- Felix POV -
I grabbed my jacket and made my way to the cafe where I'd meet binnie, I was nervous but excited and also regretting it, today I had such a good interaction with chan I felt like I was throwing it all away by doing this. But it feels necessary, I'm scared I'll get hurt if I continue to pursue chan. I sighed and quickened my pace, the cafe was farther than I remembered but eventually I arrived there I took out my phone and texted binnie
Felix: hey I'm here where are you?
Binnie: look behind you :)
I turned around and there stood a boy around my age maybe even a year older than me. He was short with black hair and black clothing, if he wasn't so short he'd be extremely intimidating. He smiled at me and I felt my face flush, I didn't expect him to be so attractive
Bin: thank you so much for agreeing to meet me in person
F: it's no problem
We walked inside the cafe and sat down, he ordered an iced Americano and I did the same
Bin: I know it's kind of weird to just show up out of nowhere and request for you to meet me, but I didn't want to hide any more
F: no no it's fine I'm flattered honestly
- Changvin POV -
Felix was surprisingly so much kinder and out going than I had anticipated, now being able to see him up close I could see the the freckles that scattered his cheeks, it was honestly super cute, his smile was so bright as well- ahhh! this isn't right I can't think like this I'm supposed to gain his affection enough to crush chan and then disappear that's it. As much as I went over it in my head I knew deep down this is going to be harder than I thought I don't think I'll be able to hurt him. I bit my lip and tried to focus I need to do this..
- Felix POV -
I chatted with binnie for around an hour, we had a lot in common and he was honestly super funny, this is going so much better than I thought, but I can't start to gain feelings so fast, it started to get dark and binnie offered to walk me home, I didn't wanna be rude so I accepted, I was kind of scared to walk home alone by myself anyways. We left the cafe and headed in the direction towards my house
F: thank you so much today
Bin: no I should be thanking you, I'd really love to do this again
F: me to
I smiled towards binnie to make sure he knew I was sincere, I could be wrong but I swear I saw his face flush just a little bit. We chatted some more and arrived in front of my house.
F: thank you for walking me home
Bin: no problem, take care~
F: same to you
We waved goodbye to one another and I walked inside. Today had been such a good day, I ate dinner with my family and went to bed, tomorrow I'd get to see chan again I smiled into my pillow and fell asleep
{Next morning}
I woke up and got ready and rushed to the bus stop, the faster today started the faster it'd end and I could see chan again. I made my way to my bus stop where my friends stood waiting for me
F: hi guys!
J: hey lix!
I.N: heyyy
H: hi there!
It made my heart happy to see I had such good friends, the thought didn't last very long before jisung grabbed my arm pulling me to the side
J: lix I need your help!
He spoke in like a loud whisper
F: why are you whispering loudly
J: I don't know just listen ok, I want to try talking to Minho today during lunch
F: are you crazy! He doesn't talk to anyone and he's always surrounded by blood thirsty girls
and guys
J: it'll be fine I just need your help or else I'll chicken out
I knew the idea was stupid and Jisung would probably embarrass himself but I could see he truly likes Minho... So if he's gonna do it I'll help him! In a way I'm jealous, when he wants something even if he's scared at first he always goes for, while I'ma coward and will run away the first chance I get
F: alright man, I'll help you
J: yay thanks lix!
The bus arrived shortly after my conversation with jisung, we all got on and sat in our normal spots. We talked and laughed till we finally arrived to school and split ways. Me and jisung made our way to our first period.
J: we should skip tomorrow
F: yeah yeah I don't think so
J: come onnnn we've been good we deserve a break
F: I'll think about it
J: your so lame
I rolled my eyes and took out my text book, each second dragged on 'n on till each period felt like a year long. Finally it was lunch and I met jisung outside the cafeteria were he stood trembling.
F: wooooah calm down there
J: i-i am c-calm what d-do you mean
F: if you shake any harder you might explode
- Jisung POV -
For some reason I just couldn't control my body so many things ran through my mind, the biggest thought being the fear of rejection. Thankfully I had Felix here with me, I don't know what I'd do without him sometimes. He patted my head to snap me back to reality
F: you'll be fine you got this
J: your right...
I exhaled and made my way through the cafeteria with Felix by my side to where Minho sat on a bench near the back of the cafeteria, as expected girls and boys we're urrounding him but they all made sure to keep their distance. Unlike everyone else I sat right in front of him. I felt everyones eyes on me, some blazed with anger others shock. Felix nudged me slightly as a way to keep me from over thinking. Minho looked up at us, he looked shocked as well maybe even a bit annoyed.
M: can I help up?
My breathing hitched and I couldn't muster any words, I felt Felix pinch me and whisper "you got this" Before standing up
F: I'ma go grab something from the vending machine I'll just be right back
I felt myself panic but I calmed down enough to meet Minhos eyes
M: hellooo I asked if I could help you?
J: n-not really it's just, you always sit alone figured I'd give you some company
His eyes widened
M: hahaha are you serious
My chest tightened it felt like he was mocking me, until he spoke again
M: fine haha you can stay, it's been awhile since I've had any company, at least any that I might enjoy.
I'm sure I was as red as a tomato, but I couldn't care less, I succeeded! After that I managed to keep a conversation with Minho and as i expected Felix never came back, I'd have to thank him later
- Felix POV -
After leaving jisung and Minho I actually did go to the vending machine, I went back a few minutes later to make sure jisung didn't strike out but he was fine and even that Minho kid was smiling. After that I made my way to the roof, as chan had said yesterday he wasn't here so I ate alone. The day went by fairly quick after that and before I knew it the day was over. Jisung stayed after school with Minho and jeongin and hyunjin went to the movies together. I ended up walking home alone, it'd been a while since I'd walked home alone, I took this time to think. Everyone of my friends was starting to find that special person. Sure it's not like I'll die if I don't find someone, but I want someone, I want that feeling of love. Suddenly I felt someone tap my shoulder, I turned around and to my surprise chan stood in his normal black hoodie, I couldn't help but beam with happiness and without thinking I hugged him, I could tell he was taken off guard because he hesitated before returning the hug. Suddenly embarrassment hit me like a truck when I realized what I had done, I quickly pulled away only to find chan possibly blushing more than I was. I was confused until I looked behind him and there stood two other people, one tall with a warm brown hair color a bit taller than chan, he gave off a big brother vibe, and close next to him was someone a bit shorter but still pretty tall with a dark shade of brown hair, he kinda resembled a puppy both wearing hoodie that covered there head I'm guessing to hide their ears
F: oh! Is this your pack
C: yeah you told me to bring them remember
F: no yes of course!
Now I understood why chan was blushing, I embarrassed him.
W: hello my names woojin
S: I'm seungmin nice to meet you
F: I'm Felix
- Chan's POV -
I didn't expect Felix to hug me when he did it only made me wish I never brought my pack I probably could've enjoyed it more. Last night a came clean to woojin and seungmin about how I imprinted on a human they were both shocked but excepting which I should've expected from my pack, I guess I was scared for nothing. Changbin has still been disappearing randomly but I've decided to pay it no mind for now, however I refuse to tell him about Felix.
- Felix's POV -
F: thank you all for coming my house is only a few houses down
W: no thank you for inviting us
I smiled and we walked down to my house were I invited them in.
