Taehyung lost his parents at the tender age of 6, he never understood why at that time. The last time he saw his mum she shoved him inside a storeroom with a rushed I love yous and a promise to come back for him which by the way never happened.
He stayed in that storeroom crying and wailing for his mom until he lost his voice and strength. His aunt will forever remain his saviour. She didn't think twice before hopping into a bus to Daegu immediately she heard of the raid in Daegu red pack.
Her courage is the reason why he is probably still alive, as an omega she was brave enough to come for them just hours after the destruction of Daegu red pack.
He hates thinking about his childhood. Taehyung let out a sigh as he walks down the stairs heading for the kitchen
his feats feel heavy as he drops them on the stairs.
The recent dreams he's been having about his mom and also the guts feeling about his little sunshine Geonwoo is doing nothing but frustrate and weigh him down.
"Good morning Luna" Taehyung gave a little bow.
"Good morning Tae, are you joining us for breakfast?" Taehyung gave her a little nod.
He didn't want to turn her down even though he would rather prefer to be alone. He knows how much the Luna loves gathering and eating together tradition. He's done nothing but distance himself from them all week. "Water?" She seems to know why he came down so early Taehyung gave her another nod.
"Thank you"
"Are you feeling ok Tae, you still in heat?"
Heat? "Oh? No, I'm not, I'm fine" He has almost forgotten the full humiliating events of yesterday.
"I swear your bond with Jungkook scares me, I have never seen or heard of anything like that in my life. If I wasn't there I wouldn't have believed it if someone told me, although I think I would have, after you woke up with white eyes I think I can believe if someone told me they saw your wolf fly" She rushed to say in one breath she must have been dying to let it out of her chest
Taehyung couldn't help but let out a little chuckle, a flying wolf that will indeed make the headlines.
"But how was he able to control our natural uncontrollable hormones?" She asked like Taehyung had an answer to any of it.
"He marked me in that wolf form, I think he has the power to control his urge and tame my wolf"
"Still it sounds ridiculous and impossible even though it happened, sweetheart, you went into heat, let's not forget you also laid out a command for my cousin"
Oh no Taehyung Cannot forget that, that's even what scares him the most, the amount of power that was dripping from his wolf that day scared the living daylight out of him.
He's grateful his Hyung was able to forgive him so easily 'it wasn't you Taehyung' oh he knows that, but he was also there through it all, he saw the fear in his friend's eyes, Jimin oh his poor friend almost shit himself.
Jimin still looks at him like he is waiting for him to jump up in flame so he can run for his life. He doesn't blame him though, he had probably traumatized him just about enough, all of them including his aunt.
"He triggered it, he bonded with my wolf and they, well decided it's time they take it a little further, maybe they felt we were progressing too slow" Taehyung said jokingly, intentionally leaving out the command part. He really doesn't want to go deep into all that for the sake of his sanity. His true blood mate is another level of mystery.
The Luna laughed, placing her hand on her forehead. "you make it seem not so serious, I admire that about you, and I'm sorry for almost eating you with questions Tae"
"No, it's ok, I know it will be hard to keep it all in"
"Well you're doing a better job than me"
If only she knows what goes on in his head. "Do you have any special meal you want me to add for breakfast?"
"No, I'm good with our normal breakfast"
"Ok, come down in the next 45 minutes" Taehyung nods turning around to go back up. "Tae" the luna called out with an awkward smile. "Can you maybe make Jungkook come for breakfast?" The younger opened his mouth to respond but she was quick to add. "I'm sorry Tae I shouldn't bother you with this but it's been so long we ate together especially with his siblings and today is Sunday, so I just thought we could all have breakfast together"
Taehyung gave her a full smile to help ease her nervousness. "Luna it's ok, just go ahead and set up another plate for him, he'll be here," Taehyung said confidently, he isn't sure where the confidence is coming from but he's glad cause the smile that broke out from the older's face is so warming and was worth it.
"Really? wow Tae you are indeed the boss"
Taehyung laughed shaking his head, the luna can be so childish, above all she's a friendly and a lovely woman. "I don't really think so, I'll head upstairs"
"Yes boss!!" She exclaimed smiling. How is she the Luna?
Taehyung cannot begin to thank the stars that brought these people into his life, they really saved him and made him feel important. They didn't turn their nose at him because of his status in the society, they accepted him, they accepted his background and welcomed him fully to their family and friends circle.
He dropped himself on his bed with a sigh. He picked up his phone to see messages from his friends and most importantly Jungkook.
He tapped the screen, a big smile stretches his lips when he sees his mate messages. He dialled his number instead of replying to his spam messages.
"Hey baby"
Oh moon goddess of the brightest star save him! Jungkook will be the reason why his heart stops beating one day, he hopes not anytime soon. His raspy voice is dreamy
"Baby?"
"Kook good morning"
"Good morning beautiful" And Taehyung is definitely not blushing, he swears it with his toenail he is definitely not a blushing mess right now.
Jungkook has been doing nothing but call him pet names these days and Taehyung has done nothing but malfunction each time that happens.
"Kook stop" He let out weakly, his confident fading alongside his voice.
"We both know you love it," Jungkook said with a chuckle
"Kook" he whines
"I miss you," Jungkook said intensely, Taehyung can feel the weight and sincerity from those words, reasons why his heart picked up another rhythm. "I can't wait to have you here with me baby, I really want to wake up to your beautiful face every day".
The butterflies in his stomach doubled or probably tripled, his heart was the only thing pounding in his ears.
This is his life? This is Jungkook? This is his mate.
"Baby, you're ok?" Jungkook worried voice rings in his ear.
"Yeah I'm ok kook" he quickly reassured, the last thing he wants is to worry Jungkook. He needs to start getting used to this Jungkook.
This is what he always wanted and now he has it, his stupid brain and heart is gonna leave him out in the cold every time?
"That's good baby"
It's now or never. "Kook?" Confident where are you? He mentally asks.
"Yes baby"
Taehyung awkwardly cleared his throat, where the hell did his confidant of minutes ago go. He's not really scared of Jungkook not in the sense of the word, he just doesn't like meddling with their whole family thing, not that he didn't want to but Jungkook specifically warned him to stay out of it, that doesn't mean he's not going to try.
"Can you come over for breakfast?"
"Tae" he said in a warning tone, Taehyung wasn't going to back down so easily not today.
"Kook please I want to have breakfast with you, what's so wrong about that"
"They put you up to this"
"I don't know what you're talking about"
"Tae"
"Ok fine the Luna asked me to but I also want you here"
"Baby" Jungkook called voice back to being soft and gentle.
"Kook please do this for me, please"
It was silent for a while before the true blood spoke up again.
"Alright Alright, stop making those eyes" Lately Jungkook has been complaining about his puppy eyes and how he's weak for it. Taehyung is honestly glad he has a weapon against his mate
Taehyung let out a loud laugh. "What? you can't even see me"
"Oh, trust me I see it enough once you start talking that way, I don't need to see you to know what face accompanies that voice, it's literally engraved in my mind."
"Oh my Goodness, Kook, you're just something else, go get ready ok? Make sure you make it here in the next thirty minutes"
"You gotta be kidding me"
"Come on move, I'll see you later, drive safe yeah?

To the people sitting around him it seems like a normal breakfast but to Taehyung the tension was just too much
He tried to involve Jungkook in conversations all he got are head nods and few selected words.
Minwoo and Minyun are not even being themselves, which saddens him, he loves it when they are hyperactive with millions of questions rolling off their tongue.
This side of Jungkook he doesn't see anymore, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Jungkook was still the cold quite Alpha. He talks with him doesn't mean he does the same with others.
One thing Jungkook is heavily known for was his inability to hold a long conversation, everyone knew Jungkook hates talking, he'll rather observes things around him than talk about it.
He use to hear mummers in the restroom while he was hiding from his bully, about how Jeon Jungkook might be mute especially new students, at least the older student had somehow managed to hear him speak at least once.
Sitting down right here clearly shows Jungkook didn't automatically flipped over, no he did it for him only, that playful side of Jungkook is for him alone, that changed side of Jungkook is for him alone, Jungkook's laughter, chuckles and smiles is only shown to him alone, he is the only one that gets to know, see and experience that side of Jungkook
Should he be happy? Honestly, he's thrilled, Taehyung is beyond glad this cold side of Jungkook doesn't exist between them, also deep down he wishes his family will see the other side of Jungkook, the adorable and cute side.
Has his family even seen him smile or laugh before, Taehyung doesn't need to take a guess, the answer is staring back at him right now.
Jungkook looks like he's sitting on nails, he looks so uncomfortable he almost feels bad for asking him to come but no he refuses to feel bad. A step needs to be taken if not for anyone but for the large pair of eyes that are staring at the true blood.
Taehyung feels sorry for Minwoo and Minyun, they look so down, so different from the talkative kids he's used to.
Jungkook was sitting opposite him, ignoring him, he only winked at him once, that was when he came in, immediately the true blood sat down it's like he can only see through him.
Taehyung really wants to do something, but in the end nothing was helping so he just kept quiet and concentrate on his food.
"Jungkook" The head Alpha called, the true blood just responded with a boring look. "I was going to text you later, I need you to go to Seoul with Namjoon for that meeting"
Jungkook only gave a slight nod, eyes now on his phone. That alone made Taehyung sad.
Who is keeping Jungkook busy, all he's done is ignore him since he came. wasn't he the one that said he missed him so why is he now behaving like he doesn't exist.
"Mom, can we go now?" The two boys have been whining about going back to their room to play some new video game.
They were done eating though, they started eating before the adult. They were clearly still here because the Luna wants some kind of interaction between Jungkook and the boys, even though they were all sitting in a terrible awkward silence. Well, anything is better than nothing.
The Luna shook her head with a smile. "Go just be careful"
"Yes mom" They echoed together running towards their room.
"And you" The Luna turn to the head Alpha. "Keep your work talk till after breakfast"
"Sorry" The Alpha said smiling lovingly at her.
"Jungkook can you please drop your phone till after you're done eating?"
Taehyung stopped eating, He slowly lifts his eyes to the true blood who was now fully facing the Luna with a glare. Oh no Heavens, please.
"And who the fuck told you can tell me what to do?" Jungkook said calmly voice dripping with venom, the tension doubled.
"Jungkook watch the way you speak to your mom"
The cold laughter that came out of Jungkook's mouth, sounds dreadful, Taehyung feels his body shivers.
"I had a mother, she died, I'm sure you know more about that than anyone around this table"
"You're just going to sit there and keep blaming me for her death, I already blame myself enough, grow up son"
Taehyung really wants to know more about Jungkook's mum but at the same time he doesn't, at least not this way.
"Grow up?, maybe if you had taken your own advice my mother will still be alive right now! Tell me what was the point of it all huh? why lure her to her death when you already have a mate only to go back to your mate a few months after she died!"
"Shut your mouth Jungkook! you know nothing! absolutely nothing!"
They were both on their feet now screaming at each other, the pheromones from the two Alphas was suffocating. The Luna had her head down quite sobs leaving her lips.
"I'm sure you fucking know better, Cause you fucking lured her to her death!"
"We were in love Jungkook, we were young and reckless, what more do you want me to say, your mother wanted to have you, I tried to stop--"
"Maybe you should have tried harder!" The younger screams
"Enough of this Jungkook Enough!"
"Back at you, enough trying to call that woman my mother"

"I don't care who she is to you, whatever she is ends with you, that has nothing to do with me you hear me? keep me out of it. I had a mother who gave up her life for me to live. No one, I mean no mother fucking anybody can fit that position!"
He finished, before heading for the front door.
Taehyung turns back to the Alpha that had regrets pitch in his eyes, Taehyung offered a little smile of comfort before dashing for the front door.
Taehyung ran out after his mate immediately, there's no way he's letting Jungkook drive in this state.
"Kook!" He called running after the true blood who was ignoring his existence he was approaching his car, without thinking too much Taehyung pulled out his slipper and aimed it for the true blood's head.
He did have a good aim thanks heaven it didn't fail him this time, it landed straight on the true blood's back head.
"What the hell?" Jungkook turned glaring at him.
"Sorry, had to get your attention somehow, he said slowly walking towards the Alpha who was still glaring at him. He didn't wait for Jungkook to say anything more.
Taehyung engulfed him in a tight hug resting his head on his shoulder.
Jungkook didn't return the hug at first that only made the older hugged him tighter. It didn't take long before Jungkook relaxes into his hold, taking in a deep breath.
Taehyung pulled away from the hug cupping Jungkook's face. "Hey look at me, kook" Jungkook finally lift his eyes to meet his. "I'm here for you baby, it's gonna be okay, relax for me ok? I got you."
"Tae?"
"Yes kook, baby I'm here" Jungkook seemed to have fallen from another realm all the anger in his bone disappears faster than it had consumed him.
Jungkook pulled him closer to his body hand placed securely on his waist, he brings their forehead together. "I'm sorry you had to see that"
"Kook no please as much as I hate you going at it with your father, I want to be here for you, when you're angry or happy, I want to know all about you kook, I want---" Taehyung paused taking in Jungkook's expression, he looks much different from the Jungkook of a few minutes ago.
He really wants to know more about Jungkook's mother, after hearing all those stuff, he realizes there's more to it than what he thinks he knows. Taehyung just wants to know everything about Jungkook.
His mother seems to be a very sensitive topic for him, which is the more reasons he wants to know more about the deceased woman from Jungkook's point of view. He only hopes he doesn't trigger him even more as he opens his mouth to speak.
"I want to someday know all about your mom kook" He waits for a hostile reaction but that didn't come. Jungkook nuzzles his neck with a hum, that seems to be his response?
Taehyung waits patiently for another response that isn't him humming.
The two boys stood outside the pack compound holding each other like they need each other to breathe which they obviously do.
They didn't really care about the fact that they were publicly displaying affection for the entire resident of the pack mansion to see, which to Jungkook was something forbidden before. Let's just say Jeon Jungkook has come a long way
After what seems like years Jungkook is the first to pull away from Taehyung, eyes fixed on his face, searching for what he doesn't know.
"I'll tell you everything someday" He said, softy.
Taehyung nods with a smile to assure him he's going to wait till when he's ready to tell him. "Ok"
The older leaned and gave him a little peck on the lip, Jungkook had a different plan though, he pulled him back chasing after his lips, Taehyung accepted the kiss wholeheartedly.
The kiss was too sweet that they almost forgot where they were. Taehyung grabbed on Jungkook's shirt holding it tight, Jungkook had one hand on his waist and the other was on the back of his neck.
They both pulled out for breath, a big smile stretched out on Taehyung's face, he's so fucking happy.
Jungkook returns the smile warmly his eyes shining with so many emotions.
"Still want to go downtown?"
"Yes"
"I'll pick you up later than"
Taehyung nods. "Where are you going right now?"
"I want to go to the office first"
"Kook it's Sunday"
"I know baby, you heard him inside right I need to study the files for the meeting"
Taehyung doesn't know how that works but he really wishes all this wasn't draining him. "I'm fine baby I promise, also I need to meet up with Namjoon for that little something I promised you a while back."
Taehyung tilts his head to the side, eyes questioning. Jungkook let out a chuckle at the adorable sight.
"Don't worry about that, I'll tell you all about it later"
"Alright, just drive safe I'll see you later"
"Ok, thank you for everything baby" Jungkook said his thumb softly caressing the omega's face. He's really thankful for Taehyung, usually, it doesn't always end well when he gets angry like that. Taehyung was able to tone down his anger in just a matter of seconds.
"I did nothing" Taehyung mumbled looking flustered. It's a side of Taehyung that Jungkook adores, who is he kidding he fucking loves every side of Taehyung.
"Yes, you did, I'll see you later baby" Jungkook finished with peck before walking to his car.

Jiwo loves Jagalchi fish market, she couldn't help the smile on her face right now. She started coming to this market when she started working at the pack mansion. The head Alpha's love for fresh fish is endearing, hence why she used to frequent this market.
Along the way she fell in love with seafood in conclusion, she fell in love with this market. The market is filled with different kinds of weird, colourful and even beautiful fishes that she sometimes feels bad eating. The market was just so satisfying.
She walks through the market heading to buy from her favourite vendor with a smile she couldn't control, that soon dropped from her face immediately she heard a very familiar voice, a voice she thought she would never hear again in this lifetime.
"Please, we haven't sold anything yet" Jiwo stood frozen in place.
"Hey, miss move along" a loud voice echoed too close to her, finally snapping her out of her trance. she stepped away to the side with an apologetic bow.
A coincidence she concludes but that didn't stop her from turning to where the commotion was coming from.
Some men surrounded a woman whose face she couldn't see. It seems like a normal occurrence, the other vendors just go about their business calling for customers.
"You haven't paid us for two days straight" Another loud angry voice said.
"Market has been really slow" That voice again, her feet were moving towards it without waiting for her permission.
Jiwo has seen and experienced so many things in her life nobody prepared her for this.
Her knees buckles, this can't be, it's impossible I'm hallucinating, no this is not possible. She feels her entire body shake uncontrollably, she's seeing a ghost yes, it's a ghost, nothing is real right now, all she has to do is call her mate to pick her up, then she will fall asleep in his strong arms.
Unknown to her, her breakdown was drawing eyes to her, including a woman who has been looking for her for months.
"Jiwo?" The said female paused her movement. She lifts her head slowly to the woman that looks so much like her dead sister. "Jiwo?" The woman bends down, Jiwo didn't even know she was sitting on the muddy ground of Jagalchi.
"Jiwo" the woman called her again reaching for her. She flinched away from her. This has to be some kind of prank. "Jiwo is me" She was crying, no this can't be--
"Whatever you a-re" her shaking brain couldn't form a sentence, her shaky voice couldn't hold a word.
Everyone's attention was now on the unusual scene in Jagalchi market.
"Jiwo it's me, your sister"
"She's dead" The woman let her a strangled cry at her words
"I didn't die Jiwo, they took the omega's hostage, i-, please tell me you found my baby, tell me you found Tae"
That seems to pull her brain together
"Unnie?" She whispers voice broken.
"Jiwo it's me"
"Unnie you're alive" Jiwo reach her shaky hand to her sister she needs to touch her, she needs to be sure. "Oh my god" Jiwo breaks down crying. The woman wrapped her in a tight embrace, both crying not caring they were sitting on the floor in an open market, with different pair of eyes staring at them.
The woman is the first to pull away from the hug. "Tae--"
"He's okay, I got to him, he's fine." She let out a breathy cry of relief. The older woman had spend years in misery wondering about her son, the only strength that kept her living was the hope that she will see her baby again.
"This is nice and all but I still need my money," The buffy annoying man said breaking the two siblings from their reunion.
"I told you we--"
"I don't care about that, our money or I'm taking your goods."
"What? You can't do that"
"Really?" the man said sarcastically before motioning for the men behind him.
"Wait" The older woman stood up from her younger sister to stop them
Jiwo was still in shock from everything, when things started to escalate she tapped a little into reality.
She stood up running to her sister, legs still shaking from earlier shock. Her sister was doing a terrible job at keeping the men from taking her goods.
"Wait please" Jiwo rushed to say.
"Unless you have our money, I'm done talking"
"How much is it? can you tell them to stop?"
"Stop" The man told his men before turning back to her, 5000 won"
Jiwo wants to slap this man for harassing her sister because of 5000 won. She brings out the money counts it before handing to the man, who motioned for his men to follow him.
"Jiwo you didn't have to do that"
"I wasn't gonna stand here and watch those assholes harass you" The older woman let out a chuckle Jiwo hasn't changed one bit.
"Thank you Jiwo but I know you came to the market to buy stuff and you definitely didn't budget for that.
"It's ok"
"Alright, thank you, now come over here. She said smiling."
They spend hours talking, Jiwo helped her sister selling her fish, not really hers though. She is actually selling for someone in exchange for food and a place to stay.
She feels her head aches, she has done nothing but cry the whole of today. Her sister's story broke her heart.
She's thankful to the goddess of the moon that her sister was able to escape from that pack to Busan in hope of finding her.
Jiwo had shot a quick message to her mate, telling him a little of what happened and he shouldn't wait for him he should get something and eat.
Her sister was really happy to see the new mark on her neck. She was there when she lost her first true mate, she was her only comfort then, she's aware of what she went through.
Taehyung, Taehyung. His mother is alive, Jiwo repeats it in her head over and over like she's still finding it hard to believe.
Jiwo told her sister everything about Taehyung, well not really everything but everything worth telling.
She laughed at her shock face when she told her about Taehyung being mated to a true blood. She cried because she missed a large portion of her son's life, laughed because her son took over some of her traits, angry that her son had to suffer so much.
In all, she was happy that she will be able to see her son again.
"Noona you're going back with me, I don't even know why we're discussing this"
"Jiwo I don't want to inconvenience you and your mate"
"And I told you there's enough space for you in my home, there's no way I'm letting you go sleep in some stall, you found me, now let's go home"

"put your head back and put on your seat belt"
"All you haters can kiss my ass" Taehyung screams, his head still stuck outside the moving car.
Where is all this coming from? Jungkook wonders
"Hey! don't joke about your ass like that"
Taehyung pulled his head back into the car with a smirk. "Oh, so it's true"
"What are you talking about? Put your seat belt on baby"
"Nope"
"Baby" Jungkook's voice was sterner this time, Taehyung huffed doing what Jungkook asked him to do.
"You happy?"
"Very, now tell me what you meant earlier"
"Nothing big, just that you're an ass kinda guy"
Jungkook stole a glance at his mate who was wiggling his eyebrows at him.
"Who even told you that?"
"Does it matter"
"Well it's true, which is why you shouldnt joke with your ass baby, i cherish it, also it only belongs to me"
Taehyung shyly look away from the true blood who looks insanely gorgeous right now
"Oh, what---"
The red light in the direction box indicates that they are at the address. Taehyung looks around, the streets look fine and quiet. He looks to the opposite side where they're parked, the bold number stick out making him smile. The thought of seeing Geonwoo again was overwhelming
They've been driving for not more than an hour. Changwon wasn't really far from Busan, it's still under Busan moon pack though.
Taehyung exists the car with nerve, he is happy but he's more nervous than happy.
They made their way to the front door. "You ok?" Jungkook asked. Taehyung responds with a nod.
Jungkook knocks on the door, no response he knocks again, they hear some crashing from inside the house making Taehyung's heart beat faster.
One, two three--- Taehyung starts counting in his head before the door flung open revealing an angry-looking Alpha, whose face goes from anger to irritation to realisation.
"Wh-at are you doing here?"
"Oh hi, I'm Taehyung Geonwoo's friend, we met at the orphanage thi--"
"Still didn't answer my question"
"It should idiot we're here to see the boy" Jungkook said angrily how dare this idiot disrespect his mate. The Alpha returns Jungkook's glare
"Kook" Jungkook warned, he doesn't want trouble he just wants to see Geon. "We are really sorry for coming here like this but we really just wanted to see Geon"
"You don't have any right to just show up here, Gumwo is my son--"
Wait did he just call him Gumwoo? Taehyung spaced out, he doesn't know his name? before Taehyung could even say anything the man was already trying to shut his door.
Jungkook's reflexes is good, he needs to praise him more, the next second the man was knocked down.
"Kook--" Taehyung wanted to reprimand Jungkook that violence isn't the solution here, but the words never came out of his mouth when the strong smell of pain and fear hit him.
Taehyung ran inside the house, eyes searching everywhere, something is wrong.
"Geon!" he screams
"Taetae hyung?" a small voice said. Taehyung abruptly turn around to where the voice was coming from.
Geonwoo peeked his head from the corner he's assuming is the kitchen. His heart shattered when he sees the state the boy is in.
"Taetae Hyung"
