Leo POV
I finally reached the house and open the door gently trying to not make a sound
'I wonder if Liam is home, I don't want to have to meet him so soon' I thought catching sight of a photo on a shelf
I strode over to the photo and picked it up while examining it. There were 2 adults one woman and the other male, making peace signs at the camera smiling happily
'This is most likely "my" mom and dad" I thought before placing it back on the shelf then glancing around the floor before going upstairs to my new room
The room was a simple grey and blue with one bed and a small desk
I grab my chin thinking deeply on how to train my body before the originals show up
'I need to utilize my skills from the previous body to keep up the normal act while secretly training my body and senses' I thought while slowly pacing back and forth
"I got it!" I shouted excitedly
I had a smug smile on my face grabbing my phone that was already in the owner's pocket before searching for "fathers" contact
I texted Liam if we could travel to New York for half a month so we could spend time together
"And send!" I dramatically tapped the send button before dropping on my back landing on the bed
"So the plan is to train for half a month and come back at least 2 days after Rebekah and Kol enroll in school" I announce to myself before jumping up and heading out
"I need to get a job at the grill then meet the gang, according to Leo's memories he is considered a gentle and kind boy who is always cheerful and optimistic" I mumbled while walking to the car in the driveway
"Apparently Elena,Caroline, and Bonnie consider him to be their big brother" I recalled

'I almost forgot to check my physical strength' I thought in a hurry
I rushed over to the car and hopped in

I parked the car on the side of the road before quickly running into the middle of the woods
"I wonder if this body evolved thanks to the wish I made or if I have to do actual workouts to gain the strength" I said thinking deeply about the extent of my wishes
Telepathy:

"I already modified your body" God's voice rang through my head startling me
"WHAT THE FUCK" I screamed confused
"What?" God asked innocently
*sigh*
'I feel like I'm gonna go crazy one day' I thought sweat dropping
'Whatever don't lose focus' I shook my head to forget what I was thinking
"Anyway, What are you here for god" I asked once again calm
"......" God didn't answer
"Hello"

"Hey, God you still there?" I questioned
"Huh, oh yeah!" He sounded like he just remembered something
'Did he just forget that I was here?" I thought slightly angered but thanks to gamers mind I'm taking this calmly
"No I didn't forget you I was just watching the football match from your world!" He exclaimed happily
'What the heck is wrong with this dude' I sweat dropped
"Back on topic, the wish to have your body being able to physically handle your martial arts and go toe to toe with a vampire modified your body completely" God answered without directly responding to my question
'He didn't even answer it' I thought, 'whatever the info he gave me helped understand it fully'
"So, I don't need to do anything to my body just practice my techniques and I'm all good!" I smashed my fist into my palm happily
"Ya, okay gotta go bye" God said before rushing out
Out of Telepathy
I walked slowly to a random tree and drew my fist back before colliding my fist

'THE WHOLE FUCKING TREE FELL'
"Well, at least I know that works" I said while looking at my fist sweat dropping
"...."
'I'm just gonna go to the grill now' I thought before using my new speed to dash through the trees back to my car
Swoosh
N.O POV
In the forest a blur was making its way through the trees before stopping at a car
Leo jumped in the car and drove off to the grill

At the grill leo walked calmly up to the door and opened it spreading a gentle aura around him
Multiple heads turned to his direction
Caroline picked up the sound and turned her head out of curiosity, which caused the rest of the gang to do so also

Elena, Caroline, and Bonnie looked surprised and happy
Leo smiled kindly and slowly walks toward them with a brotherly smile
The 3 girls run up and hug him like if they let go he'll leave again

Damon is at the pool table listening in to the conversation the new kid is having
Leo POV
'This is totally not weird' I thought

I was snapped out of my thoughts when they all pulled away
"What are you doing here, I thought you were in England taking a culinary class" Elena asked curiously
"Well, I just wanted to be back in my hometown," I say sheepishly while scratching my cheek
"That's great!" Caroline clapped her hands together happily, "Does that mean your not going back?" she asked hopefully
Before I could answer I felt a stare but didn't turn my head since I already know who it is
Damon
'I can literally feel the questioning stare he's giving off' I thought before shrugging it off
"Yes, I'm staying but I haven't seen my dad in a while so he wants to go to New York for some bonding" I lied smoothly
"hmhmhm" They all nod in approval
"That's good I was nervous your relationship would have already broken off" Caroline carefully said
'Well that escalated fast' I thought amused
Ignoring her statement I smiled gently before walking over to the counter waving for Matt to come over
"..?"
"What are you doing" Bonnie asked confused
"I need a job" I said simply

"But you just said your leaving?" They said together
'Are they seriously that dumb' I thought
"Its for when I come back" I said

"Oh"
'*sigh*' I mentally sighed

"Yes?" Matt asked
"Um, I'm looking for a job here but I can't start until half a month" I said smiling calmly, "Is that okay, I can cook if it helps convince you" I claimed in a cheerful attitude
Pfft

'Was that damon?' I thought
"That was straightforward" Damon mumbled in an amused tone
'Whatever' I just shrugged it off
"Yes, we have an open spot for you" Matt said trying to hide his happiness
'I guess they need help' I thought while raising an eyebrow
"That's great, do I need to fill out a form or anything" I asked already knowing the answer
"Yes" Matt grabbed a form and gave me a pen to use
It took me a minute to finish and gave it back to him
"Great, you're officially an employee" He said, "You can start work when you come back" He smiled
'Matt's nice' I thought, 'He was always one of my favorite characters, he was the only human' I thought mentally pretending to wipe away a sad tear
I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around, to be met face to face with Damon Salvatore himself
"Hi, I'm Damon" He said confidently extending his hand out for a shake
I take my hand in his and say in a cheerful tone "Leo"
'Haha, this is hilarious' I mentally laughed, ' They have no idea I know about them' I try to hide back a creepy smile

"How do you 4 know each other" He asked motioning his hand between the girls and me
"Oh, We're childhood friends ever since middle school" I said
"Ha!" He side with realization
"No wonder you're all so close"
Damon POV
'This Leo kid seems nice and cool to hang with'
'I think we can be friends' I thought
I was snapped out of my thoughts when Leo's phone chimes
Leo Pov
Ding
I glanced at my phone noticing a text from Liam
I already packed your close get home now, we're leaving
*sigh*
'I think this old man has a stick up his ass'
"I gotta go guys my dad what's to leave fast" I told them about to leave when Elena stops me
" Wait!"
I turn around with a raised eyebrow telling her to continue
She notices and says "Are you going to enroll in school"
"Yes" I said simply with a kind smile
"Great, see you" she says happily
Then I walk out and jump in my car and drive off to the house
Elena POV
Leo leaves the grill and I immediately turn to the group
"Don't get him involved please" I say begging, "He's like another brother to me"
"I wasn't planning on it, I actually quite like the guy" Damon says before adding, "But the look your giving me tells me it's not so he gets targeted" he says with a raised eyebrow questionably
I hesitantly reply and before I can say anything Caroline beats me to it
"Leo is a really kind and gentle person who always sees the best in people and we're worried that he'll try to make friends with the wrong people" She says worry leaking out
"So, vampires in this case and the Originals" Damon more like states then asks
"Yes" me, caroline, and bonnie say altogether
" Is he always nice?" Damon asked
"Yes" we all nod simultaneously with caring smiles
'I really hope Leo's kindness doesn't cause him trouble' I thought concerned
Leo POV
I arrive home and see my father already in the driveway waiting for me
"Your luggage is in your room, go get it and hurry back to the car" he says not even looking at me before getting in the car
'Okaay, I guess he doesn't like me very much' I thought
I went to my room and saw the luggage on the bed, I grabbed it before rushing downstairs and hopping in the backseat of the car
We drove off quickly without a single word
'I guess in both lives my parents are gone' I look out the window with a calm face trying to hide my sadness
"At Least I have friends" I mumble to myself
N.O POV
In the immortal realm God is watching him with a gentle smile
Hoping leo lives his life to the fullest
Then disappears from sight
