Nick- tangled
He wandered through the secret cave he had found through a curtain of leaves. He thought he was alone but maximus was but a few steps behind him. Running quickly to hide, he came across a beautiful tower and with not much options he climbed it as fast as he could. Reaching the top eventually, regaining his balance he fell straight onto the floor of the tower, hitting his head a little too hard. When he got up grabbing the satchel with the crown in it, suddenly he looked in front of him and he got the glimpse of a beautiful girl holding a large object in her hand.

"Who are you?" A faint voice asked. Nick shook his head quickly to see who was talking to him
"Come towards the light" he asked and she did so hesitantly
"I am y/n, now what is yours?" He was so captivated by her gorgeous hair and piercing eyes that he didn't answer her quick enough. She got a paintbrush and hit him in the face
"Who are you and how did you find me?" She asked again and finally he answered
"M-My name is nick Mara and may I just say, hi" he gave her a smirk and she was not impressed.
"Well Nick, I have made the decision to trust you but whatever you want with me or my hair your going to have to go through me first" she said and held a frying pan in the air
"Hold on a second!? Now why on earth would I want your hair?" He asked and she gave him a confused look
"I mean yeah it's beautiful and very long but I have beautiful hair too m'lady" he said and sat back into the chair.
"Well, you will need to tell me what you want and how you got here" she said and sat back onto the windowsill. "Ahh, why would I do that?" He asked with a smug look on his face
"Well, I believe your missing your satchel are you not? And if you want your precious satchel back nick Mara you will do exactly what I say, when I say it. Got it?" She had him in the palm of her hand. He looked at her, hesitated and replied "what is it you need done"
Using her hair, she lifted herself up onto a higher pier with crimson red curtains, grabbing the rope she pulled them open
"I was you to take me to the floating lights" he looks at her then the picture and back at her
"You mean the floating lanterns for the princess" unamused she continues
"Well you will act as my guide, take me to these 'lanterns' and only then will your satchel be retourned that is IF you complete the task without me getting caught." She climbs down and walks towards him
"So I take you to see the lanterns and you will give me my satchel"
"I promise"
"Alright"

"Nick, we've been walking for hours, are we nearly there?" She asked and he just smiled. "Blondie, I need you to relax a little bit, I know what I'm doing"
They continued into the village and enjoyed the day until it was the time to see the lanterns
"Blondie come on!? Your gonna miss them" he says jumping to the boat. She carefully went into the boat but in loosing her balance, she fell on top of nick, splashing a bit of water on him in the mist of things "I am so so so-" "it's alright, this isn't even my best shirt" he says and wiped his shirt and face down.
He rowed into the centre of the lake and turned to get a good look at the lanterns.
"What, what if their not what I expected. I've waisted my life in a tower not exploring things that I've always wanted to see. This was my dream and I don't know if it's going to be what I want it to be" y/n says, and looks to the ground. "Well that's the best thing about new experiences, theirs always room to make more, make a new dream for yourself" he says and fixes a loose strand of hair from the side of her head
"Keep your heart open to dreams. For as long as there's a dream, there is hope, and as long as there is hope, there is joy in living." He said and looked away from her
"My, my father left me that note and it was the only thing I have to remember him by" he says and looks to her
"If it's any constellation, I haven't found my dream, so while you have the chance believe in yours" he turns to grab something from behind him
"W-what are you doing ni-" "I got you these, in case you wanted to make a wish" he smiled his notorious smile and handed her one of the lanterns. They lit them and waited until the other lanterns were lit into the sky
The lanterns came all at once, like his realisation to his love for her. Just in a short amount of time no words could describe the way he felt towards the girl with the long hair.
"Blondie, promise me something"
He said before letting off his lantern, she followed and waited for his statement
"Promise me, if anything goes wrong you will always look for me. Promise me" he shook her hand harshly and held onto them
"Because I will always be there, even if I am running from law and have the best looks and not the best skills, you are my dream and it wouldn't be complete without you in it"
She was speechless and couldn't say a word
"So, promise me, if all hell breaks loose, you will run for your life and find me"
she nodded her head and they both sat on the boat to await the rest of the lanterns to come
