I woke up Kay sleeping on my chest. Slowly I slid from under her and went into the bathroom then did my hygiene shit.
When I came out the bathroom she sat up
"Where are you going?" She asked rubbing her eyes
"To see Brian" I replied
"Ima come with you"
"Nah, I don't even know if he can have visitors yet, you went through a lot last night just get some rest" I said rubbing her thigh and she nodded laying back down.
I went to my closet and put on a black hoodie, black jeans, and black forces
"You not slick" Kay said crossing her arms and I smacked my teeth
"Wha-
"If you was smart you would've put your killing attire in a bag" She said and I rolled my eyes
"I really am going to see Brian, I was taking care of shit after" I said and she got out bed wrapping her arms around my neck
"he's like your brother, I understand, but at least wait for Trey" She said and I looked to the side
"But Derek hurt y-
"I'm okay, don't do anything stupid okay, this really wouldn't be a good time?" She said looking at me with concerned eyes
"Ight" I said and she pecked my lips
I threw my hoodie on over my head then grabbed my things and went out to my car.

"O'brian Jones" I told the front desk lady and she started typing on the computer
"Are you friends or family ?"
"Family" I replied
"Room 282 on the 2nd floor, a nurse should be in there or near to update you on any information" she said giving me a visitors pass and I thanked her.
"Oh and what about Grace Moore?" I asked
"Room 607 6th floor, pass for her too?" She asked and I shook my head
"Nah I was just making sure she was at this location" I smiled before leaving
Once I got up to the room a doctor was in there helping Brian drink through a straw and I sighed in relief that he looked okay.
"Hi, um do you have any information on the inc-
"Fuck out my face with that bullshit" I said causing her to jump and put the cup down
"Well um I'm doctor Taylor, Brian's been doing good except for he's been having off and on bleeding causing him to loose a lot of blood, we're keeping him for a few more days just to be safe. The bullet wasn't that deep so we were able to remove it without damage" she informed and I nodded sitting beside him and she left
The room was quiet as hell until I spoke.
"Thank you, you deadass saved my life" I said and he shook his head
"The next time I ask for a dollar you better have it on deck"
"Man you play too fucking much" I chuckled
"Matter fact, give me a dollar right fucking now my ass hurt" he said and I smacked my teeth
"How a dollar gon help yo ass?" I asked
"Nigga didn't I captain save a hoe?" He asked and I chuckled digging out a dollar out my pocket
"Fucking kid" I said passing it to him and he cheesed
"Everything good, hows Jd?" He asked
"He good" I replied
"And Kay?"
"She's good too, we talked and we're back together" I said
"Figured" he mumbled and I smacked my teeth

After about a hour of sitting with Brian, more of his family started coming in so I decided to give them their time and I left.
I pulled my hoodie over my head and went up to the 6th floor.
The halls were empty, looked like an abandoned area type shit. Once I got to room 607, Grace, Derek's mom layed there sleep.
I'm not a evil person, but in this thug shit niggas not gon have love for you, all they give a fuck about us a fucking check, but in this case it's over my fucking family.
I slowly walked over to her breathing machine and pulled my sleeve over my hands before unplugging it and Grace's body did a small jump.

Kay-
After Kash left I couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up, did all my morning stuff and got right back into bed. My body was sore as hell, and my head was pounding.
After about a hour of watching DDG shit I smelt food. My fat ass got out of bed, slid on a pair of Kash's boxers, then went downstairs only to see Momma brown and some man.
Kash isn't gonna be happy about this, but aye I ain't no snitch, they making me food.
"About time, Kash told me you were up there which was hard to believe" momma Brown said before hugging me and I smiled
"Sorry I had a ruff night" I sighed and she raised her eyebrows
"Oh no, not that type of ruff" I chuckled and they did too.
"Oh, Kay this is Chris, Chris this is Kay my son's girlfriend " She introduced and we shook hands
"Glad This didn't go how it went with Kash" he chuckled and I sat down in a stool.
"Oh lord, what'd he do?" I asked
"Was being disrespectful as hell, wouldn't even shake his hand" ma said shaking her head and I did too.
"I'll see you later" Chris said kissing her head and grabbing his Jacket.
"Nice meeting you Kay" Chris said and I smiled waving bye.
Ma sat a plate in front of me and sat beside me with her plate.
"So, did you and Kash talk about the situation?" She asked and I nodded
"We broke up for a bit but we're good now, I didn't know how to react.." I shrugged taking a bite out of my food and she nodded
"I wasn't talking about that situation baby" she said said taking a sip out of her water and my heart dropped
"Huh?"
Ma dug into her back pocket and pulled out her phone showing me a message
"Ari ima talk to Kash when I get out the shower, but should I tell him I'm pregnant now or is now not the time?"
"Hello?"
"Forget you, seriously"
I covered my mouth with my hand and looked up at her
"Mhm" She said sliding the phone back into her pocket.
"I- uh thought you were my cousin" I sighed
"Yea yea, I just wanted to sit and talk to you about it, this would be a conversation for your mother, but you know I don't mind" she said
"you could keep it pushing with positive energy towards still graduating, going to college, graduating college, and all that, or you could give up and abort which is your Decision?"
"If Kash is okay with it, I'm willing to keep it" I said and she nodded
"Good, it isn't gonna be easy trust, but I believe y'all can do it, when do you plan on telling him?" She asked
"I don't know, I don't wanna just tell him since I took the test without him, I'm thinking about maybe just telling him I'm not feeling too well and to ask him to take me to the doctor." I shrugged and she nodded
Ari pov-
"Why do you give a fuck?" Eli asked
"Fuck You mean why do I give a fuck that's my baby's fucking father" I said looking for my phone
"Yea ight"
"Eli you really tripping for no fucking reason seriously." I said and he got out of bed
"No you fucking tripping, you by being straight up you still want that nigga and it shows" he said
"Nigga bye get out my house I'm over it" I said walking away from him but he roughly grabbed my arm
"Nigga don't fucking touch me!" I yelled snatching my arm
"Oh hell nah see you really got me fucked up putting yo hands on the wrong fucking one because I'm really finna beat yo ass" I said pushing him roughly but he grabbed both of my arms and pushed me against the wall hard as hell causing me to hit my head
"You really doing all of this because I was going to see my baby's father who's in the fucking hospital?" I asked.
He was mad, so mad that his vein was popping out my forehead
"And the fuck are you gonna do about it?" He asked
"Trey will fucking demolish yo ass" I said looking him dead in the eyes
"Bitch I wish you fucking would, I got niggas that will have you and that fucking baby locked in a fucking casket" he said and I looked down
"I advice we just forget about everything that just fucking happened and let's go about our day" he said throwing his hands up in surrender
I rolled my eyes and grabbed my purse and left.

When I got into Brian's room he was up talking to his nephew.
"Hey Baee" He cheesed.
"Hey bae" I smiled he's only 10
"Kash isn't here?" I asked Brian
"Nah he left not too long ago, he got me some food and shit and we talked for about a hour." He replied and I nodded sitting down.
"You good?" He asked me
"Yea why wouldn't I be?"
"I don't know you don't look right, like you look a little shook up" he replied
"You swear you know me" I said and we laughed but it faded.
"What's on your neck ?" He asked looking a little closer
I looked at it through my phone then back at him
"Hickey"
"Oh that's wassup" he said laying back down.
"Wassup with you, you all concerny or whateva" I said and he smiled shrugging
"I know you, I can tell when somethings wrong wit yo beautiful ass" he said licking over his lips
"Somethings wrong, but you don't have to tell me now" he shrugged and the room got quiet
"You really took a bullet for Kash Ugly ass?" His little cousin asked and I covered my mouth
"Ya momma know you cussing?" Brian asked
"If she cared she wouldn't have left me here"
"She told me she went to the vending machine" Brian said raising his eyebrows
"In the car she said she was dropping me off, so you stuck with me for about a hour" He cheesed and Brian smacked his teeth
Kash-
A few hours later...
After I got done talking to Trey about tonight I made my way back home.
"MOMMAA!" I yelled shutting the door behind me but I didn't get a response
"MA IM HO-
I was interrupted by her flying around the corner with a shoe and she started beating my ass
"Didn't I tell yo ass to stop yelling in my damn house?" She asked and I chuckled
"Ight ight" i said pulling her into a hug
"I missed you, where you been with that bald nigga?" I asked and she smacked my shoulder
"Nah He is ugly I'm sorry" I said placing a hand on her shoulder
"No he's not, his looks don't stop him fro-"
"From what?" I asked
"Go upstairs, Kay's been up there all day, poor baby" she said and I side eyed her
"Go"
Shaking my head I jogged upstairs and Kay was laying in bed watching something on her phone
"Kay bay" I said in a gay ass voice and she looked at me
"So fucking gay" she chuckled as I stripped my hoodie off and changed into basketball shorts
"How's Brian?"
"Doing good" I said getting into bed and pulling her onto me
"Take these off" I said tapping her shorts and she smacked her teeth
"I don't feel good"
"Ight let me make you feel better" I said making us switch positions.
"Keshawn I'm foreal" she chuckled pushing my head back
"Mhm what's wrong?" I asked looking up at her.
"I just don't feel good, but I waited on you so you could go to the doctor with me"
"I'm tired" I groaned and she got out of bed
"Just come on" Kay said pulling me out of bed.

Once we got to the waiting room it smelt like sickness and was full of women.
"This shit smells like death" I mumbled, but I guess it was a little too loud because the women looked up
"Hush" Kay said through gritted teeth
Kay started talking to the lady until she got a clip bored and she grabbed my hand pulling me to sit down.
Once she finished filling out the paperwork she handed it back and we waited
"Ima take you to Ari's tonight, I know yo ass don't wanna be in the house by yourself at the moment" I told her and she nodded
"Just be carful" she said
"Always"

"Kayonna Smith?"
We got up and followed the lady and she took Kay's height and shit.
"This is new" The lady smiled as she hugged Kay
"What you mean?" I mugged raising an eyebrow
"Chill, she's been my doctor for years she knows how Trey is" Kay said sitting on the bed thing and I sat in the chair.
"So what's going on today ?" She asked
"Haven't been feeling well, I've just been drowsy and I haven't been feeling like myself" Kay replied
"Are you sexually active?"
"Yes" she replied
"When was your last period?"
"I don't remember" Kay replies
"Alright ima have you take a pregnancy test, if that isn't the case we'll look into t further" She said handing Kay a cup and she hopped down.
I mean I know for a fact she isn't pregnant, it's been a minute and we would've know by now if that was the case.
Once Kay gave he cup to the doctor she left the room and Kay sat back down.
I got up and started going through the cabinets pulling out a box of gloves
"Keshawn stop!"
I chuckled and put on a pair of gloves.
"Lay down" I said looking at the tools
"No!"
"lay down" I said through gritted teeth and I heard a knock on the door causing me to fly back to my seat.
"Come In" Kay chuckled
That was fast as hell.
"Soooo" the lady said handing Kay the clip bored
"I'm going on to three weeks pregnant" she read then looked up at me.
"For real?" I asked covering my mouth
"Naww for fake" she said sarcastically
"You don't want it do you?" She asked as her smiled faded
"Girl you tripping of course I want it bring yo ass" I cheesed before standing up and pulling her into a long hug
Damn that's crazy I'm really finna be a father ?
"We can go ahead and do an ultra sound then schedule the next appointment." She said getting everything set up.
"How you feel ?" I asked and she shrugged
"Happy and nervous"
"Y'all got it, Trey's gonna be excited when he hears this" the lady said and Kay twisted her mouth to the side
He probably won't, but shit Kay's eighteen and she'll be out his house soon, she's old enough to make her own Decisions.
Once the lady got everything together she started spreading the gell all over Kay's stomach then started searching for the baby
"This shit cold" Kay complained moving around
"be still" the lady said and Kay sighed
As soon as we heard the heartbeat we both was cheesing hella hard, I know for a fact my grills was shining.
"What you want?" Kay asked
"Girl, when you gon tell Trey?" I asked
"Whenever I can" she shrugged.

After a few hours had passed it was time for me and Trey to make a move on Derek's ass
"You ready?" Trey asked and I nodded sliding on gloves.
We went out towards the back and the dirt was unlocked
"Hell nah he up to sum" Trey said shaking his head and I nodded in agreement.
I pulled out my silencer and slowly walked in stopping dead in my tracks at what I saw
"Shit!"
Derek's body layed there cold with a pistol beside him and a note.
"Beat you to it ;)"
