Neglected..
Which means Not taken care of properly.
Tony would focus on his work. Be in the lab. Attend meeting every day. Tony would give Stephen kisses hello and goodbye. But not anymore. Tony would give Stephen cuddles and spend him with him. But not anymore. Stephen was alone.

He babbled our the questions and was choking on tears. Tony held Stephen's hands. "Stephen, I love you so much.
