Egypt cruised around the bustling streets of Toronto, in search of the best restaurants the city had to offer. She hadn't eaten the entire day, and her stomach was yearning for food. Had she still been in Houston, she would have ventured out on a quick trip to the nearest Whataburger or Wendys. However, she didn't have an appetite for fast food.

With the help of Google, Egypt came across a few fine dining restaurants. She went with the location that was closest to her, and was certainly impressed with the positive reviews left on their website. The radio quietly played, as she followed the GPS instructions to Pick 6ix Sports.

As she arrived, Egypt carefully pulled into the first available parking spot she could find. She turned off the vehicle and stepped out, making sure to grab her purse and cell phone. She fixed herself up and locked the doors, before eagerly walking towards the restaurant doors.

The warm atmosphere welcomed her, the exact moment she walked inside the building. It wasn't the typical, average crowd you'd normally expect to see at most places. The setting was more intimate, and Egypt suddenly felt a bit out of place with her casual dressing. Soft R&B music played in the background, and the dim lights only added to the vibrant mood.

"Hello, welcome to Pick 6ix." A tall red-haired hostess greeted her with a smile. "How many will be joining us today?"

"Just one." Egypt told her.

     "Alright, you can follow me."

Egypt followed behind the older female to a secluded booth in the farthest back. She was given a menu and only looked it over twice, before deciding on the barbecue wings. As the legal age limit to drink in Canada was nineteen and Egypt was twenty, she'd also added a Strawberry Mojito to her order. After the eventful morning she'd gone through, she knew she needed the buzz.

Having only waited for no more than ten minutes, her wings were brought out to her shortly. Egypt briefly blessed her food and soon dug in. With each bite, she let out a faint moan and quietly hummed along to Usher's voice that played softly. She couldn't believe how amazing her wings were. Kudos to Pick 6ix.

Egypt continued to peacefully enjoy her wings, and paid absolutely no mind to the commotion that was now taking placing at the restaurant's entrance. While other guests curiously stood up at their tables, Egypt's interest remained on the meal in front of her. She knew whatever was going on had nothing to do with her, and couldn't be that intriguing. She finished her Mojito, and requested a glass of Jack and Coke. Even though she didn't drink much, she couldn't seem to help herself tonight.

"Excuse me, can I please have the bill?" Egypt called out to the waiter, once she finished her food. He nodded his head and returned shortly with the tab. Egypt placed her debit card inside of the black book and handed it over to him.

The waiter shortly returned with her debit card and receipt, "Here you go ma'am."

"Thank you." Egypt said, as she accepted the items from him.

"No problem. I hope to see you again." He winked at her.

"I'm sure you will." She stood up from the table and grabbed her purse. "If you don't mind me asking, where can I find the restroom?"

"It's straight ahead and on your left." He informed.

Egypt thanked him once again and followed his directions to the ladies room. She walked inside, quickly handled her business, and walked out of the stall to wash her hands. After washing and drying both hands, Egypt looked in the mirror in front of her and fluffed out her thick hair. Natural hair was difficult to deal with, especially when you were one of the few whose hair chose when it wanted to cooperate. Egypt spent another minute, fooling around with her hair and later applied a clear coat of lip gloss onto her lips.

Her phone began to ring obnoxiously, with Jordan's picture flashing across the screen. Egypt pouted and rolled her eyes. She knew the only reason Jordan would be calling her was to ask about her whereabouts. She hadn't been gone for more than an hour, and here he was blowing her up.

Egypt leaned against the bathroom sink, contemplating whether or not she wanted to answer Jordan's call. She convinced herself not to pick up, which only forced Jordan to call her again and send two text messages. Egypt sighed, gathering her purse and opening the bathroom door. Even though, she didn't want to deal with Jordan's pestering ass questions, she decided she'd at least text him back.

Egypt's eyes fixated on the phone screen. Her fingers moved aggressively. She'd soon become distracted with the message she tried to compose and hadn't bothered to look where she was going. Within a matter of seconds, her body collided with something strong. An ice cold liquid poured onto her shirt and phone.

"No, no, no... not my fucking phone." Egypt cried out loud. She quickly wiped off her phone. "You've got to be kidding me."

She began to panic, as her mind suddenly thought about the possibilities of her phone now ruined. She didn't even bother to look up at the stranger she had just bumped into. All she cared about was the safety of her iPhone.

"Don't you know how to look where you're going?" Egypt yelled. Her southern twang rolled off heavy. She was pissed and ready to cause a scene.

"Are you serious right now? Shouldn't I be asking you that? As you're the one who clearly bumped into me." A stronger voice yelled back at her.

"Excuse me? I know you're not trying to blame this on me. I didn't make you spill your entire drin-," Egypt raised her head, only to cut herself off. Her mood shifted from anger to shock. She could no longer find her words anymore. Her eyes had now grown incredibly large.

"Well, would you like me to replace the phone? If so, I can do that for you."

"No... umm, I couldn't ask you to do that. I can replace it myself." Egypt's cheeks flushed in embarrassment. She couldn't help but feel ashamed from her previous actions.

"Look, I don't mind getting you a new phone... and shirt."

Even in annoyance, Drake felt bad that his drink had spilt on the unfamiliar female that stood in front of him. Regardless of her rude attitude, he still wanted to handle the situation in the most professional way that he could.

"No, it's fine. I'll handle it." Egypt blew out.

"Are you sure?" He questioned her.

"Yeah, I'm sure." Egypt assured him. She had no desire to spend another minute standing there. She tossed her phone into her purse and quickly ran off.

Drake was confused with the young lady's behavior. He glanced over his shoulder, watching as she eagerly walked away. Drake continued to watch her, until she disappeared from his eyesight. He looked down at the now empty glass in his hand and felt a tap on his shoulder.

"Yo man, you good? Who was that girl that was yelling at you?" Chubbs asked his friend. He was concerned.

Drake only shook his head, "I have no idea."

"Bringing your fast ass back home already?" Michelle's demeaning voice greeted Egypt, once she walked through the front door. Michelle stood at the window with her arms folded together.

Egypt softly let out a deep breath, and stepped further into the condo. "Hey Ms. Michelle."

"I don't care about your damn hey. Where the hell hav-,"

"Mama, I got this." Jordan's voice interrupted his mother's. He was standing at the bottom of the staircase, with a frown on his face. He was annoyed, and didn't care to hide it. "Egypt, where have you been?"

"I went to get something to eat Jordan. You already knew that." Egypt explained.

"Do I really? You've been gone for almost two hours."

"Babe, it's only been an hour."

"It's still the same shit. Why didn't you answer your phone?" Jordan raised his brow.

"Because I didn't feel like it." Egypt tossed her purse onto the couch.

"You didn't feel like it?" He questioned her.

"Yes Jordan, I didn't feel like it."

"And since when did you have that right?"

"You're not my father, so I'm not obligated to check in with you every time I step out of the house. You gave me the option to get some food, and that's what I did." Egypt huffed.

"No, I gave you the option to get food and bring your ass back home. Not the option to be gone for a whole damn hour." He raised his voice at her. "Do you know how worried I was?"

"Well, I'm home now, so there's no need to worry anymore." Egypt muttered.

"I knew you should have left her ass in Houston. She's gonna bring nothing but trouble for you out here." Michelle chimed in.

Egypt only ignored her comment. She was tired, and obviously not in the mood for neither Jordan or Michelle's antics tonight. She made her way upstairs, leaving the mother and son alone in the living room. Egypt entered the bedroom and nearly collapsed on the bed.

Jordan's footsteps were heard momentarily, before he barged his way into the room. "Are you ready to tell me where you actually went?"

Egypt glanced forward at him, "Jordan, I already told you that I went to get food."

"Egypt, who spends an entire hour getting food?"

"Someone who goes to a restaurant and actually sits down. You have my location, so I don't even know why you're still asking this question." Egypt mumbled. It was obvious to her that Jordan had other assumptions concerning her whereabouts.

Jordan stood over the bed, not wanting to believe her. He knew he couldn't accuse her of doing anything, as he had no detailed evidence. "Whatever Egypt. I just better not find out you on some other shit."

Egypt faintly rolled her eyes, "Other shit?"

"You heard me." He nodded.

"And what is that supposed to mean?" She asked him.

"That you better not be out here doing anything you have no business doing." Jordan's voice had become clearer as he continued, "Because I won't hesitate to send your ass back to Houston."
