Lexis POV
"Lexis sweetheart wake up its time to get ready for your first day of high school" Hailey yelled busting in my room
"I was already up good morning" I said stretching
"Mhmm wasn't expecting that I thought you were a late sleeper like your dad told me I guess your excited for today huh?" She asked while she made my bed. I walked into my bathroom to do my daily hygiene.
"Actually Hailey I'm a little scared like Michael and Jaylen and upperclassmen meaning we won't be running into each other much and I'm in a new state and high school at that like what if I don't blend in and make friends and just be the ugly high class looking chick in biology taking selfies all period by her lonesome" I said while brushing my teeth.
"Oh honey you'll be just fine I actually loved high school to be honest all the different cliques and activities and boys. I had the latest trend of clothes and the best shoes you couldn't tell me anything one my first day I wore-"
"HAILEY I asked about me not you come back to reality please " I said as I went into the closet to pick out an outfit for today.
"Here we go" I sighed
Jaylen POV
"Good morning Mrs. Santos how are you doing ?" I asked as I sat down at the bar stool by the island
"Oh I'm doing fine sweetie thanks for asking anything in particular you want for breakfast?" She asked while stirring her coffee.
"No I'll have anything you feel like cooking that's fine with me"
"What's up sis you ready to go?" Michael said coming into the kitchen hitting me upside my head.
"Ouchhhh stop! And no I haven't ate yet Mrs. Santos was just about to make something "
"No need I'm in the mood for some Starbucks you down?" He asked with a smirk already knowing the answer.
"Bye Mrs. Santos I'm going to get me some Starbucks who driving Mike?" I asked getting my purse and bag from the counter waking to the door causing them both to bust out laughing.
"Dang girl hold on it is not going anywhere and I thought Sean was the greedy one" he said scoffing at me causing me to mug him.
"Shut up how we getting there because we don't have Henry to drive us around anymore" I said plopping down on the couch.
"Yea Imma miss Henry he use to always save me from mom finding out about the girls in my rooms late night "
" oh lord I gotta keep my eyes on you Mr. Michael" Mrs. Santos said coming to sit by me on the couch turning on the tv
"It's not my fault the females can't get enough of this body " he said trying to flex making me bust out laughing along with Mrs. Santos
"Man shut up y'all just hating Because im attractive. And I'm leaving you Jaylen say good by to your Starbucks catch the bus" he said grabbing a pair of keys from the hook by the garage door.
"Nooo stop playing I'm coming" I said running to catch up. "Who's keys are those anyway?"
"I don't know and don't care dad didn't buy us a car to get there so i took the closet pair of keys and left" he said pushing the lock key to make dads new 2017 BMW i8 beep signaling which car keys he had. We looked at each other wide eyed
"Yo you better take that back before he kill us you know he just got that like 3 days ago" I said backing away from the car
"Pshh I don't care let him be mad school end at 2:45 he'll be fine there's three other cars in the drive way " he hopped in and cranked up the car leaving me no other option but to hop in or he would leave me.
"True but did you have to pick the newest one ?" I asked while throwing my bags in the back and putting on my seat belt.
"I don't see you getting out so I guess we whipping this bad boy " he said spinning out of the subdivision making me hold on for dear life . I turn on the radio to hear jimmy Choo by fetty wap come on

"Yea hi Brittany let me get a large strawberry Aci with a bacon, Gouda & egg breakfast sandwich what you want J" he said looking at me

"Yea I got it hurry up man she waiting"
"Okay okay hi Brittany let me get two spicy chorizo breakfast sandwiches with a blueberry muffin, Chonga bagel a ham and cheese fold over and a large iced coffee with 2 sugars and cream that will be all" I said leaning back checking my phone.
"Shit I'd hope damn ordered the whole menu ! Fat ass "
"You offered to pay so why not get full right "
"Your total is $42.12 pull to the second window please" Brittany said making mike pull up.
"You owe me during lunch and I'm in a mood for pizza so prepare"

"You know lex is pissed right we just straight up left her like it wasn't nothing" I said drink my coffee and he typed in the address to the school and pulled off following directions.
" well she should have hurry her little slow ass up then nothing should take that long fixing the little bit of hair she got" she said making me choke on my drink from laughing
"Why you do her like that you know Lex got hair for seconds" I said holding onto my stomach from laughing so hard I looked over and he was shaking his head chuckling
"You a trip hurry up and eat because by the time we get there first period will be taking in soon" he said bitting into his sandwich . The rest of the ride was silent besides the radio in the background.
"You ready to graduate fool class of 2016 i see you " I asked throwing my wrappers in the bag
"Oh yeah I'm so sick of school man like all the extra essays about essays other people wrote like it makes no sense" he said making me nod my head
"So I'm guessing no college for you huh?"
"Beside getting a business license Nah sis I think I'm going to try to open up me a dope ass shop on one side you get lined up and one the other get laced up I think Imma call it 'Barber~Laced " he said smiling
"That sounds dope it will be a first for sure barber shop slash shoe store on the other end very creative "
"Yes I'll hook you up when you stop by" he laughed. We finally pulled up into the parking lot of the school and hopped out. A couple of people were looking at the car.
"Hey man what's that you driving a Mercadees?" A boy posted up by his car with a girl sitting on the hood eating.
"Nah this a BMV i8 right here " Michael said walking off opening the door for me .
"You didn't give him an opportunity to respond " I said referring to the guy out front.
"Sure didn't he was asking too many questions "

"We'll go ahead don't be late and stay focused love you" he said kissing my forehead walking the opposite direction of me. I looked down at the map the girl gave me from tour and seen where my class was located on the second floor. As I walked up the stair I heard the first bell ring for warning meaning doors close in two minutes. I mentally curse myself and sped up my pace walking into the class I looking around at all the people socializing and walk to and empty seat in the middle of the class.
"Uhmm excuse you but that seat belongs to my friend so you need to remove yourself" a dark skin girl with long turquoise hair said while chewing her gum obnoxiously.
"Well I'm sorry to inform you that your friend has to find another seat " I said looking her dead I the eye telling her not to test me.
"Bitch get up before I do it for you" she said standing up walking up to me"
"Who are you-"
"Hey Cherish chill out let her sit there Bianca name ain't on that seat she can find another one damn" a guy appeared in the door Said making her roll her eyes and sit back down.
"Better had listened to your friend before you and your turquoise had been dragged across this seat" I said turning back around to face the front of the class.
"Ohhhh she's feisty I like that viene aquí mamá me puede arrastrar toda la noche" he said winking making me blush
"hola clase cómo estás hoy" the teacher said waking to her desk
"The fuck she say" one boy yells out making the class laugh
"I said you can find yourself in detention after school today did you hear me?" The teacher asked while writing on the board
"Dang Dre already slippin" the guy who backed turquoise off of me said
"Man Mrs. Samuel you gonna do me like that on the first day while I'm in my good outfit ?" He asked making the class chuckle
"Yes sir you know I have zero tolerance since your in this class for the second time"
"Ahhh he failed " the girl seated beside me said while laughing making Mrs. Samuel giggle aslo and the Dre mug her causing her to blow him a kiss. I assume they must be close.
"Hi I'm Cerissa I'm a junior and you are" the girl beside me asked holding out her hand.
"I'm Jaylen I'm also a junior nice to meet you "
I said shaking her hand
"Unique name you must be new Ive never seen you around her"
"Yeah I just moved here a few days ago actually from Ohio"
"That's what's up I hope you like it here. If need anything don't be hesitant to ask plus I don't like 'Turquoise' either " she said laughing
