.
“so who is this Gerald?” she asks.
“well...
ESMERALDS POV
“well he is sorta my uncle” Jared said.
“what do you mean sorta?”
“well not by blood, if that's what you mean”
“oh okay, well is he the black wolf?”
“yes”
“are you one?” I asked
“yes I'm alpha soon of the moonlight pack” he replied. Shit there our enemies.
“oh okay so am I, I mean a werewolf” he turned to me shocked, then looked into my eyes for the first time.
“what the hell is happening to your EYES!?” he yelled.
“well I don’t know yet, but its like apparently really powerful” I said.
“that's WEIRD”
“yer thanks for that” I said then walked out the door.
He ran out after me.
“look I'm sorry, okay, I didn’t mean it like that” he said with a hint of regret.
“its okay I over reacted, but I can take it from here okay?” I said.
“no what if something happens its dark” I looked up, oh so it is. Huh how could I not have noticed before.
“well-“ I was cut off by something moving in the bushes. I looked around and released that we were halfway into the forest.
Out came five snarling wolves, their teeth bared. They each had different coloured fur. I automatically shifted and so did Jared. His fur was chocolate brown like his eyes. All eyes turned to me in amazement.
‘your the powerful myth of the Esmerald wolf’ Jared said in amazement
‘what, I am?’ I said confused.
‘yes your apparently just a myth nobody has ever found you before’
Shit, what have I got myself into, I thought as the strangers approached us ready to attack.
