"Hazel you need to answer the questions." Anna sat across from me, she took me to this government place in Berlin, I don't know where my dad is, she won't tell me anything.
"I refuse anything until I get to talk with my father." I leaned back and crossed my arms.
"This is a serious offense, I told you. He has no parental rights as of an hour ago. It will be temporary until we figure out what's going on."
"You know what's going on, he put me in no danger! I'm a fucking avenger! I make my own damn choices!"
"You're a child, a mere fifteen year old." She clicked her pen.
"Listen, I've been around for a long time. You cannot take me away from him."
"I did all I could, we'll figure out where you'll go in a bit...go get something to eat, get changed and relax a bit.
Relax? She wants me to relax?
"Oh, she pulled up a bag, my back pack.
"This has your personal belongings, a change of clothes and some school stuff. Natasha Romanoff gave it to us."
"Okay." I took it from her hands. A lady guard walked in when she walked out.
"Follow me to the bathroom, you'll get changed and then give me your suit and any weapons you have."
"I'm a weapon myself, wanna just lock me up forever like a lab rat?"
She ignored me and walked me to a nearby bathroom. She stood outside the door and I walked in.
As soon as the door shut I look in each the stalls for a window or something. I can't stay here.
I gave up when I saw no way out.
I sat on the floor, holding my Dad's dog tags. I don't wear them but I keep them in my bag.
I stood up and got changed, just a plain green shirt and some leggings. I pulled my black flannel over my arms and put on some converses.
I put the dog tags on and tucked them into my shirt.
I glanced up at the door and took one of my ear coms from the pocket of my suit. I stuffed it into my pocket and gathering everything up.
"You done?" I heard a voice.
"Yeah." I put my back pack on and handed her my suit, my hand gun and everything else that went with the suit.
"And the bracelet." She said.
"The bracelet controls my powers, do you want me hurting anyone."
"Sorry miss, I was told to take it."
"Fine, it's your mess." I ripped it off and handed it to her.
I felt a sense of control leave my veins, I really can't use my powers now.
I was walked back to the glass case I was in before. I put my bag down and laid my head down on the table.
No crying hazel, don't fucking cry.
I looked around. People walking around doing their jobs, I didn't have a friend in sight.
This is a first, being alone like this. No one ever lets me be alone but I'm torn away from them all.
The cps decides my fate and the moment I have a chance, I'm running.
I rather be free and alone then be in a foster home and alone.
Oh god I feel so trapped.
I heard the door open, in walked Anna again, I hate her so much.
I don't know who to trust, who's on what side and even what side I'm on. If they take me away from my dad then I already know what side I'm on.
"Anna." I mutter.
Anna sits down across from Me. She held up a piece of paper, ready to read it.
"All parental rights will be temporarily taken from Captain Rogers, Tony Stark will be the temporary guardian until things are sorted out...until Captain Rogers signs the accords."
I scoffed. "No way."
"Effective Immediately." She laid out the paper on the table
"Let me see my dad, now!" I stood up.
"Hazel calm down." Anna touched my shoulder.
The room was getting very cold, I can see the glass icing over.
"You'll be able to see him when he gets visitation rights."
"VISITATION RIGHTS?!" I yelled my hands pressed into the table, it's crumbled to pieces due to the freezing temperature radiating off me.
"Excuse me?" My voice went low and I swear I think my vision was going red.
I blinked, realizing I'm loosing control.
"Let me see my dad...or I will do worse damage." I gritted my teeth.
Anna gulped. "I'll see what I can do."

Anna walked me to a small room, when she opened it Dad was sitting down. He was in normal clothes...I guess he's not being treated like a criminal.
He's not one anyway, they just want their way and dad won't give them their way.
"Dad." I muttered and ran into his arms.
He hugged me and moved some of my lose hairs from my face.
"I'm scared." I whisper, only he could hear it.
"Look at me." He lifted my chin. "This is nothing, you survived ice, an alien war and so much more."
I nod and start crying into his shirt.
I don't want to be away from my only parent, He's the only one I have left and no one can replace him.
"We'll figure it out, you'll be okay." His very soft and gentle voice calmed me down. All anxiety from earlier is totally gone.
"She said Tony was my temporary guardian." I pulled back and glanced at him.
"I know, they told me everything...Me and Tony may have our differences right now but I know he'll keep you safe until I have you back."
"I don't trust anyone but you, Nat and Sam." I kept my arms around his neck, I fear if I let go I'll be ripped away.
He nodded. "I promise tiger, it's gonna be just fine."
"Okay...is Bucky alright?" I know he's very upset about Bucky.
"They are going to question him soon." He muttered.
"Everyone is acting like jerks right now, especially cps lady." I sniffed.
"They took my bracelet, I broke a table and almost froze someone to death." I showed him my arm.
He rubbed where the bracelet was. "Tony can get it back."
The door opened and Anna walked in.
"Times up." She said, with no emotions.
Does she enjoy hurting me and my dad?
"No." I grabbed onto him harder.
My absolute worst fear.
Two security men walked in, Anna knew I wouldn't want to leave.
"Daddy don't leave me." I started crying.
Dad knew he couldn't let me stay, it would get worse.
He had tears in the corner of his eyes. "Hazel you have to go."
The two security men grabbed my arms and pulled me away from his arms.
"DAD NO! DONT LET THEM TAKE ME!"
The door shut and the two men and Anna took me back to the glass case.
I screamed the whole way there, I'm sure the whole place heard me.
When they put me down and walked out quickly I dropped to the floor and sobbed.
Give my dad back.
